Abstrak :
Environmental problems become things that have not been considered for the companies. This Study aims to determine the effect good corporate governance to environmental disclosure. Good Corporate Governance is a system to controlling management, where GCG is proxied by the board of directors, board of commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and audit committee. This reaserch use non financial companies listed on BEI. The research sample 30 companies. Measurement of environmental disclosure uses GRI G4 index is 34 index. This study using multiple regression. Based on the results of the study found good corporate governanceis proxieduse board of directors and board commissioners there isnteffect on environmental disclosure.The results institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and audit committee effect on environemental disclosure.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh environmental disclosure atau pengungkapan lingkungan terhadap price delay perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2018–2022. Price delay sebagai indikator yang menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam merespons informasi sehingga tercermin pada harga saham salah satunya disebabkan oleh keberadaan asimetri informasi. Sampel data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan perusahaan yang telah mempublikasikan laporan keberlanjutan dengan memuat indeks GRI. Data pada penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan metode fixed effect robust. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh pengungkapan lingkungan dalam memperkecil price delay suatu perusahaan secara signifikan.  ......This study aimed to examine the effect of environmental information disclosure on price delay of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018–2022. Price delay is a measure of a company's responsiveness to information and how well it is represented in stock prices, is attributable to information asymmetry. The data sample used in this research is a company that has issued a sustainability report which provide the GRI index. The data in this study were processed using a fixed effect robust method. The results of the research analysis show that there is no effect of environmental disclosure in reducing the price delay of a company

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung dari kinerja lingkungan terhadap kinerja ekonomi perusahaan industry adjusted return melalui tingkat pengungkapan lingkungan sebagai variabel intervening. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga meneliti pengaruh langsung dari kinerja lingkungan terhadap pengungkapan lingkungan, kinerja lingkungan terhadap kinerja ekonomi, dan pengungkapan lingkungan terhadap kinerja ekonomi perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 110 perusahaan yang mengikuti PROPER KLH. Metodologi penelitian adalah regresi linear dan indirect least square dengan menggunakan analisis unbalanced panel data. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, ditemukan bahwa PROPER sebagai proksi kinerja lingkungan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap tingkat pengungkapan lingkungan perusahaan, tetapi PROPER tidak terbukti berpengaruh secara langsung pada kinerja ekonomi perusahaan. Selain itu, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan lingkungan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif pada industry adjusted return perusahaan. Namun, hasil penelitian membuktikan pengaruh negatif tidak langsung kinerja lingkungan terhadap kinerja ekonomi melalui pengungkapan lingkungan perusahaan. ...... The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect effect of environmental performance on economic performance industry adjusted return with the level of environmental performance as the intervening variables. In addition, this research also investigates the effect of environmental performance on environmental disclosure, environmental performance on economic performance, environmental disclosure on economic performance. The study population consists of 110 firms year. The methodology used in this research is the linear regression for direct effect models in hypothesis 1, 2, 3 and indirect least square for the indirect effect models in hypothesis 4 using unbalanced panel data analysis. The result of this research shows that PROPER as the proxy for environmental performance has a positive effect on the level of firms environmental disclosure but environmental doesn't indicate any direct effect on the economic performance. In addition, Environmental disclosure indicates a negative effect on the industry adjusted return of the company. However, this research shows that environmental performance has indirect negative effect on the economic performance with the level of disclosure as the intervening variables.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengungkapan lingkungan dengan kinerja keuangan, kinerja lingkungan, dan nilai pasar perusahaan, baik berupa hubungan langsung, maupun hubungan tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan tercatat di BEI, termasuk dalam sektor Pertanian, Pertambangan, Industri Dasar dan Kimia, Aneka Industri, dan Barang Konsumsi, mengikuti PROPER atau Penghargaan Industri Hijau tahun 2012-2014. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kinerja keuangan tidak mempengaruhi pengungkapan lingkungan, sedangkan kinerja lingkungan tahun sebelumnya berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan lingkungan tahun berjalan, pengungkapan lingkungan tidak mempengaruhi nilai pasar perusahaan, dan pengungkapan lingkungan tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan. ...... This study aims to investigate the relationship of environmental disclosures with financial performance, environmental performance, and firm market value, either in the form of direct and indirect relationship. This study uses sample of companies listed in IDX, included in Agriculture, Mining, Basic Industry and Chemistry, Miscellaneous Industry and Consumer Goods sectors, participating in "PROPER" or "Green Industry Award" in 2012-2014. This study finds that the financial performance does not affect the environmental disclosures, while the lagged environmental performance has positive effect on the current environmental disclosures, environmental disclosures do not affect firm market value and environmental disclosures do not mediate the effect of the financial performance and environmental performance on firm market value.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja lingkungan perusahaan, serta pengaruh kinerja lingkungan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan di Indonesia. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menerapkan Partial Least Square PLS dengan melibatkan 53 perusahaan peserta pemeringkatan PROPER periode 2011-2012.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lingkungan secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengungkapan lingkungan, sistem manajemen lingkungan, program pengurangan dampak lingkungan, dan konsumsi energi. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan di Indonesia, baik pada jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. ...... This study aims to analyse factors that contribute to corporate environmental performance. Furtermore, the influence of environmental performance to financial performance of companies in Indonesia. The method used is Partial Least Square PLS which involves 53 PROPER companies for periode of 2011 2012.The results show that corporate environmental performance is significantly influenced by factors of environmental disclosure, environmental management system, programs to reduce environmental impacts, and energy consumption. However, it is also found that environmental performance does not influence financial performance for companies in Indonesia, either for short term or long term period.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh pengungkapan lingkungan terhadap nilai perusahaan (2) Pengaruh pengungkapan lingkungan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 68 observasi perusahaan pertambangan dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2010 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan antara pengungkapan lingkungan dengan nilai perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan.

The objective of this study is to examine : (1) The impact of environmental disclosure on corporate value (2) The impact of environmental disclosure on corporate value with profitability as the moderating variable. The sample of this study consist of 68 observations from mining company sector which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2010. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis in this research. The result of this study shows that the impact of environmental disclosure has significant influence towards corporate value. But, profitability as the moderating variable in relation between environmental disclosure and corporate value has not significant influence.

Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan kinerja lingkungan hidup, pengungkapan lingkungan hidup, dan sistem manajemen lingkungan dan kinerja lingkungan ekonomi terhadap 55 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI yang merupakan industri ekstraktif dan industri dasar dan kimia yang mengikuti PROPER 2009-2010 serta menerbitkan laporan tahunan atau laporan keberlanjutan pada tahun tersebut. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik biner dan regresi linear berganda terhadap model leadlag. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara kinerja lingkungan hidup pada masa lampau dengan kinerja ekonomi perusahaan tahun dasar, tidak terdapat hubungan antara kinerja keuangan pada masa lampau dengan kinerja keuangan tahun dasar, antara kinerja lingkungan hidup dan sistem manajemen lingkungan hidup berdasarkan sertifikasi ISO 14001 dengan pengungkapan lingkungan hidup. ...... This study analyzes the relationship of environmental performance, environmental disclosure, environmental management systems and economi performance of 55 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in extractive industry and industry base and chemical, rated by PROPER 2009-2010 and publish annual reports or sustainability reports for the year of study. Testing was conducted using binary logistic regression analysis and multiple linear regression of the lead-lag models. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between environmental performance in the past with the economic performance of companies in the base year, there is no relationship between financial performance in the past with the financial performance in the base year, environmental performance and environmental management system with environmental disclosure.
