Tatiek Indriany Putri Sala selanjutnya disingkat TIPS merupakan novel Jawa karangan Any Asmara, yang dikelompokkan ke dalam roman panglipur wuyung. Genre sastra ini berkembang tahun 1960-an hingga awal dasawarsa 1970-an dengan ciri-ciri 1 ditulis dengan media bahasa yang mudah dipahami khalayak luas, 2 cerita disajikan dengan cara sederhana, 3 kisah yang ditampilkan umumnya dibumbui dengan peristiwa-peristiwa sensasional erotik, dan 4 sampul novel mengedepankan gambar natural realisme yang eksotis. Any Asmara dikenal sebagai pengarang, angkatan perintis, sangat produktif, ikut membangun tumbuh suburnya roman panglipur wuyung. Pada umumnya roman panglipur wuyung bertema percintaan. Sebagai suatu karya sastrawan yang disegani, apakah TIPS juga memiliki tema percintaan sebagaimana kecenderungan roman panglipur wuyung. Jika benar, bagaimana unsur-unsur instrinsik lain ikut mendukung dan membangun tema, dan bagaimana kaitan antara tema percintaan dalam TIPS bila dikaitkan dengan norma percintaan orang Jawa tradisional. Untuk menjawabnya, penelitian ini bertolak pada teori struktural dan mencoba mengaitkannya dengan karya sastra klasik Jawa Candrarini karya R.Ng. Ranggawarsita.

Tatiek Indriany Putri Sala also known as TIPS is a Javanese novel by Any Asmara, which is grouped into the romance of panglipur wuyung. The genre of this literature work was developed since 1960s to early decade of 1970s with several characteristics 1 it is written by language tools which are easy to universally understand 2 the story is presented by a simple method 3 the story shown is generally illustrated with erotic sensational episodes 4 the cover of the novel shows a picture of natural exotic realism. Any Asmara is known as the pioneer 39 s generation author. She is very productive and also helps in developing the romance of panglipur wuyung. Generally, the romance of panglipur wuyung 39 s theme is about love. As one of literature work that people honour, does TIPS also have a theme about love and romance just as panglipur wuyung does If it is true, how do other intrinsic elements support and develop the theme Also, how is the connection between the theme of romance in TIPS with the traditional norm of Javanese romance In order to answer these questions, this research is based on structural theory and tries to connect with classical literature work of Javanese Candrarini by R.Ng. Ranggawarsita.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola penyelewengan beban perjalanan dinas, khususnya dalam hal pola jenis kasus yang sering terjadi, penyebab terjadinya penyelewengan, serta tindak lanjut atas rekomendasi yang diberikan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kementerian di Indonesia dalam periode tahun 2015 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode penelitian, yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode kuantitatif bertujuan untuk menemukan pola jenis kasus secara keseluruhan serta memilih dan merinci jenis kasus dengan jumlah temuan terbesar. Metode kualitatif bertujuan untuk memperdalam informasi melalui wawancara terhadap kementerian yang paling sedikit melakukan jenis kasus yang diteliti guna menemukan rekomendasi penanganan jenis kasus tersebut. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa pola jenis kasus terbesar dalam penyelewengan perjalanan dinas adalah penggunaan tarif perjalanan dinas tidak sesuai ketentuan. Hasil penelitian kualitatif menjelaskan bahwa pola jenis kasus tersebut dapat terjadi disebabkan oleh pelaksanaan fungsi dan tanggungjawab yang tidak optimal dari petugas-petugas yang berperan dalam proses pembayaran dan pertanggungjawaban perjalanan dinas. ......This study aims to analyze the pattern of misappropriation of official travel expenses, especially in terms of the pattern of types of cases that often occur, the causes of fraud, as well as follow up on the recommendations given. The sample used in this study was all ministries in Indonesia in the 2015 2017 period. This study used two research methods, namely quantitative and qualitative. The quantitative method aims to find the pattern of the types of cases as a whole and to select and detail the types of cases with the largest number of findings. The qualitative method aims to deepen information through interviews with the ministries that have conducted at least the types of cases studied in order to find recommendations for handling these types of cases. The results of quantitative research show that the pattern of the largest types of cases in the misuse of official travel is the use of official travel fares that are not in accordance with the provisions. The results of the qualitative research explain that the pattern of these types of cases can occur due to the non-optimal implementation of the functions and responsibilities of the officers who play a role in the payment process and accountability for official travel.
