Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan sarana penting bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk menerapkan dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuannya dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini dilakukan di PT Dankos Farma, Apotek Roxy Hasyim Ashari dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Laporan ini disusun dengan tujuan memberikan informasi terkait pelaksanaan nyata pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di industri, apotek, maupun pedagang besar farmasi. Apoteker memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab dalam pembuatan serta pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi di industri farmasi. Dalam penyaluran obat, apoteker bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusiannya. Sementara dalam bidang pelayanan, apoteker bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan dan pelayanan informasi obat. Laporan ini disusun menggunakan metode observasi langsung dan penelusuran studi literatur. Dalam laporan praktik kerja di industri farmasi, dibahas terkait studi analisis jenis afkir yang terjadi di salah satu departemen produksi PT Dankos Farma untuk menentukan tindakan perbaikan dan menurunkan hasil afkir dalam rangka pemastian mutu produk. Dalam laporan praktik kerja apotek, dibuat daftar penggunaan obat-obat off-label indikasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman agar dapat memastikan bahwa semua obat yang diberikan kepada pasien aman dan bermanfaat. Pharmacists have the authority and responsibility to manufacture and ensure the quality control of pharmaceutical dosage forms in the pharmaceutical industry. In the distribution of drugs, pharmacists are responsible for implementing security, procurement, storage, and distribution. While in the service sector, pharmacists are responsible for the management and service of drug information. This report was prepared using the direct observation method and literature study. The pharmaceutical industry practice report discusses the analysis study of the types of rejected products that occurred in one of the production departments of PT Dankos Farma to determine corrective actions and reduce the results of rejected products to ensure product quality. In the pharmacy practice report, a list of off-label drugs is made to increase understanding to ensure that all drugs given to patients are safe and valuable. The pharmaceutical distributor practice report discusses the design and manufacture of product markings to prevent pharmaceutical preparations from being mixed to ensure the drug distribution process is carried out correctly. Therefore, this report will outline the analysis of existing problems and solutions in each internship place.

Distributor farmasi adalah salah satu pemegang peran penting dalam rantai pasokan produk farmasi. Distributor farmasiharus memenuhi syarat Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) untuk menjamin kualitas produk yang diedarkan dengan memastikan mutu sepanjang prosestelah sesuai persyaratan. PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbkmerupakan salah satu distributor yang mengedarkan berbagai produk farmasi, termasuk produk rantai dingin sehingga dilengkapi dengan fasilitas penunjang produk rantai dingin. Mesin Chest Freezerdigunakan untuk menyimpan ice packyang berguna untuk pengiriman produk rantai dingin. Kualifikasi mesin terdiri dari beberapa tahap kualifikasi yang dilakukan sebelum mesin digunakan untuk operasional keseharian. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan kualifikasi operasional mesin sesuai dengan prosedur kualifikasi perusahaan. Pharmaceutical distributors must meet the requirements for Good Distribution Practice (CDOB) to guarantee the quality of the products distributed by ensuring that the quality throughout the process meets the requirements. PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk is a distributor that distributes various pharmaceutical products, including cold chain products. Hence, it is equipped with cold chain product support facilities. Chest Freezer machines are used to store ice packs which are useful for sending cold chain products. Machine qualification consists of several qualification stages which are carried out before the machine is used for daily operations. In this research, operational qualification was carried out in accordance with the company's qualification procedures. Operational qualification (OQ) is performed to establish that the installation and all systems and subsystems operate effectively and consistently when the storage area is empty. Operational qualification results for Chest Freezer AB-1200-T-X ID. P05 empty condition has been implemented with the results meeting the acceptance criteria with justification. Therefore, qualification testing can proceed to the performance qualification stage.

Praktik kerja profesi di Distributor PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari PT APL pada bulan Mei 2018 bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Distributor/Pedagang Besar Farmasi PBF , memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Distributor Farmasi, memberikan gambaran penerapan penerapan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik CDOB , serta memberikan gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Distributor Farmasi. ABSTRACT
Apothecary internship at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Distributor PT APL in May 2018 aims to provide an understanding of the role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Distributors, provide insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in Pharmaceutical Distributors, provide an overview of the application of Good Storage and Distribution Practice GSDP , and also provide a clear picture of pharmaceutical work problems in Pharmaceutical Distributors. This internship was done in PT APL Tangerang Branch for two weeks with special assignment that is Gap Analysis between Distributor of Medical Device with Good Storage and Distribution of Medical Device Practice . The purpose of this particular assignment is to determine the conformity and non-conformity of the actual condition of Medical Devices Distributor with the Good Storage and Distribution of Medical Devices Practice Guidelines and to propose appropriate corrective actions.

