Pengendalian persediaan yang merupakan salah satu modal kerja harus dikelola secara benar dan tepat, Dalam United Tractors, hal yang paling penting dalam menjalani bisnis alat berat setelah after sales support atau product support yakni dengan melayani perbaikan terhadap alat berat, salah satunya dengan mengadakan penyediaan spare parts dan pengendaliannya dalam bertransaksi bisnis. Oleh karena itu, pengendalian persediaan dan faktor distribusi terhadap spare parts merupakan sebuah kombinasi yang sangat penting untuk keberlangsungan operasional pada bisnis spare parts di United Tractors. Injector parts adalah salah satu spare parts yang merupakan komponen utama dalam sistem bahan bakar diesel. Dalam hal ini,  penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kebijakan pengelolaan persediaan injector parts yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahan yaitu tingkat days of inventory yang lebih efisien dan optimal dalam mencapai tingkat ketersediaan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menyarankan metode forecasting Holt-Winters yang dapat dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pengoptimalan metode peramalan sebesar 28% pada PC300 dan 25% pada PC200 dibandingkan dengan metode yang lama. ......Inventory control, which is one of the working capital, must be managed properly and correctly. In this study, the authors suggest the Holt-Winters forecasting method which can be proven by increasing the optimization of the forecasting method by 28% for PC300 and 25% for PC200 compared to the old method.

Di era digital saat ini, banyak perusahaan mengenalkan dan mempromosikan produknya secara daring melalui situs web, salah satunya adalah Sensodyne. Sensodyne adalah merek produk kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang diperuntukkan untuk penderita gigi sensitif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan struktur kalimat seperti apa yang digunakan pada laman utama situs web Sensodyne Belanda untuk mempromosikan produknya. Sumber data diambil dari empat bagian utama situs web Sensodyne Belanda (www.sensodyne.nl) yaitu headline, primary calls-to-action, benefit dan success indicators. Berdasarkan analisis, kalimat tunggal ditemukan pada bagian headline dan primary calls-to action, sedangkan pada bagian benefit dan success indicators struktur kalimatnya lebih beragam dan lebih kompleks, tidak hanya kalimat tunggal saja tetapi kalimat majemuk pun dijumpai pada bagian ini.

ABSTRACT
In this digitalized era, many companies introduce and promote their products through online website, one of them is Sensodyne. Sensodyne is a brand for mouth and teeth health product for people with sensitive teeth. The purpose of this research is to discover what kind of sentence structure are used in the homepage of Dutch Sensodyne to promote their products. The sources for this research are four main parts of the Dutch Sensodyne s homepage (www.sensodyne.nl). They are headline, primary calls to action, benefit and success indicators. Based on the analysis, the headline and primary calls to action use single sentences. Meanwhile, it is found that sentences in the benefit and success indicators are more complex and vary, not only single sentence but also compound sentences.

Tugas Karya Akhir ini membahas tentang Perencanaan Strategi Komunikasi terpadu Honda Genuine Parts yang menekankan aspek emosional untuk mempererat brand bonding terhadap konsumen. Dengan mengumpulkan data pasar yang ada maka diharapkanakan terkumpul berbagai dasar dan pertimbangan yang baik untuk menjalankan sebuah program perencanaan komunikasi pemasaran terpadu untuk Honda Genuine Parts. Di tengah gempuran produsen spare parts lain yang menawarkan harga lebih murah, ternyata Honda Genuine Parts telah menjadi top of mind konsumen dalam mencari spare parts pengganti sepeda motor Honda, maka perencanaan komunikasi pemasaran terpadu ini memiliki tujuan komunikasi membuat sebuah ikatan emosional antara Honda Genune Parts dan konsumennya dengan biaya kampanye sebesar Rp.34,767,692,091.88 selama tujuh bulan kampanye. Demi kelancaran kampanye ini juga akan diawasi dan dievaluasi untuk melihat dampak dan efektivitas kampanye ini.

This final assignment is about integrated Marketing Communications Strategy Planning of Honda Genuine Parts that emphasizes the emotional aspects to strengthen the bond of the brand to consumers. By doing a good research analysis, hoped we can make a good reason and basical information to develop an IMC strategy for Honda Genuine Parts. Honda Genuine Parts has become top of mind in the minds of consumers for honda motorcycle spare parts. although many other manufacturers that offer cheaper price. The purpose of this communication is to create a strong emotional bond between the HGP and its customers at a cost of Rp.34, 767,692,091.88 during the seven months of the campaign. For the smooth running of this campaign will also be monitored and evaluated to see the impact and effectiveness of this campaign.

Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan perlakuan akuntansi atas Suku Cadang rotable dan repairable berdasarkan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah Nomor 05 tentang Akuntansi Persediaan dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan sebagai benchmark dengan pertimbangan kedua standar tersebut menjadikan International Accounting Standards 2 sebagai acuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suku cadang rotable dan repairable pesawat di Skatek 021 TNI AU tidak tepat diperlakukan sebagai persediaan. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa suku cadang rotable dan repairable pesawat dikategorikan sebagai aset tetap karena memenuhi kriteria sebagai aset tetap.

