Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan, yang diukur dengan efektivitas dewan komisaris dan efektivitas direksi, serta struktur kepemilikan, yang diukur dengan kepemilikan terkonsentrasi terhadap pengungkapan masa depan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan masa depan terhadap FERC. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 87 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2012-2013. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa efektivitas dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh signifikan, efektivitas direksi berpengaruh positif signifikan, dan konsentrasi kepemilikan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pengungkapan masa depan. Sementara pengungkapan masa depan tidak berpengaruh terhadap FERC.

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance, which is measured by the effectiveness of the board of commissioners and the effectiveness of directors, as well as ownership structure, which is measured by concentrated ownership on forward-looking disclosure. In addition, this study also aimed to determine the effect of the forward-looking disclosure on FERC. This study use 87 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2013 as samples. The results of this study found that the effectiveness of the board of commissioners does not affect, effectiveness of directors positively affect, and ownership concentration negatively affect forward-looking disclosure. While forward-looking disclosure does not influence the FERC.
