Fokus penelitian kualitatif berperspektif feminis ini adalah menjelaskan hegemoni gereja terhadap konstruksi tubuh dan seksualitas perempuan yang menyebabkan terjadinya stigma dan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan. Saya mendapatkan empat temuan dengan menggunakan teori Hegemoni Antonio Gramsci dan teori konstruksi tubuh dan seksualitas Simone de Beauvoir serta teologi feminis. Pertama, hegemoni agama terkait tubuh dan seksualitas perempuan menyebabkan perempuan yang hamil dari hubungan seks pranikah dituduh telah melakukan dosa perzinaan. Kedua, respons pemimpin atau pelayan terbagi dua yakni melakukan pastoral care-penggembalaan untuk menguatkan dan membangun kesadaran dan disiplin gerejawi yang menerapkan hukuman atas dosa. Ketiga, perempuan yang hamil dari hubungan seks pranikah mengalami stigma dan diskriminasi secara informal oleh hukuman sosial dan institutional. Perempuan kehilangan kesempatan mengikuti ritus agama karena hukuman disiplin gereja. Mahasiswa teologi yang melakukan seks pranikah dengan bukti kehamilan juga kehilangan hak pengembangan hidup pada pendidikan tinggi teologi. Keempat, pemimpin/ pelayan gereja yang berempati kepada perempuan tidak menerapkan disiplin sekalipun diatur oleh aturan gereja. De Beauvoir menawarkan strategi transendensi yakni perempuan tidak menginternalisasi konstruksi kelompok dominan yang me-Liyan-kan tubuh perempuan. Kate Millet dan Teologi Feminis menawarkan rekonstruksi tubuh dan seksualitas yang bebas dari tatanan patriarki. Teologi feminis merekonstruksi konsep dosa dan epistemologi perempuan.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this qualitative feminist study is to explicate the hegemony of the church in the construction of women rsquo s body and sexuality that lead to stigma and discrimination against women. I gained four findings using Antonio Gramsci 39 s theory of hegemony and the theory of the construction of the body and sexuality Simone de Beauvoir and feminist theology. Firstly, religious hegemony related to women rsquo s body and sexuality causes women with premarital sex pregnancy was accused of the sin of adultery. Secondly, servants leaders rsquo response divided into two, doing pastoral care to strengthening and raising counsiousness and ecclesiastical discipline that applies the punishment for sin. Thirdly, women with premarital sex pregnancy experience stigma and discrimination informally by social and institutional penalties. Women lose the opportunity to follow the religious rites for church discipline punishment. Theology students with premarital sex pregnancy also lose the right to the development of life on higher education theology. Fourthly, the servants leaders of the church who have emphaty to women situation not applies discipline though governed by the rules of the church. De Beauvoir offers transcendence strategies that women do not internalize the construction of the dominant group that women as the Other. Kate Millet and feminist theology offers a reconstruction of the body and sexuality free of patriarchal order. Feminist theology reconstructs the concept of sin and women rsquo s epistemology.
