"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi pasien rawat inap pengguna Jamkesmas terhadap kualitas pelayanan Rumah Sakit Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) dan dari ke lima aspek penilaian (tangibles ,responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty), elemen mana yang gap nya paling besar. Penelitian dengan desain Cross Sectional ini, memiliki sampel 100 orang yang diambil secara Systematic Random Sampling dari populasi sebanyak 482 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RSCM tidak memuaskan. Aspek yang memiliki gap paling besar adalah aspek tangible yang diikuti oleh aspek responsiveness dan aspek emphaty. Untuk itu perlu mendapat perhatian untuk dilakukan tindakan perbaikan. Aspek yang memiliki gap positif adalah aspek reliability dan assurance.

This research aim to study perception of patient takes care of lodging consumer Jamkesmas to quality of service of Hospital Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo ( RSCM) and from to five appraisal aspects ( tangibles , responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty), which element its the biggest gap. Research with this Cross Sectional design, has sample 100 mans who taken in Systematic Random Sampling from population 482 patients. Result of research indicates that quality of service given by dissatisfactory RSCM. Aspect having biggest gap is aspect tangible followed by aspect responsiveness and aspect emphaty. For the purpose requires attention to be conducted action repair. Aspect having positive gap is aspect reliability and assurance."

"Tesis ini membahas tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan sesudah pemaparan hasil survei kepuasan awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan model non randomized pretest-postest control group design. Dimana penelitian diadakan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Cengkareng sebagai rumah sakit eksperimen dan RSUD Tarakan sebagai rumah sakit control. Data kepuasan pasien dianalisa dengan menggunakan diagram kartesius. Hasil survei awal diumpan balikkan kepada RS Eksperimen dalam bentuk pemaparan, sedangkan kepada RS Kontrol tidak dilakukan pemaparan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian tersebut, oleh karenanya manajemen RSUD Cengkareng dapat mengkomunikasikan secara terus menerus sistem mutu layanan dalam proses pelayanan.

This thesis explore about the rate of customer?s satisfaction to the quality of heath services after the presentation of the beginers satisfaction survey?s result. This research done by the experimental coalition with non-randomized pretest-postest control group design model. The research established at Cengkareng Hospital Emergency Room as experimental hospital and at Tarakan Hospital as control hospital. The data which has been collected that analyzed by using cartesius. The beginers of survey result that use as feedback then give to the experimental hospital in the form of presentation, in other hand to the control hospital give without presentation. Accordance to the result, thus RSUD Cengkareng Management can communicate continuously the quality service system in the service process."

"Summary
A retrospective study of 13 Equinus feet of 10 patients of
Cerebral Palsy that we were able to collect and review, between
December 1985 and November 1988, has been done.
Tendoachilles lengthening by the closed method for 5 feet of 3
patients and open method for 8 feet of 7 cases in those patients
has been performed. The result in both methods are comparable.
Although the number of cases of these· two methods were too small
for statistical analysis the results find to inaicate that closed ·1
method of Achil les Tendon Lengthening is a good procedure in children
with Cerebral Palsy.
Achilles Tendon lengthening for Equi nus has been performed since
Ancient times using either an open or closed method.
This is usually performed by an open Z or fractional lengthening of
the tendon proper. In 1943, Whi te (5.7 ) was one of the first
proponents of · closed method. Nowadays, most of the surgeons have
found and consider the · sliding method of lengthening either by the
White method or the Hoke method ( 1954} ··more controlled and very
satisfactory. However closed method is not a widely used method for
treatment of Equinus Contracture in Cerebral Pa1sy.
This study reviews patients with C.P. who had closed or open
method of Achi11es Tendon Lengthening in National University Hospital
between Cecember 1965 and November 1988.
