Abstrak :
Tesis ini menjelaskan mengenai proses penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi Soul Sepatu cabang Rawamangun sebagai Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Jakarta dengan pendekatan business coaching. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memetakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Soul Sepatu kemudian bersama dengan penulis atau coach mencari dan mengimplementasi solusi perbaikan yang diperlukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Soul Sepatu memiliki permasalahan dalam komunikasi pemasaran. Kesimpulannya, solusi yang diambil untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut yaitu dengan merancang bauran promosi dan physical evidence toko Soul Sepatu. Elemen bauran promosi yang diimplementasi yaitu elemen sales promotion, direct marketing, dan digital/internet marketing. Pengimplementasian rancangan bauran promosi berupa promosi potongan harga yang disebarkan melalui media Instagram Soul Sepatu dan juga melakukan direct marketing melalui Whatsapp untuk dapat menarik pelanggan menggunakan jasa Soul Sepatu. Usulan perbaikan physical evidence berupa penambahan signage perusahaan di bagian depan toko Soul Sepatu Rawamangun. ......This paper describes the problem-solving process of Soul Sepatu Rawamangun as a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Jakarta using business coaching. The purpose of this paper is to plot problems face by Soul Sepatu as an MSME then find and implement the needed solution together with the researcher/coach. The result of this paper shows that Soul Sepatu has a problem in their marketing communication effort. This paper concludes that to solve the problems, Soul sepatu needs to design a promotional mix and improve physical evidence. Only three out of six elements of the promotional mix are to be implemented due to budget and time constraints. Those elements consist of sales promotion, direct marketing, and digital/internet marketing. The promotional mix implementation takes the form of discount promotion which uses Instagram as a medium to spread information and doing direct marketing to persuade customers into using Soul Sepatus services. The proposed improvement to physical evidence is in the form of adding signage to the front of the store.

Kedai kopi semakin marak beredar akhir-akhir ini, terutama di Jakarta. Untuk dapat bersaing dalam industri ini, sebuah UMKM harus bekerja lebih keras agar dapat bertahan hidup. Woven Coffee merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak UMKM yang mencoba bertahan dalam industri ini. Mereka harus memiliki sebuah produk otentik dari kedainya, pelayanan yang sangat baik, ataupun menawarkan tempat yang menarik. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengembangkan physical evidence kedai serta memberikan standar waktu produksi agar kecepatan pelayanan tetap terjaga. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan physical evidence dari UMKM Woven Coffee agar dapat menarik pengunjung, serta menentukan standar waktu produksi makanan mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan data yang didapatkan berasal dari observasi, survey, serta wawancara mendalam. Terdapat beberapa metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, antara lain Business Model Canvas (BMC), analisis Porter's Five Forces, analisis PESTEL, Bauran Pemasaran Jasa, analisis SWOT, analisis TOWS, dan analisis GAP. Analisis tersebut akan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk menemukan hasil dari penelitian ini, yakni pengembangan terhadap physical evidence dari Woven Coffee serta penetapan waktu standar produksi makanan ......Coffee shops are spreading widely nowadays, especially in Jakarta. To compete in this industry, SMEs should go the extra mile to survive. Woven Coffee is one of the SME that trying to survive in this industry. They will necessitate having a signature product, superb service excellence, or even provide a fancy space. One way to do this is by developing store physical evidence and determining production standard time in order to maintain service time. The objectives of this research are to develop physical evidence of Woven Coffee in order to attract more customers and also determine their food production standard time. This study is conducted using a qualitative method, and the data is obtained by observations, surveys, as well as in-depth interviews. We utilize seven analytical tools to achieve the targeted results, namely Business Model Canvas (BMC), Porter's Five Forces, PESTEL Analysis, Service Marketing Mix, SWOT Analysis, TOWS Analysis, and GAP Analysis. These analyses are used as a base to generate the result of this study, i.e., developing the physical evidence of Woven Coffee and applying the standard time of food-producing accordingly.

