Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan Terhadap Niat Beli Produk Uniqlo U Future Lifewear Essentials. Untuk merek-merek fast fashion, peran tanggung jawab sosial penting sebagaimana sustainability tengah menjadi isu yang sangat diperhatikan sehingga banyak diluncurkan koleksi pakaian berkelanjutan. Tanggung jawab sosial dapat membantu dalam mengukur niat beli konsumen atas produk tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan menggunakan online survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial korporasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat beli produk dari Uniqlo U Future Lifewear Essentials dengan pengaruh paling besar melalui Perceived Consumer Effectiveness. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan bahwa perlu dipertahankannya tanggung jawab sosial korporasi terhadap lingkungan terutama dalam penggunaan sustainably sourced materials sekaligus lebih banyak lagi program tanggung jawab sosial untuk kedepannya. Selebihnya juga diperlukan komunikasi lebih terbuka terkait environmental sustainability dengan memanfaatkan kanal media sosial untuk memaksimalkan penyampaian informasi terkait kegiatan/program CSR lingkungan. Terlebih, dapat dimanfaatkan juga strategi corporate social marketing untuk untuk meningkatkan perceived consumer effectiveness terhadap produk yang ditawarkan. ......This study aims to analyse the impact of corporate social responsibility programs towards consumer’s purchase intention of the Uniqlo U Future Lifewear Essentials products. For fast fashion brands, the role of corporate social esponsibility is deemed as important as currently many fast fashion brands are under scrutiny in regards to their sustainability issues. This drives many of the brands to launch multiple collections of sustainable clothings. To find out whether consumers are interested to buy these products, corporate social responsibility is said to be helpful in measuring their purchase intention. The study uses a quantitative-explantive approach utilising online survey as data. Result of the study proves that corporate social responsibility programs do have an impact towards consumer’s purchase intention of the Uniqlo U Future Lifewear Essentials products, with the most significant impact through the perceived consumer effectiveness variable. Consequently, it is recommended to maintain the environmental corporate social responsibility especially in regards to the use of sustainably sourced materials for the products while simultaneously exploring more corporate social responsibility programs to be implemented in the future. Furthermore, a more open communication with the consumers regarding the environmental corporate social responsibility programs that are being implemented is very much needed. Channels such as social media can be make use of to convey informations concerning the environmental corporate social responsibility programs. Lastly, corporate social marketing strategy can be implemented into the marketing strategies of the Uniqlo U Future Lifewear Essentials products as it can increases the perceived consumer effectiveness and lead them towards purchase.

Meningkatnya permasalahan lingkungan membuat pasar produk ramah lingkungan terus mengalami pertumbuhan selama beberapa tahun terakhir karena meningkatnya permintaan dari konsumen. Adanya efek negatif dari bahan kimia terhadap kesehatan serta ligkungan telah membuat konsumen menjadi lebih tertarik untuk menggunakan produk green skincare. Untuk dapat memahami lebih baik mengenai niat beli konsumen pada produk green skincare, penelitian ini menggunakan theory of planned behavior (TPB) dan meneliti lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi niat beli konsumen. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mencoba untuk meneliti pengaruh dari social media marketing, perceived consumer effectiveness (PCE), product knowledge, price consciousness, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, dan attitude terhadap niat beli produk green skincare. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran dari environmental knowledge sebagai variabel moderator dalam mempengaruhi niat beli konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner online dengan jumlah responden sebesar 356 responden di Indonesia dan data dianalisis menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan software Amos versi 26. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa perceived behavioral control dan attitude secara positif mempengaruhi purchase intention, akan tetapi subjective norm tidak mempengaruhi purchase intention produk green skincare. Selain itu, price consciousness juga tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan purchase intention, namun product knowledge secara negatif mempengaruhi attitude dan secara positif signifikan mempengaruhi purchase intention. PCE secara positif mempengaruhi attitude tetapi tidak mempengaruhi purchase intention. Sesuai hipotesis, social media marketing secara positif mempengaruhi subjective norm, PCE, product knowledge, dan purchase intention. Social media marketing secara positif mempengaruhi price consciousness sementara perceived behavioral control tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap price consciousness. Sebagai variabel moderasi, environmental knowledge secara positif memoderasi hubungan antara attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control dengan purchase intention. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat bagi marketer di sektor industri kosmetik untuk membuat strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif agar memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dan dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor. ......This study was to examine the relationship among social media marketing, perceived consumer effectiveness (PCE), product knowledge, price consciousness, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and attitude toward and intentions to purchase green skincare products. Furthermore, this study aims to further understand the role of environmental knowledge as moderating variable that influences consumers’ intentions. Research data was collected using an online questionnaire survey from 356 respondents in Indonesia and data analysis was performed using the Amos 26.0 software package. The empirical results suggest that attitude and perceived behavioral control positively affect purchase intention, while subjective norm showed no significant relationship towards the purchase intention of green skincare products. Price consciousness also showed no significant effect on purchase intention. Moreover, product knowledge negatively influence attitude, while positively affect purchase intention. PCE positively affect attitude but showed no significant relationship towards purchase intention. As expected, social media marketing positively affects subjective norm, PCE, product knowledge, and purchase intention. Furthermore, social media marketing positively influence price consciousness while perceived behavioral control showed no significant relationship with price consciousness. As a moderating variable, environmental knowledge positively moderates the relationship between attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control with purchase intention. This study may benefit the marketers of green skincare industry in developing an effective marketing strategy to gain a better competitive edge from the competitors.

Meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen terkait dampak negatif dari produksi pakaian pada perusaahaan fast fashion, banyak konsumen beralih ke produk yang lebih sustainable. Sehingga, diperlukan penelitian untuk memahami lebih baik bagaimana mendorong perilaku pembelian yang berkelanjutan secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model konseptual yang menggambarkan hubungan antara faktor internal yaitu karakteristik konsumen (shopping value, sustainability consciousness, perceived consumer effectiveness, environmental knowledge) dan faktor eksternal yaitu perspektif pemasaran (kriteria produk pakaian sustainable) yang mempengaruhi intensi perilaku konsumsi produk pakaian sustainable diantara kelompok generasi. Data survey yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online terdiri dari 150 konsumen Generasi X, 150 konsumen Generasi Y, dan 150 konsumen Generasi Z. Analisis data akan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil dari analisis PLS-SEM menunjukkan beberapa faktor karakteristik konsumen dan perspektif pemasaran berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi perilaku konsumsi pakaian sustainable. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada beberapa faktor karakteristik konsumen dan perspektif pemasaran diantara kelompok generasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang bermanfaat bagi pelaku usaha di bidang industri mode dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang menargetkan kelompok generasi untuk mendorong konsumsi pakaian sustainable dengan memperhatikan isu keberlanjutan (lingkungan dan sosial) tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap merek mereka, namun juga untuk berkontribusi dalam mengatasi krisis yang dihadapi di tanah air dan generasi selanjutnya ......Increased consumer awareness regarding the negative impacts of clothing production in fast fashion companies has made a lot of consumer shift to a more sustainable product. Therefore, research is needed to understand how to effectively encourage sustainable buying behaviour. This research aims to develop a conceptual model that describes the relationship between the internal factors, namely consumer characteristics (shopping value, sustainability consciousness, perceived consumer effectiveness, environmental knowledge), and external factors namely advertising perspective (sustainable clothing product criteria) which influence the behavioural intention of consuming sustainable clothing products among generation groups. Survey data collected through online questionnaires consisted of 150 Generation X consumers, 150 Generation Y consumers, and 150 Generation Z consumers. Data analysis will be using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method. The result from the PLS-SEM analysis shows that several factors of consumer characteristics and marketing perspective have a positive and significant effects on the behavioural intention to consume sustainable clothing. These findings show that there are significant differences in several factors of consumer characteristics and marketing perspectives between generation groups. This research could give useful recommendations for businessmen in the fashion industry in developing marketing strategies targeting generational cohorts to encourage sustainable apparel consumption by considering sustainability issues (environmental and social) not only to increase consumer trust in their brand, but also to contribute to handling the crisis that is faced in the homeland and future generations.

Meningkatnya pencemaran lingkungan serta adanya urgensi untuk meningkatkan kepedulian lingkungan masyarakat Indonesia, menyebabkan perusahaan turut berkontribusi melalui penerapan green marketing. Sementara itu, sektor kosmetik di Indonesia saat ini sedang tumbuh signifikan. Green marketing juga turut diimplementasikan pada industri tersebut dengan munculnya berbagai merek kosmetik lokal yang mengusung konsep sustainable beauty. Gen Z menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong booming-nya industri kosmetik di Indonesia. Maka, pelaku bisnis sustainable beauty perlu mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dianggap berpengaruh terhadap green purchase behavior pada Gen Z. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang dianggap berpengaruh, melalui survei terhadap 335 responden yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring dan data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi green purchase behavior Gen Z terhadap produk green cosmetics merek lokal adalah eco-label, PCE, environmental attitude, dan ecological affection. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan ecological affection dapat dilakukan baik secara langsung melalui PCE ataupun melalui environmental attitude terlebih dahulu. ......The increasing environmental pollution and the urgency to increase environmental awareness of Indonesian society, have caused companies to contribute through the implementation of green marketing. Meanwhile, the cosmetic sector in Indonesia is currently growing significantly. Green marketing is also implemented in the industry with the emergence of various local cosmetic brands that carry the concept of sustainable beauty. Gen Z is one of the driving factors for the booming cosmetic industry in Indonesia. So, sustainable beauty business players need to know the factors that are considered to have an effect on green purchase behavior in Gen Z. This study identifies several factors that are considered influential, through a survey of 335 respondents conducted through an online questionnaire and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings suggest factors that affect Gen Z's green purchase behavior towards local brand green cosmetics are eco-label, PCE, environmental attitude, and ecological affection. This research also shows that increasing ecological affection can be done either directly through PCE or through environmental attitude first.
