Abstrak :
Penggabungan Pelabuhan A, Pelabuhan B, Pelabuhan C, dan Pelabuhan D menjadi Pelabuhan Terintegrasi dilakukan untuk mewujudkan konektivitas nasional dan jaringan ekosistem logistik yang lebih kuat, sejalan dengan program pemerintah Indonesia dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) 2020-2024. Walaupun Pelabuhan A-D memiliki ruang lingkup bisnis yang sama, keempat pelabuhan ini memiliki wilayah operasional masing-masing, sehingga menghasilkan tantangan bisnis dan keuangan. Penggabungan ini diharapkan untuk mengatasi tantangan dengan memberikan kontrol strategis yang lebih baik, operasi terstandardisasi, alokasi belanja modal yang optimal, dan equity story yang lebih baik. Penggabungan tersebut memiliki tiga tujuan utama: meningkatkan konektivitas dan neraca perdagangan nasional, memperkuat jaringan ekosistem logistik nasional, dan meningkatkan skala usaha dan penciptaan nilai. Penggabungan Pelabuhan A-D akan menjadikan Pelabuhan Terintegrasi sebagai operator terminal peti kemas terbesar ke-8 di dunia. Selain itu, penggabungan ini juga akan menghasilkan harga yang lebih kompetitif dan kenyamanan bisnis bagi pelanggan. ......The merger of Port A, Port B, Port C, and Port D into Integrated Port was carried out to realize a more robust national connectivity and logistics ecosystem network, in line with the Indonesia government’s program in 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN). Although Ports A-D have the same business scope, they have their own operational areas, resulting in business and financial challenges. The merger is expected to overcome the challenges by providing better strategic control, standardized operation, optimal capex allocation, and a better equity story. The merger has three main objectives: improving national connectivity and trade balance, strengthening the national logistics ecosystem network, and increasing the business scale and value creation. The merger of Ports A-D would make Integrated Port the eighth largest container terminal operator globally. Moreover, it would also result in more competitive prices and business convenience for customers.

Abstrak :
Port of Tanjung Priok is one of the ports in Indonesia which has the potential to be developed into an international seaport with the level of activity and the capacity of loading and unloading. This study aims to understand the key variables that determine the service quality of the port, so as to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. By using Structural Equation Modeling, this study analyzes the effects of various dimensions of service quality to customer satisfaction, and the relationships formed between perceived value and customer loyalty of the port service industry in Indonesia. The sampling method used was stratified random sampling with a total of 406 respondents. The results show positive relationships between the variables. This implies that service quality is an important aspect to focus on in order for Port of Tanjung Priok to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
