ABSTRACT
Minimarket menyediakan berbagai macam kebutuhan sehari-hari dari masyarakat. Oleh karena itu tingginya permintaan pada toko jenis ini tidak mengherankan lagi. Berdasarkan penelitian oleh The Nielsen Company pada tahun 2017 menunjukan bahwa penjualan pada minimarket lebih tinggi 17 kali lipat jika dibandingkan dengan super market dan hypermarket. Hal ini menunjukan tingginya kebutuhan akan barang-barang yang dijual pada minimarket. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu cabang minimarket di kota Bandung yaitu Nindy minimarket yang terletak di daerah Sarimas. Selama ini toko ini tidak pernah memiliki panduan pasti dalam memesan produk nya sehingga jumlah produk yang dibeli dapat menjadi sangat banyak dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan holding cost. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pilihan bagi toko ini mengenai jumlah pemesanan yang harus dilakukan untuk mengurangi holding cost nya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memilih 20 produk dengan penjualan tertinggi dimana produk ini akan diolah dengan menggunakan sesuai dengan cara pemesanannya yaitu metode continuous atau periodic. Untuk menghindari permintaan yang tidak terduga maka penelitian ini juga mencari jumlah safety stock yang harus ditentukan oleh toko sehingga dapat mengantisipasi permintan yang tidak terduga.

ABSTRACT
Minimarket provides various kinds of daily needs from the community. Therefore, the high demand for this type of shop is not surprising anymore. Based on research by The Nielsen Company in 2017, it was shown that sales at the minimarket were 17 times higher compared to super markets and hypermarkets. This shows the high demand for goods sold on minimarkets. This research was conducted at one of the minimarket branches in the city of Bandung, namely Nindy minimarket located in the Sarimas area. So far this shop has never had a definite guide in ordering its products so that the number of products purchased can be very large and ultimately increase the holding cost. Therefore this study aims to provide an option for this store regarding the number of orders that must be made to reduce the holding cost. This research was conducted by selecting 20 products with the highest sales where this product will be processed using according to the method of ordering, namely continuous or periodic methods. To avoid unexpected requests, this research also looks for the amount of safety stock that must be determined by the store so that it can anticipate unexpected requests.

Pengendalian persediaan suku cadang bagi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan maintenance, repair, dan overhaul bagi perusahaan penerbangan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan karena menyediakan suku cadang merupakan salah satu core business dari perusahaan tersebut. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai sistem persediaan, khususnya pemesanan, bagi suku cadang pada PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan alternatif dalam menentukan re-order point dan order quantity untuk suku cadang pada perusahaan tersebut yang dapat memberikan improvement bagi kinerja perusahaan dalam hal total inventory cost dengan menggunakan dua metode alternatif yaitu metode continuous review system dan metode periodic review system. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengacu pada model penelitian Bacchetti dan Saccani 2011 mengenai pendekatan pengelolaan dan pengendalian persediaan terintegrasi yaitu dengan memadukan klasifikasi, peramalan, dan penentuan metode persediaan untuk kemudian dapat mengukur kinerja sistem persediaan tersebut. Terdapat sebelas jenis suku cadang yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian yang didasarkan pada klasifikasi ABC. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa metode continuous review system merupakan metode yang memberikan improvement paling baik karena dapat menghasilkan penghematan biaya dengan jumlah yang paling besar.

ABSTRACT
Spare parts inventory control for companies engaged in the field of service for maintenance, repair, and overhaul for airlines is highly important to be taken care of since providing spare parts are one of company rsquo s core business. This thesis discusses inventory system, specifically ordering system, for spare parts at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia. This research is conducted to provide an alternative in determining re order point and order quantity for spare parts in this company that can give improvement for company rsquo s performance in terms of total inventory cost by using two alternative method which are continuous review system method and periodic review system method. This research is conducted by referring to Bacchetti and Saccani 2011 research model of integrated inventory management and control approach that is by combining classification, forecasting, and determining inventory method to then able to measure the performance of the inventory system. There are eleven types of spare parts sampled in the study based on the ABC classification. The results of the research show that continuous review system method is the method that gives the best improvement because it resulting cost savings with the largest amount.

Sektor kesehatan memiliki fokus utama untuk dapat menyediakan perawatan dengan kualitas yang baik bagi pasien, salah satunya dengan pemberian obat-obatan. Untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan obat, rumah sakit memerlukan kebijakan dalam mengendalikan persediaan obat yang ada. Namun, kebijakan pengendalian yang belum terarah dapat menyebabkan biaya perawatan kesehatan terus meningkat sehingga diperlukan rantai pasok perawatan kesehatan yang efektif untuk dapat mengurangi beberapa biaya yang tidak perlu. Untuk dapat mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model kebijakan persediaan dengan mengembangkan Simulasi Monte Carlo untuk menentukan model pengendalian persediaan dan parameter model persediaan yang optimal yang dapat digunakan oleh rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dengan menggunakan model pengendalian persediaan yang tepat dapat mengurangi total biaya persediaan hingga lebih dari 30% pada poli pediatri dengan tetap memenuhi kendala-kendala yang ada di rumah sakit. ......The healthcare sector has a primary focus on providing high-quality care to patients, and one crucial aspect is ensuring the availability of medications. To meet the medication needs effectively, hospitals need well-directed inventory control policies. Without proper control measures, healthcare costs can escalate, making it essential to establish an efficient healthcare supply chain that minimizes unnecessary expenses. To be able to overcome this problem, this research aims to develop an optimized inventory management model by developing Monte Carlo Simulation. The objective is to determine the most effective inventory control policies and optimal parameter settings for hospitals. The findings highlight the significant impact of implementing the appropriate inventory control models, showcasing a reduction of over 30% in total inventory costs in the pediatric department. These improvements are achieved while still fulfilling the existing operational constraints within the hospital.

