Abstrak :

Investasi untuk alat-alat di ruang ICU, ICCU, PICU dan NICU menjadi sebuah masalah tersendiri di mana total keseluruhan per ruangannya membutuhkan biaya yang sangat mahal. Di tambah dengan fasilitasnya sendiri yang masih belum merata di Indonesia. Pembuatan Purwarupa Patient Health Monitor 3 Parameter ini bertujuan mempermudah diagnosa pihak medis dan menekan biaya investasi tadi.

Parameter yang dipilih pada patient monitor ini sendiri yakni detak jantung, SpO₂, dan suhu tubuh. Pemilihannya di dasarkan pada kebutuhan pihak medis. Dan aturan klinis terkait medis pun juga perlu di kumpulkan. Metodologi nya sendiri meliputi durasi, tatacara dan tindakan medis. Di tambah dengan upaya mencari tahu tentang garis besar prosedur yang dijalankan di rumah sakit. Runutan program nya pun juga sangat berkaitan erat dengan scheduling dan time execution guna memastikan total waktu keseluruhan tidak melebihi durasi yang telah di tetapkan.

The investment in equipment in the ICU, ICCU, PICU and NICU is a separate problem where the total cost per room is very expensive. Not to mention the facilities are still not evenly distributed in Indonesia. The Prototype of Patient Health Monitor 3 parameter aims to simplify the medical diagnosis and reduce investment cost.

The parameters chosen in this patient monitor are heart rate, SpO₂, and body temperature. The selection is based on the needs of the medical party. And clinical medical rules also need be collected. The methodology itself includes the duration, procedures and medical actions; also finding out the main outline procedure in the hospital. The program is also closely related to scheduling and time execution to ensure that the overall time does not exceed the specified duration.

Berdasarkan data eKatalog LKPP tahun 2019-2021, transaksi alat kesehatan di Indonesia masih didominasi produk impor, yakni sebanyak 88%. Patient monitor merupakan salah satu alat medis yang berperan penting untuk membantu dokter mendiagnosa kondisi pasien. Pandemi Covid-19 menciptakan momentum untuk penelitian berbasis health monitoring, terlihat dari banyaknya penelitian di tahun 2020-2023 tentang patient monitor menggunakan STM32, Arduino, dan STM32. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengembangkan modul pemantauan saturasi oksigen dan denyut jantung berbasis mikrokontroler STM32F411CEU6 untuk aplikasi patient monitor. Modul yang dikembangkan menggunakan sensor MAX30102 dengan akurasi pemantauan saturasi oksigen sebesar 98.942%, dan akurasi pemantauan denyut jantung sebesar 80.6855%. ......Based on data from the LKPP eCatalog for the years 2019-2021, the transaction of medical devices in Indonesia is still dominated by imported products, accounting for 88%. On the other hand, patient monitors are essential medical devices that assist doctors in diagnosing patient conditions. Furthermore, the Covid-19 pandemic has created momentum for health monitoring research, evident from numerous studies conducted between 2020 and 2023 on patient monitors powered by STM32, Arduino, and STM32 platforms. Therefore, this research develops an oxygen saturation and heart rate monitoring module based on the STM32F411CEU6 microcontroller for patient monitor applications. The developed module utilizes the MAX30102 sensor with an oxygen saturation monitoring accuracy of 98.942% and a heart rate monitoring accuracy of 80.6855%.
