"Latar Belakang: Iskemia yang terjadi pada lokasi di tubuh mengakibatkan cedera otot reversible sampai ireversibel. Tindakan reperfusi ternyata dapat memperburuk keadaan yang disebabkan oleh kondisi iskemik. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu mencoba mencari teknik proteksi untuk mengurangi efek iskemik reperfusi diantaranya teknik iskemik prekondisi dan teknik hipotermi. Metode: Dilakukan penelitian eksperimental pada kelinci New Zealand White (n=18) dengan satu kelompok kontrol (iskemia) dan dua kelompok perlakuan (preconditioning dan hipotermia). Dilakukan ligasi a. iliaka komunis selama 4 jam, hipotermia sedang (28oC), dan iskemik prekondisi pada masing-masing kelompok. Kemudian kelinci dibiarkan hidup selama 8 jam. Sampel jaringan otot femoralis di ambil untuk pemeriksaan derajat kerusakan otot secara histopatologi. Hasil: Terdapat penurunan secara histopatologi derajat kerusakan otot yang di berikan perlakuan IPC dan perlakuan Hipotermi terhadap kelompok control. Analisis statistik tampak perbedaan bermakna pada sebagian parameter. Kesimpulan: Iskemik Prekondisi dan Hipotermi memberikan efek protektif pada otot dari akibat iskemik reperfusi tungkai bawah akut.

Introduction: Ischemia in certain location in the body could give muscle injury with certain severity from reversible to irreversible. Reperfusion turns out to give more injury than ischemic alone. Previous research try to find the best protective technic to reduce I/R injury including ischemic precondition and hypothermia technic.

Method: This prospective, randomized, controlled, experimental animal study was performed in a university-based animal research facility with 18 New Zealand White Rabbit. The rabbits were randomized (n=6 per group) into three groups: I/R group (4 hours of hind limb ischemia and 8 hours of reperfusion), IPC group (three cycles of 5 minutes of ischemia/5 minutes of reperfusion immediately preceding I/R), and hypothermia ( 28oC) together with 4 hours of hind limb ischemia and 8 hours of reperfusion. Muscle tissue were examined based for their histopathological changes.

Result: The histopathologic muscle damage score is decreased both in ischemic precondition group and hypothermia group.Although both groups show improvement in histological finding, this finding was statistically significant in few parameters.

Conclusion: Ischemic preconditioning and hypothermia have shown protective effect for muscle from ischemic reperfusion injury induced by lower limb ischemia."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prakondisi yang menyebabkan unsafe act pada operator tambang dalam kejadian insiden yang terjadi di area tambang PT BUMA PIK selama periode 2010. Metode yang digunakan dengan menelaah data sekunder berupa data laporan investigasi kecelakaan tahun 2010 dan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan precondition for unsafe dengan menggunakan Human Factors Analysis Classification System-Mining Industry (HFACS-MI) Model, selain itu juga dilakukan wawancara dan observasi lapangan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa condition of operators, environment factors, dan personnel factors merupakan prakondisi yang menyebabkan unsafe act dan kontribusi prakondisi yang paling besar menyebabkan unsafe act adalah condition of operators. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa distribusi kejadian unsafe act yang paling banyak terjadi selama tahun 2010 yaitu Decision Errors, Skill based Errors dan Routine Violation.

The objective of this study is to identify preconditions that can cause unsafe acts in PT Buma PIK, mining operation, during the year 2010. This study uses Buma's incident investigation reports to analyze and to divide into precondition for unsafe act based on Human Factors Analysis Classification System-Mining Industry (HFACS-MI) model. Besides that, observation and interview are also carried out to get some information related to this study.The result of this study reveals that condition of operators, environment factor, and personal factor are preconditions that can lead to unsafe act. The highest factor contributed to make unsafe act is condition of operators. In addition, distribution of unsafe acts that most happened during the year 2010 are decision error, skill based error, and routine violation."

"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Periode Bulan Mei Tahun 2018 bertujuan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di distributor farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di distributor farmasi; memahami penerapan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik CDOB dan Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik CDAKB di distributor farmasi; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di distributor farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama dua minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Optimasi Prekondisi dan Validasi Pengiriman Metode Pengemasan Passive Packaging EZCooler untuk Suhu 2-8oC rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini yaitu untuk mendapatkan durasi prekondisi yang paling optimum untuk metode pengemasan passive packaging dengan eZCooler untuk suhu 2-8oC dan melakukan validasi pengiriman dengan durasi prekondisi yang paling optimum tersebut untuk memastikan suhu pengiriman tidak menyimpang dari yang dipersyaratkan.

Internship at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Period May 2018 for the prospective pharmacists aims to understand the role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical distributor; have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in the pharmaceutical distributor; understand the application of Good Distribution Practices GDP and Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices GDPMD in the pharmaceutical distributor; and also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues in pharmaceutical distributor. This internship was conducted for two weeks with special assignment Precondition Optimization and Validation of Delivery for Packaging Method of Passive Packaging EZCooler for Temperature 2-8oC . The purpose of this special assignment is to obtain the optimum precondition duration for the passive packaging eZCooler for temperature 2-8oC and perform the delivery validation with the most optimum precondition duration to ensure the temperature while delivering does not deviate from the requirement.