ABSTRACT
This research is a case study that aims to analyze accounting treatment for rotable and repairable aircraft parts at Skatek 021 in the Indonesian Air Force, as government accounting entity. The analysis is done by comparing the accounting treatment of rotable and repairable parts according to the Government Accounting Standard Statement No. 05 for Inventory with Financial Accounting Standards as benchmark with consideration of both standard using International Accounting Standards 2 as guidance. Research results show that rotable and repairable Parts at Skatek 021 aircraft in the Air Force can not be categorized as inventory. The results of the study suggest that parts rotable and repairable aircraft treated as fixed assets because they fulfilled the criteria of fixed assets.Keyword accounting parts rotable and repairable the financial accounting standards the government accounting standards.

Efektivitas pengelolaan MRO Penyedia Jasa Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan pada persediaan suku cadang pesawat terbang memainkan peran penting karena menentukan besarnya investasi suku cadang dan keberhasilan MRO dalam memberi dukungan operasional kepada operator. Keefektifan pengelolaan persediaan dapat diukur melalui pengukuran kinerja. Sistem pengukuran kinerja yang baik dapat memberi inputan yang berharga kepada para pengambil keputusan agar dapat memberi keputusan terbaik dalam menimalisir ketidaktepatan waktu dan pembatalan keberangkatan serta mengoptimasi keuntungan MRO. Tanpa ukuran kinerja yang benar dan efektif, sulit mengetahui apakah MRO sudah memenuhi persyaratan dan kebutuhan konsumen, serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada peningkatan kinerja di MRO tersebut.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan indikator kinerja utama IKU berbasis risiko yang dapat digunakan oleh pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam makalah ini adalah studi literatur dan analisa arsip internal MRO. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya model pengukuran kinerja dengan indikator kinerja utama yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja ketersediaan dan biaya penyediaan persediaan suku cadang untuk mendukung operasional pesawat udara.

MRO Maintenance Repair Organization as maintenance provider needs to prepare effective spare parts inventory strategy to provide the highest possible level of service at the lowest total cost. Effectivity of spare part inventory can be defined by performance measurement. Performance measurements or metrics are that which measure a company rsquo s performance and behavior, and are used to help MRO achieve and maintain success. Without the use of performance metrics, it is difficult to know whether or not inventory process is meeting requirements or making desired improvements. Delphi method and surveys are conducted in this research to develop Key Performance Indicator KPI which combined as framework to help strategical, tactical and operational decision making. This framework proposed to improve availability and cost effective performance of MRO 39 s inventory process.

In Year 2011, heavy equipment sale reached 17,360 units or growth 47% year by year. In 2012, heavy equipment sale is expected to reach 210,000 units, growing 21% compared to 2011. This condition will be impact to the needs of component or spare part for heavy equipment, especially for filter part. Capturing this opportunity, PT Andalan Multi Kencana and PT Astra Otoparts Tbk has made strategic alliance since the end of 2010. This thesis is about analyzes why this strategic alliance cannot capture that opportunity and how to improve the strategy alliance between them. Besides of that, this thesis also analyze the new types of strategy alliance can be adopted by PT Andalan Multi Kencana and PT Astra Otoparts Tbk to enlarge the market size in amount. The analysis will starts from defining external environment and find the opportunities and threat that lie within. Besides of external environment, internal environment also has to be defined to capture the strength and weakness that company has. Using SWOT analysis, strategy can be defined based on all opportunities, threat, strength and weaknesses.

Penelitian ini fokus kepada terjadinya mekanisme melihat, melalui keterbatasan ruang pandang dalam membentuk pengalaman ruang secara visual. Metode kuantitatif simulasi digunakan dalam menangkap, mengukur dan membongkar gambar pandangan. Gambar pandangan digunakan untuk mengeksplor pengalaman pasien di ruang pasien pada salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Depok. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kualitas pertemuan (interface) antara mekanisme melihat dan peluang lingkungan, mengungkap keterbatasan ruang pandang (visual rangeness) yang hanya dialami oleh pasien (egocentric perception) melalui konsep incomplete parts. Incomplete parts merupakan struktur unit dari yang terkecil sampai terbesar, mencakup ruang dan elemen ruang yang tertangkap secara sebagian dalam ruang pandang. Penemuan ini menambahkan inti yang membangun persepsi ruang, melalui bagian-bagian menjadi keseluruhan ruang di dalam ruang pandang. Persepsi ruang didiskusikan dalam sebuah diskusi Gestalt dan Ekologikal Optik, dengan melibatkan pertemuan mekanisme melihat dan peluang lingkungan.

This research focuses on the mechanism of seeing, through the limitations of the field of view in shaping the visual experience of space. The quantitative simulation method is used in capturing, measuring, and unpacking the view image. The view image is used to explore patient experiences in the patient room at one of the private hospitals in Depok. The results of the study explain the quality of the interface between the mechanism of seeing and environmental opportunities, the results of the study revealed that the limitations of visual rangeness in experiencing space experienced only by patients (egocentric perception) through the concept of incomplete parts. Incomplete parts are the unit structure from the smallest to the largest, including space and space elements that are captured partially in the field of view. These findings add to the core that builds space perception through parts into the whole space in the field of view. The perception of space is discussed in a discussion of Gestalt and Ecological Optics, involving the meeting of mechanisms of seeing and environmental opportunities.
