Pada peristiwa Pemilihan Gubernur DKI Jakarta tahun 2017 terjadi fenomena menarik yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian, yaitu perubahan perolehan suara pasangan petahana yang unggul pada putaran pertama dan juga diunggulkan mayoritas lembaga survei, kemenangannya menjadi berbalik kepada pasangan Anies-Sandi (AS) yang semula tidak dijagokan untuk menjadi pemenang pilgub. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pilgub Jakarta tahun 2017 pasangan AS berhasil mempertahankan keunggulan suaranya secara signifikan di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Jakarta Selatan pada putaran kedua. Sekaligus berhasil memasuki wilayah yang tadinya merupakan wilayah pemenangan suara pasangan petahana pada putaran pertama. Terdapat 25 basis suara pasangan AS pada putaran kedua dan wilayah yang mendominasi basis suara tersebut adalah Jakarta Timur dan Jakarta Pusat. Faktor-faktor spasial yang dianalisis memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh terhadap perolehan suara pasangan AS. Melalui analisis korelasi pada kedua putaran, faktor pekerja formal dan pemilih muda memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan perolehan suara AS. Sedangkan melalui analisis regresi berganda faktor spasial yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap perolehan suara AS adalah kepadatan penduduk dan pekerja formal pada kedua putaran.

ABSTRACT
In the election of the DKI Jakarta Governor in 2017 there was an interesting phenomenon that became the background of the research, namely the change in the vote gain of the superior incumbents in the first round and also favored by the majority of survey institutions, his victory turned to the Anies-Sandi (AS) pair who were not nominated to become the winner of the election. This research approach uses a descriptive method with a comparative type. The results of the study indicate that in the 2017 Jakarta governor election the AS pair managed to maintain the superiority of their votes significantly in the East Jakarta and South Jakarta Administrative City in the second round. At the same time he managed to enter the area which had been the area of winning the voice of the incumbent pair in the first round. There are 25 base votes for the AS pair in the second round and the regions that dominate the voting base are East Jakarta and Central Jakarta. The spatial factors analyzed have a relationship and influence on the vote acquisition of AS couples. Through correlation analysis in the first and second rounds, formal workers and religious factors have a strong relationship with AS vote acquisition. While through multiple regression analysis of spatial factors that have an influence on AS vote acquisition is population density and formal workers in the first and second round.
