"Early psychosis merupakan kondisi mental seseorang yang ditandai dengan mendengar suara-suara, perubahan perilaku dan emosi, serta mempercayai hal-hal yang tidak dapat dipercaya.Salah satu tanda dan gejala dari early psychosis yaitu perubahan emosi.Perubahan emosi meliputi perilaku kekerasan.Perilaku kekerasan merupakan perilaku individu yang berupa tindakan mencederai diri sendiri, orang lain, maupun lingkungan.Faktor predisposisi yang dapat menyebabkan resiko perilaku kekerasan pada klien yaitu kegagalan dalam masalah percintaan. Faktor presipitasi disebabkan karena tekanan dari lingkungan yang menyebabkan individu tidak mampu mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi.Tindakan keperawatan yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi resiko perilaku kekerasan yaitu dengan melakukan latihan fisik.Salah satu dari latihan fisik yaitu teknik memukul bantal. Tujuan dari teknik memukul bantal yaitu klien mampu menyalurkan perasaan marah dengan cara yang tepat.Kata kunci: early psychosis, perilaku kekerasan, resiko perilaku kekerasan, faktor presipitasi, faktor predisposisi, teknik memukul bantal.
