"Kesehatan didefinisikan sebagai suatu keadaan sehat, baik secara fisik, mental, spritual, maupun sosial yang memungkinkan setiap orang untuk hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomis. Hak sehat berhak dimiliki oleh setiap orang dan setiap orang berhak juga untuk memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan yang aman, bermutu, dan terjangkau. Dibutuhkan suatu sumber daya kesehatan untuk dapat menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat (UU RI No. 36 Tahun 2009). Salah satu sumber daya kesehatan yaitu perbekalan farmasi. Perbekalan farmasi yaitu sediaan farmasi yang terdiri dari bahan obat, obat, obat tradisional, dan kosemetik. Pemerintah menjamin ketersediaan, pemerataan, dan keterjangkauan perbekalan kesehatan dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perbekalan kesehatan (UU RI No. 36 Tahun 2009). Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia yaitu salah satu fasilitas kesehatan yang berlokasi di Universitas Indonesia. RSUI memiliki suatu formularium sumah sakit yang mempunyai fungsi yaitu membantu menyakinkan ketepatan penggunaan obat dan mutu di rumah sakit, memudahkan pemilihan obat yang rasional, memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada pasien, meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas penggunaan dana perbekalan kesehatan, memudahkan perencanaan dan penyediaan perbekalan kesehatan (Kementrian Kesehatan, 2017). PT SamMarie Tramedifa termasuk kedalam salah satu perusahaan berbentuk badan hukum yang memilki izin untuk pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran obat dan/atau bahan obat dalam jumlah besar sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang undangan (Peraturan BPOM No. 9 Tahun 2019). Apotek Kimia Farma 143 Margonda merupakan salah satu tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh sarana pelayanan kefarmasian apoteker. Pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek diselenggarakan dalam rangka menjamin ketersediaan dan akses masyarakat terhadap obat, sediaan farmasi lain, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai (BMHP) yang aman, bermutu dan bermanfaat, dengan tujuan mencapai patient outcome dan menjamin patient safety (Permenkes, No 14, 2021).

The government guarantees the availability, equity, and affordability of health supplies with the aim of meeting the needs of health supplies (UU RI No. 36 of 2009). The University of Indonesia Hospital is one of the health facilities located at the University of Indonesia. The University of Indonesia Hospital has a hospital formulary which has a function, namely helping to ensure the accuracy of drug use and quality in hospitals, facilitating rational drug selection, providing optimal service to patients, increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the use of health supply funds, facilitating the planning and provision of health supplies. Ministry of Health, 2017). PT SamMarie Tramedifa is one of the companies in the form of a legal entity that has a permit for the procurement, storage, distribution of drugs and/or drug ingredients in large quantities in accordance with the provisions of the legislation (BPOM Regulation No. 9 of 2019). Kimia Farma 143 Margonda Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists practice pharmacy. Pharmaceutical services in pharmacies are held in order to ensure the availability and access of the public to drugs, other pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and medical consumables that are safe, quality and useful, with the aim of achieving patient outcomes and ensuring patient safety(Permenkes, No 14, 2021)."
