Praktik kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta Pusat bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas serta tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Mahasiswa diharapkan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit.serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Praktik kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta Pusat dilakukan selama delapan minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo; Pemantauan Terapi Obat PTO pada Pasien Dyspnea ec TB Paru Putus Obat dengan SIDA belum ARV di Unit Perawatan Umum PU Lantai 5 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini agar mahasiswa dapat melakukan pemantauan terapi obat PTO pada pasien dan mampu menganalisis serta memberikan rekomendasi akan masalah terkait obat pada pasien.

ABSTRACT
Practice work profession at Presidential Hospital RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Central Jakarta aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Hospital in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and general health services. Students are expected to have the knowledge, skill and practical experience to perform pharmaceutical practice in the Hospital. And have a real picture about the pharmaceutical practice problem and learn the strategies and activities that can be done in order to develop the pharmacy practice in the Hospital. The work practice of the profession at the Presidential Hospital of Gatot Soebroto RSPAD Central Jakarta was conducted for eight weeks with the special task of Monitoring of Drug Therapy PTO in Patients Dyspnea ec TB Lung Drug with SIDA not yet ARV in Public Treatment Unit PU 5th Floor RSPAD Gatot Soebroto . The purpose of this special task is to enable students to monitor drug therapy PTO in patients and be able to analyze and provide recommendations on drug-related issues in patients.