Pada CDOB diatur mengenai ketentuan operasional dalam kegiatan distribusi obat. Kegiatan operasional tersebut termasuk ke dalam bagian logistik. Tujuan laporan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mempelajari serta menganalisis kesesuaian pelaksanaan alur logistik di Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Cabang Bogor dengan persyaratan CDOB. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengerjaan laporan ini yaitu studi literatur dari berbagai sumber seperti CDOB serta wawancara langsung dengan narasumber Apoteker Penanggung Jawab dan karyawan lain yang bekerja pada KFTD Cabang Bogor. Proses distribusi obat bagian logistik yang dilakukan oleh Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Cabang Bogor secara umum telah memenuhi persyaratan CDOB, walaupun masih belum sempurna terutama pada bagian penyimpanan karena adanya kendala kapasitas ruangan yang kurang. ......The GDP regulates operational provisions in drug distribution activities. These operational activities are included in the logistics section. The purpose of this report is to study and analyze the suitability of the implementation of the logistics flow at Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Bogor Branch with the GDP requirements. The method used in preparing this report was a literature study from various sources such as GDP and direct interviews with the responsible pharmacist and other employees working at the KFTD Bogor Branch. The drug distribution process in the logistics section carried out by the Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Bogor Branch in general has met the GDP requirements, although it is still not perfect, especially in the storage section due to insufficient space capacity constraints.

Maka dari itu, apoteker harus memiliki kompetensi yang baik sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi agar apoteker dapat mengetahui perannya dan meningkatkan kompetensinya. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Kalbe Farma Tbk pada periode 3 Januari-25 Februari 2022, Apotek Roxy Telajung pada periode 2-26 Maret 2022, dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari pada periode 1-14 April 2022. Distribusi produk obat dan alat kesehatan diatur dalam pedoman Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) dan Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB) untuk memastikan mutu produk selama distribusi. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu produk yaitu suhu, khususnya untuk produk rantai dingin (cold chain product). Penelitian dilakukan untuk memantauan suhu chiller penyimpanan produk rantai dingin di PT Anugrah Argon Medica dengan tujuan memastikan kesesuaian suhu penyimpanan dan menentukan tindakan bila terdapat penyimpangan. Pemantauan dilakukan selama 7 hari menggunakan rekaman suhu pada data logger chiller penyimpanan produk obat rantai dingin (chiller 3) dan chiller penyimpanan produk alat kesehatan rantai dingin (chiller 7). Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan aplikasi T-Tec dan Microsoft Excel kemudian dianalisis sehingga diperoleh nilai MKT. Hasil pemantauan chiller 3 terdapat penyimpangan suhu di sensor maksimum hari ke-1 (8,5℃) dan hari ke-7 (8,32℃) karena pintu chiller terbuka terlalu lama saat operasional. Tindakan pencegahan dan tindakan perbaikan untuk chiller 3 yaitu memberikan sosialisasi kepada petugas gudang terkait durasi membuka chiller. Hasil nilai MKT chiller 3 sensor minimum sebesar 4,4960℃ dan sensor maksimum sebesar 6,7717℃. Hasil pemantauan suhu chiller 7 telah sesuai dengan persyaratan (2℃−8℃). Hasil nilai MKT pada chiller 7 sensor minimum sebesar 4,9755℃ dan sensor maksimum sebesar 5,0928℃. ...... The distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical devices is regulated by the Good Distribution Practice Guidelines for Pharmaceuticals (CDOB) and Good Distribution Practice Guidelines for Medical Devices (CDAKB) to ensure product quality during distribution. One of the factors influencing product quality is temperature, especially for cold chain products. Research was conducted to monitor the temperature of the cold chain product storage chiller at PT Anugrah Argon Medica to ensure storage temperature compliance and determine actions for deviations. Monitoring was conducted over 7 days using temperature recordings from the data logger of chiller 3 for pharmaceutical cold chain products and chiller 7 for medical device cold chain products. The data obtained were processed using T-Tec and Microsoft Excel applications, then analyzed to obtain the Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT) values. The monitoring of chiller 3 revealed temperature deviations at the maximum sensor on day 1 (8.5°C) and day 7 (8.32°C) due to prolonged opening of the chiller door during operation. Preventive and corrective actions for chiller 3 included providing awareness training to warehouse personnel regarding the duration of chiller door openings. The MKT results for chiller 3 were a minimum sensor value of 4.4960°C and a maximum sensor value of 6.7717°C. The temperature monitoring of chiller 7 complied with requirements (2°C-8°C). The MKT results for chiller 7 were a minimum sensor value of 4.9755°C and a maximum sensor value of 5.0928°C.
