Abstrak :
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dampak partisipasi dalam pemngambilan keputusan dan Psychological Ownership terhadap komitmen organisasi dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan antara anggota. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode random sampling dengan 153 responden. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan organisai dan Psychological Ownership anggota terhadap organisasi dan kemudian mengukur komitmen mereka terhadap organisasi dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan tingkat komitmen anggota sebagai hasil Participative Decision Making serta dampaknya terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan.Keywords: Knowledge Sharing, Participative Decision Making, Organizational Commitment, Psychological Ownership.
The purpose of this paper is to find the impact of participation in decision making and psychological ownership on organizational commitment which can lead to employee knowledge sharing. The data was collected using the random sampling to 153 people. Methodology approach of this paper is measuring employee participation in decision making and their sense of belonging to the organization, then measuring their commitment to the organization using quantitative method to elaborates questionnaires earn the level of employee rsquo s commitment as the result of Participative Decision making and Psychological Ownership also the impact to knowledge sharing behavior.Keywords Knowledge Sharing, Participative Decision Making, Organizational Commitment, Psychological Ownership.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara workplace fun dan inspirational leadership terhadap happiness at work karyawan ketika hubungan ini dimediasi oleh peran participative decision making sebagai mediatornya. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah programmers atau pekerja lainnya yang berhubungan dengan IT (Informasi Teknologi) dari rentang umur 24 40 tahun yang bekerja di daerah Jabodetabek. Data tersebut diproses menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa workplace fun dan inspirational leadership dapat secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap happiness at work. Sementara peran mediasi oleh participative decision making tidak terbukti di penelitian ini.

This research aims to examined the relationship between workplace fun and inspirational leadership towards employees happiness at work when its mediated by the variable of participative decision making. The sample of this research is programmers as the knowledge intensive workers in 24-40 years old in Jabodetabek area. The method to process the data was with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The result of this research shows that workplace fun and inspirational leadership directly have positive relationship towards employees happiness at work. As for the mediating effect of participative decision making was not proved to had an effect towards those relationships.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran perceived insider statusdalam memediasi pengaruh antara participative decision making serta perceived organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 179 orang karyawan dari PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri kimia yang berlokasi di Banten, Indonesia. Setelah mengkonfirmasikan reliabilitas dan validitas alat ukur, pemodelan persamaan struktural dilakukan untuk memeriksa pengaruh yang dihipotesiskan. Temuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah: perceived organizational support memediasi parsial pengaruh participative decision makingterhadap perceived insider status, perceived insider status memediasi parsial pengaruh participative decision making serta memediasi penuh pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, danparticipative decision making memiliki pengaruh positif serta perceived organizational support tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Studi ini memperkuat pada literatur yang sudah ada tentang bagaimana mekanisme internalisasi partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap perilaku kerja.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to examine the roles of perceived insider status in mediating the relationship between participative decision making, perceived organizational support, and organizational citizenship behavior. Data were collected with survey questionnaires that were self administered to a sample of 179 employees from chemical industry company in Banten, Indonesia. After confirming the reliability and validity of the measurements, we conducted structural equation modeling to examine the hypothesized relationships. The main finding were perceived organizational support partially mediate the positive relationship between participative decision making and perceived insider status, perceived insider status partially mediate the relationship between participative decision making and organizational citizenship behavior, and perceived insider status fully mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. This study adds to the existing literature by showing the mechanism of how participative decision making will relate to discretionary behavior.