Suku cadang adalah bagian dari material MRO yang mana merupakan barang-barang pendukung kegiatan pemeliharaan, perbaikan dan operasional di Perusahaan Minyak dan Gas. Pengelolaan persediaan suku cadang dilakukan untuk menjamin kelancaran kegiatan operasional dengan memenuhi kebutuhan suku cadang pada setiap periodenya. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam manajemen persediaan adalah memenuhi kebutuhan suku cadang yang tidak pasti secara efektif seraya meminimalkan biaya. Metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan kebijakan persediaan suku cadang yang tepat adalah Simulasi Monte Carlo dengan menggunakan Kebijakan Tinjauan Persediaan Berkelanjutan dan Kebijakan Tinjauan Persediaan Berkala. Metode tersebut diterapkan pada data dari kelompok suku cadang habis pakai yang sebelumnya telah dikategorikan menggunakan Analisis ABC berdasarkan nilai. Metode-metode ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan parameter kebijakan seperti kuantitas pesanan (Q), order-up-to-level (S), titik pemesanan kembali (s), dan total biaya persediaan. Model pengendalian persediaan yang optimal beserta dengan nilai optimal parameternya untuk setiap suku cadang berhasil ditemukan dengan implementasi kedua metode tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan Tinjauan Persediaan Berkelanjutan memberikan hasil yang lebih baik daripada Kebijakan Tinjauan Persediaan Berkala dalam hal total biaya persediaan. Ditemukan juga bahwa penggunaan kombinasi dari keduanya sesuai kondisi kebutuhan suku cadang yang berbeda mampu menghasilkan total biaya persediaan yang lebih rendah. ......Spare parts fall into the MRO material category which refers to items utilized in supporting maintenance, repair, and operational activities of an Oil and Gas Company. The management of spare parts inventory is done to ensure smooth operational activities by fulfilling the spare parts requirements in each period. The challenge faced in inventory management is in satisfying the uncertain spare parts demand effectively while minimizing costs. The method which can be employed to determine the appropriate spare parts inventory policy is Monte Carlo Simulation using Continuous Review System and the Periodic Review System. The methods are applied to data of A group consumable spare parts which has previously been categorized using ABC Analysis based on value. These methods are utilized to obtain policy parameters such as order quantity (Q), order-up-to-level (S), and reorder point (s), and total inventory cost. Optimal inventory review model along with its optimal parameter values for each item was found with the implementation of the two methods. Research results indicated that the Continuous Review Inventory Policy yields better result than the Periodic Review Inventory Policy in terms of total inventory cost for the assessed items, and that utilizing a combination of both across the different spare parts allows for even lower total inventory cost.

Di Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Batam selama bulan Oktober 2015 sampai bulan September 2016 ditemukan ada kejadian penundaan resep pasien yang berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit dan terjadi back order yang berdampak pada keuangan rumah sakit. Penulis ingin meneliti permasalahan yang terjadi untuk melakukan perbaikan dalam hal pengendalian persediaan farmasi di rumah Sakit Awal Bros Batam untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas pelayanan dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit.

Peneltian ini merupakan penelitian riset operasional untuk menyusun model pengendalian persediaan farmasi. Model pertama, dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis ABC pemakaian, analisi ABC investasi, dan ABC Indeks kritis, untuk mengetahui persediaan farmasi yang menjadi kelompok A, B dan C. Selanjutnya akan dihitung EOQ dan ROP, serta efisiensi TIC. Dilakukan wawancara mendalam dengan informan. Model kedua, metode Periodic Review System, Order up to level, didalam penelitian ini juga melakukan analisis 10 persediaan tertinggi berdasarkan ABC Investasi dan ABC pemakaian melalui penilaian average inventory, ITOR dan PNP pada rumah sakit Awal Bros Batam selama periode 12 bulan. Pada metode kedua ini diharapkan dapat menghindari terjadinya kelebihan stok farmasi dengan investasi tinggi yang dapat mempengaruhi cash flow rumah sakit.

Pengendalian persediaan farmasi di Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Batam masih belum dilakukan dengan optimal, meskipun setiap bulan telah dilakukan analisa ABC Investasi dan menerapkan metode maksimal dan minimal stok yang sederhana. Penelitian ini, menghasilkan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Batam untuk dapat membantu pihak managemen dalam melakukan perbaikan pengendalian persediaan farmasi dan mengatasi permasalahan stock out di farmasi.

