"Employee accountability merupakan elemen penting yang bertindak sebagai pedoman perilaku. Variabel ini mendorong karyawan untuk bertanggung jawab atas keputusan dan tindakan yang mereka ambil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah managerial monitoring behavior dan perceived competence memiliki peran mediasi dalam mekanisme hubungan formalisasi dan employee accountability. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan dari 331 pegawai instansi pemerintah di Indonesia secara daring. Data dianalisis dengan metode structural equation modelling menggunakan IBM SPSS AMOS 24. Dibangun melalui teori kognitif sosial, hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peran mediasi managerial monitoring behavior dan perceived competence dalam hubungan formalisasi dan employee accountability. Dalam penelitian ini, perceived competence (komponen person), formalisasi dan managerial monitoring behavior (komponen lingkungan), dan employee accountability (komponen perilaku) berperan sebagai determinan yang dapat saling mempengaruhi, meskipun tidak secara bersamaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, selain memantau kinerja, organisasi dan pemimpin perlu mempromosikan pemantauan efektif mengenai fasilitasi interpersonal bawahan mereka untuk memperkuat employee accountability. Organisasi juga perlu memperhatikan perceived competence karyawannya untuk meningkatkan employee accountability. Temuan penelitian didapatkan dari organisasi pemerintahan yang memiliki formalisasi tinggi, sehingga hasil penelitian dapat berkontribusi pada organisasi yang juga memiliki formalisasi tinggi.

Employee accountability is an imperative element that acts as a behavior guideline. It encourages employees to be responsible for the decisions and actions they took. This study aims to analyze whether managerial monitoring behavior and perceived competence mediate the relationship between formalization and employee accountability. Quantitative data was collected online from 331 employee of government agency in Indonesia. Structural equation modelling in IBM SPSS AMOS 24 was conducted to examine the relationships among the variables. Building on social cognitive theory, this study supporting the mediation role of managerial monitoring behavior and perceived competence in the relationship of formalization and employee accountability. In this study, perceived competence (person), formalization and managerial monitoring behavior (environment), and employee accountability (behavior) act as determinants that can influence each other, although not simultaneously. This study suggests to organization and leader to not only improving task monitoring, but also performing interpersonal facilitation monitoring to reinforce employee accoountability. Organization also need to pay attention to employee’s perceived competence to increase employee accountability. Research findings are obtained from government organizations that have high formalization, so that research results can contribute to organizations that also have high formalization."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keinginan konsumen Indonesia untuk menggunakan layanan kesehatan mental secara daring. Ada enam faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini: literasi e-Health (e-Health literacy), persepsi kompetensi (perceived competence), persepsi kredibilitas e-WOM (perceived e-WOM credibility), persepsi harga (perceived price), dan keinginan untuk membeli (willingness to purchase). Model konseptual direplikasi dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya untuk melakukan analisis hubungan antar variabel dan partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk menguji model konseptual. Sebanyak 295 tanggapan dari responden digunakan dalam analisis data. Penelitian kualitatif berupa wawancara dengan beberapa responden survei juga dilakukan untuk mempertajam analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kompetensi, persepsi kredibilitas e-WOM dan persepsi harga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesediaan konsumen Indonesia untuk membeli layanan kesehatan mental daring.

 


The study aims to analyse the factors that influence the Indonesian consumers’ willingness to purchase towards online mental health services. There are six factors examined in this research: e-Health literacy, perceived competence, perceived e-WOM credibility, price perception, and willingness to purchase. A conceptual model is replicated from previous research to find the correlation between each variable and partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the conceptual model. A total of 295 responses were used in the data analysis. Some interviews with some survey respondents were also conducted to deepen the analysis.  The result of the research shows that perceived competence, perceived e-WOM credibility and price perception have a positive influence on Indonesian consumers’ willingness to purchase online mental health services.

"Bank Neo Commerce, sebagai salah satu bank digital di Indonesia, bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi dan solusi layanan keuangan untuk menjaga loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived value dimensions yaitu perceived empathy, perceived reliability, perceived price, perceived benevolence, dan perceived competence terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty pada pengguna bank digital Neo Commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik purposive sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna bank digital Neo Commerce, berusia minimal 17 tahun/sudah memiliki KTP, dan telah melakukan transaksi pada aplikasi Neobank minimal dua kali dalam enam bulan terakhir. Analisis deskriptif dan uji regresi menggunakan SPSS digunakan dalam menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived value dimensions berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty serta customer satisfaction berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna bank digital Neo Commerce di Jabodetabek. Lebih lanjut, dimensi dari perceived value dimensions yaitu perceived reliability, perceived price, dan perceived benevolence ditemukan memiliki pengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction, sedangkan customer loyalty dipengaruhi oleh dimensi perceived price, perceived benevolence, dan perceived competence.

Bank Neo Commerce, as one of the digital banks in Indonesia, aims to provide innovation and financial service solutions to maintain customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived value dimensions, namely perceived empathy, perceived reliability, perceived price, perceived benevolence, and perceived competence, on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty among users of Neo Commerce Digital Bank. The study uses a quantitative approach and purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 100 respondents who are Neo Commerce Digital Bank users, aged at least 17 years/possess an ID card, and have conducted at least two transactions on the Neobank application in the past six months. Descriptive analysis and regression tests using SPSS were employed in data analysis. The findings indicate that perceived value dimensions significantly influence customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty among users of Neo Commerce digital bank in Jabodetabek. Furthermore, the dimensions of perceived value, namely perceived reliability, perceived price, and perceived benevolence, were found to influence customer satisfaction, whereas customer loyalty was influenced by perceived price, perceived benevolence, and perceived competence."