Abstrak :
Abstract. The aim of the research is to analyze how the service quality can affect customer’s satisfaction in shaping costumer’s loyalty. The research is quantitative and uses non-probability purposive sampling technique. The instrument of the research uses questionnaires which were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. The result of the research shows that the five dimensions, i.e. physical evidence, empathy, reliability, quickness, and guaranty positively affect the service quality. The other results show that customer’s satisfaction is a preceding factor of customer’s loyalty. The direct effect of service quality on customer’s loyalty does not sustain the research, since the researcher did not find any significant direct relation between service quality and customer’s loyalty.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa pendidikan tinggi terhadap ekuitas merek universitas XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pilihan elemen price, promotion, people, dan, physical evidence sebagai dimensi dari bauran pemasaran jasa pendidikan tinggi, dan elemen brand awareness, brand image, perceived quality, dan brand loyalty sebagau dimensi dari ekuitas merek universitas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 266 orang dari mahasiswa universitas XYZ, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini diolah dengan aplikasi statistik SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen bauran pemasaran jasa pendidikan tinggi yang memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap ekuitas merek universitas XYZ adalah elemen price terhadap perceived quality, elemen people terhadap brand image, elemen people terhadap brand loyalty, elemen physical evidence terhadap brand awareness, dan elemen physical evidence terhadap perceived quality. Sedangkan elemen bauran pemasaran jasa pendidikan tinggi yang tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap ekuitas merek universitas XYZ adalah elemen price terhadap brand awareness, elemen price terhadap brand image, elemen price terhadap brand loyalty, elemen promotion terhadap brand awareness, elemen promotion terhadap brand image, elemen promotion terhadap perceived quality, elemen promotion terhadap brand loyalty, elemen people terhadap brand awareness, elemen people terhadap perceived quality, elemen physical evidence terhadap brand image, elemen physical evidence terhadap brand loyalty.
ABSTRACT
This study discusses the effect of the marketing service mix of higher education on XYZ university brand equity. This study uses the choice of price, promotion, people, and physical evidence elements as dimensions of the service marketing mix of higher education, and elements of brand awareness, brand image, perceived quality, and brand loyalty as dimensions of university brand equity. This research is a quantitative research with a sample of 266 people from XYZ university students, the data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires to students. This research is processed by statistical application of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that the service marketing mix of higher education which had a positive influence on the brand equity of university XYZ were price elements of perceived quality, elements of people towards brand image, elements of people towards brand loyalty, elements of physical evidence towards brand awareness, and physical evidence elements towards perceived quality. While the service marketing mix of higher education that do not have a positive influence on the brand equity of university XYZ is the price element of brand awareness, the price element of the brand image, the price element of brand loyalty, the element of promotion to brand awareness, the element of promotion to brand image, promotion elements to perceived quality, elements promotion of brand loyalty, elements of people towards brand awareness, elements of people towards perceived quality, elements of physical evidence towards brand image, elements of physical evidence towards brand loyalty.

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengukur pengaruh kinerja bauran pemasaran terhadap kesetiaan konsumen pada perusahaan pembiayaan. Variabel penelitian tercliri atas: produk, hargafbiaya, lokasi, promosi, orang, bukti Bsik dan proses. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 300 responden dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda (multi regression). Hasil penelitian menunjuklcan bahwa kinerja bauran pernasaran secara simultan berpengaruh 42.1% terhadap kesetiaan konsumen pada peiusahaan pembiayaan dan falctor yang secara signiiikan berpengaruh adalah faktor produk, diikuti oleh faktor proses, harga dan promos......The focus of this study is to measure the influence of marketing mix performance on customer loyalty in the multiiinance company. The independent variables in this research are : product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process. To collect data, we use survey method and depth interview to 300 respondents and as a mcthode analysis, we use multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that marketing mix perfonnancc has 42.1% influence on customer loyalty in multifmance company, and the factors that significantly influence are: product, followed by process, price then promotion.