ABSTRACT
Prescription delays at Pharmacy Department services Awal Bros Batam Hospital during the month of October 2015 until September 2016 influences the impact on the quality of hospital services and going on back order ending with financial problems to Awal Bros Batam hospitals. The author wants to identify problems that occur for improving efficiency and effectiveness of services pharmacy inventory control at Awal Bros Batam Hospital and overall improving the quality of hospital services.

This study is an operational research study to develop a pharmaceutical inventory control models. The first model, in this study will be made use of ABC analysis, investment analysis ABC, and ABC critical index, to determine pharmaceutical supplies into groups A, B and C. Furthermore, will be calculated EOQ and ROP, as well as the efficiency of TIC. Conducted in-depth interviews with informants. The second model, the method Periodic Review System, Order up to the level, in this study also conducted an analysis 10 largest inventory investment by ABC and ABC average user through the assessment of inventory, ITOR and PNP on Awal Bros Batam hospital over a period of 12 months. In the second method is expected to avoid overstocking pharmaceuticals with high investments that may affect the cash flow of the hospital.

Pharmacy inventory control at Awal Bros Batam Hospital has not performed optimally, although every month have made the ABC analysis Investments and apply maximum and minimum stock method is simple. Pengendalian persediaan suku cadang merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan minyak bumi dan gas melihat perannya sebagai penunjang pemeliharaan, perbaikan, serta pendukung berjalannya kegiatan operasional. Dengan beberapa tantangan berupa permintaan suku cadang pada Perusahaan Migas yang bersifat tak menentu, banyaknya jenis material, resiko tertundanya produksi akibat kekurangan persediaan, serta persediaan berlebih yang akan mengurangi pemasukan perusahaan, pemilihan kebijakan persediaan harus diberi perhatian khusus. Penetapan kebijakan persediaan yang sesuai dimulai dengan peramalan permintaan untuk mengestimasi parameter pengendalian persediaan, yang dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan jumlah pemesanan (Q) dan titik pemesanan kembali (ROP) pada metode Continuous Review, serta review interval (T) pada Periodic Review. Pada kasus ini, hanya ROP dari metode Continuous Review yang dapat diterapkan pada data historis perusahaan. Hasil dari perhitungan dan analisis Re-Order Point kebijakan persediaan Continuous Review berupa penurunan inventory level sehingga membuat nilai turnover ratio material suku cadang meningkat. ......Spare parts inventory control is extremely important for oil and gas companies due to their role in supporting the maintenance and repair of the operations. Determination of the appropriate inventory policy starts with demand forecasting for estimating inventory control parameters, which is followed by the calculation of the order quantity (Q) and reorder point (ROP) in the continuous review method, and the review interval (T) on the Periodic Review method. In this case, only ROP of the Continuous Review can be applied to the historical data of the company. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai manajemen persediaan material MRO pada salah satu industri minyak dan gas di Indonesia. Permasalahan terkait persediaan yang terjadi pada perusahaan tersebut adalah tidak tercapainya target stock out level sebesar 0,50% di mana dapat berakibat pada menurunnya service level serta mengganggu jadwal kegiatan produksi akibat kekurangan material MRO. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan sistem manajemen persediaan material MRO yang optimal untuk meminimalisasi stock out serta mendapatkan peningkatan service level dan penurunan total biaya persediaan yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini mencakup tiga tahapan besar, yaitu klasifikasi material, peramalan konsumsi material, dan pengendalian persediaan material MRO dengan model pendekatan pengendalian probabilistik. Model pengendalian probabilistik terdiri atas continuous review system dan periodic review system di mana penentuannya akan berdasar pada hasil analisis terhadap kategori material dan pola data historis konsumsinya. Penelitian ini juga dilengkapi dengan analisis perbandingan pencapaian service level serta total biaya persediaan aktual dan hasil penelitian dengan pendekatan Time Phased Order Point (TPOP). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian service level dapat ditingkatkan sebesar 69,03% dan dimaksimalkan pada setiap periode serta penurunan total biaya persediaan sebesar 46,23% juga dapat diperoleh. ......This research discusses about the inventory management of MRO materials in one of oil and gas company in Indonesia. Inventory-related issue occuring in the company is yet to achieve their stock out level target of 0,50% which may result in a service level reduction and production schedule disruption due to lack of MRO materials. This research aims to obtain an optimal inventory management system of MRO materials that minimizes stock out and derive an improved service level as well as a reduction in the total inventory cost. This research includes three major phases which are materials classification, materials consumption forecasting, and materials inventory control with probabilistic model approach. Probabilistic model consists of continuous review system and periodic review system that the decision will strongly be based on the analysis of materials categorization and consumption pattern. This research also comes with a comparative analysis of service level and total inventory cost derived between actual and research with Time Phased Order Point (TPOP) approach. The results show that service level can be increased by 69,03% and maximized at each period, while a decrease in total inventory cost amounted to 46,23% also can be obtained.
