"Dalam era digital yang semakin maju, konsep ketuhanan terus mengalami perubahan dan transformasi. Salah satu area yang menarik untuk dikaji adalah metaverse, sebuah realitas virtual yang semakin populer. Artikel ini akan menganalisis pemikiran ketuhanan Alfred North Whitehead dalam konteks metaverse. Pandangan Whitehead menekankan pentingnya keterhubungan dan kreativitas dalam proses penciptaan, yang kemudian akan diterapkan untuk menganalisis hubungan Tuhan dan pengalaman spiritual dalam metaverse. Dalam artikel ini penulis berargumen bahwa Tuhan akan dapat terus menjadi relevan dan tidak begitu saja kehilangan tempat dalam realitas yang sepenuhnya baru ini. Di saat yang bersamaan, penulis juga akan menunjukkan bagaimana kita dapat terus memaknai spiritualitas dalam metaverse dengan cara yang sama dari yang apa sudah dipercaya oleh masyarakat sejak dulu.

In this increasingly advanced digital era, the concept of divinity continues to experience change and transformation. One interesting area to study is the metaverse, a virtual reality that is gaining popularity. This article will analyze Alfred North Whitehead's divine thought in the context of the metaverse. Whitehead's view emphasizes the importance of connectedness and creativity in the process of creation, which will then be applied to analyze the relationship between God and spiritual experience in the metaverse. In this article the author argues that God will be able to continue to be relevant and not simply lose his place in this entirely new reality. At the same time, the writer will also show how we can continue to interpret spirituality in the metaverse in the same way that people have believed for a long time."

"The focus of the study is spiritual experience of women with cervical cancer. A phenomenological qualitative study was used to examine a comprehensive understanding on this particular behaviour and how they interpret those experiences. The research revealed a fact that women with cervical cancer had spiritual experiences as they felt uncertainties and suffers in their whole life but still motivated, the belief in God brings their hopes and made their life brighter. The result of this research has an implication into nursing service so that the holistic nursing process implementation to cervical cancer clients could improved."

"Pendahuluan : Klien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa mengalami banyak perubahan dalam hidupnya. Dalam proses adaptasi yang dilakukan muncul kebutuhan spiritual untuk mencari makna dalam kehidupan yang membuat mereka dapat bertahan dalam penderitaan.Tujuan : memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengalaman spiritual klien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa.Metode : pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi deskriptif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 9 partisipan diambil menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan indepth interview. Analisa data menggunakan metode Collaizzi.Hasil : penelitian mendapatkan 4 tema utama : respon yang terjadi saat awal diagnosa GGK dan harus menjalani hemodialisa, respon yang terjadi selama menjalani hemodialisa, upaya mendapatkan dukungan spiritual, upaya memaknai sakit dan merangkai ulang kejadian (reframing).Rekomendasi : hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi data dasar bagi pengembangan asuhan keperawatan berbasis spiritual pada klien gagal ginjal kronis dengan hemodialisa.

Introduction : Chronic kidney disease patients have many changes in their life. During their adaptation process, spiritual need becomes important to make them struggle in suffering from the disease.

Objectives : to give overview of spiritual experience experienced by chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment in PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital Central Java.

Methods : this is a qualitative descriptive research using phenomenological approach. The samples consist of 9 participants taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique is Collaizzi?s method.

Results : 4 themes can be illustrated in the study results : responses happened at the first time they were diagnosed as chronic kidney diseases and hemodialysis patients, responses happened during their hemodialysis process, effort of looking for spiritual sources and effort of looking for the meaning of being sick and reframing.

Recommendation : The results of this study can be used to improve the holistic nursing process implementation based on spiritual needs for chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment."
