Abstrak :
Perencanaan persediaan perbekalan farmasi dapat dilakukan menggunakan analisis pareto ABC. Analisis pareto ABC adalah suatu analisis yang dapat digunakan dalam menganalisis pola konsumsi perbekalan farmasi. Dengan menggunakan analisis ABC maka dapat membantu untuk koreksi perencanaan yang tepat untuk masing-masing kelompok obat dan menentukan obat yang harus diprioritaskan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pareto ABC terhadap 60 item obat yang terdapat di Apotek Kimia Farma Metland, hasil yang dapat diketahui adalah kelompok pareto A memiliki jumlah investasi sebesar Rp. 34.058.870,- atau 69,80% dari total investasi dengan jumlah produk 20 item obat. Kelompok pareto B memiliki jumlah investasi sebesar Rp. 9.815.063,- atau 20,12% dari total investasi dengan jumlah produk 20 item obat. Kelompok pareto C memiliki jumlah investasi sebesar Rp. 4.917.418,- atau 10,08% dari total investasi dengan jumlah produk 20 item obat. Apotek selain mengatur pengelolaan persediaan obat, apotek juga menyediakan pelayanan kefarmasian klinik. Salah satu pelayanan kefarmasian klinik di apotek adalah pelayanan obat non resep atau yang lebih dikenal dengan pelayanan swamedikasi. Pelayanan swamedikasi yang dilakukan kepada 10 pasien. ......Pharmaceutical supplies inventory planning can be done using ABC Pareto analysis. ABC Pareto analysis is an analysis that can be used in analyzing consumption patterns of pharmaceutical supplies. Using ABC analysis helps to do correct planning for each group of drugs and determine which drugs should be prioritized to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Based on the results of the ABC pareto analysis of 60 drug items available at Kimia Farma Metland Pharmacy, the results that can be seen are that Pareto group A has an investment of Rp. 34,058,870, - or 69.80% of the total investment, with a total of 20 drug items. Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No 47 Radio Dalam Periode Bulan April Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Analisis Pareto Terhadap Obat Hipertensi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 47 Radio Dalam Periode Bulan Januari hingga Maret 2018 rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami pengadaan jenis dan jumlah obat-obatan hipertensi yang perlu diadakan untuk periode berikutnya serta meamhami penyakit hipertensi serta algoritma pengobatannya.

Internship at Kimia Farma 47 Radio Dalam Pharmacy Period aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. This internship at was conducted for four weeks with special assignment Pareto Analysis Against Hypertension Drugs at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 47 Radio in The Period from January to March 2018 . The purpose of this special assignment is to allow the pharmacist to know and understand the type and amount of medicines needed for the next period as well as hypertension and the treatment algorithm.

ABSTRACT
This research work assesses quality-related problem in Ethiopian garment enterprises in order to develop an applicable quality improvement model to improve the overall performance of the sector. A sample of 11 garment enterprises was taken considering the unexpected response rate, requirements for performing statistical analysis, available time, and survey cost. Primary and secondary data were collected and analyzed to identify quality-related problems of the sector using a well-structured questionnaire, interviews, personal observations, and review of previous works. The study performs a preliminary gap analysis is made by considering a case study to investigate the quality associated costs and apply SQC tools to identify the potential areas of improvements. Then, a quality improvement model is developed along with primary steps to implement the model to improve the competitiveness of the sector.

PT SamMarie Tramedifa merupakan subdistributor yang dikenal dalam penyaluran alat kesehatan. Dalam distribusi alat kesehatan, diperlukan perencanaan dan pengadaan yang dilakukan oleh penyalur alat kesehatan (PAK) dengan tujuan untuk menyeleksi dan mengadakan alat kesehatan yang diperlukan oleh klien dengan keterbatasan dana yang ada. Alat kesehatan, disingkat alkes, mencakup alkes elektromedik radiasi, alkes elektromedik non radiasi, alkes non elektromedik steril, alkes non elektromedik nonsteril, dan produk diagnostik in vitro. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah penarikan data pembelian alat kesehatan di distributor periode 10 Juli 2023 – 18 September 2023 dari pihak gudang dan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis prioritas dan berdasarkan panduan pengadaan PT SamMarie Tramedifa. Data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 39 distributor di mana terdapat pembelian alkes yang berpareto A menurut panduan pengadaan. Selain itu, terdapat sejumlah barang sama yang dibeli pada distributor berbeda dengan jumlah 3 jenis alkes yang dipesan dari kedua distributor prioritas II, 6 jenis alkes dari kedua distributor prioritas I, dan 4 jenis alkes dari kedua distributor berbeda prioritas. Menurut tim pengadaan alkes, pemilihan distributor alternatif bisa terjadi karena terjadi pembekuan oleh distributor sehingga harus dipesan pada distributor lain dan beberapa jenis alkes didiskon jauh lebih murah sehingga beralih ke distributor alternatif lainnya. ...... PT SamMarie Tramedifa is a sub-distributor known for medical device distribution. In medical device distribution, it is necessary to plan and procure undergone by medical device distributor to select and procure medical device needed by the clients with limited funding. Medical devices (MDs) are comprised of radiation electromedicine MDs, non-radiation electromedicine MDs, sterile non-electromedicine MDs, nonsterile non-electromedicine MDs, and in vitro diagnostic products. This activity consists of taking the purchasing data of MDs in distributors during the period of 10 July 2023 – 18 September 2023 from the warehouse and data processing by utilizing priority analysis and based on the procurement guidebook of PT SamMarie Tramedifa. Data show that there are 39 distributors where the MDs purchased are in the pareto group A according to the procurement guidebook. In addition, there are some similar items purchased at the different distributors, where there are 3 types of MDs ordered from both distributors on priority II, 6 from both distributors on priority I, and 4 from both distributors with different priority. According to the MDs procurement team, selection of alternative distributors can occur due to the company freezing state by the distributor so it must be ordered from another distributor; others are discounted so that the price is cheaper so that the company can switch to another alternative distributors.

Narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor, dan obat-obat tertentu (OOT) merupakan golongan obat yang dapat dijual oleh apotek tertentu dan memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam proses pengelolaannya. Apotek Roxy Biak memiliki persediaan yang lengkap hingga mampu memenuhi kebutuhan obat-obat narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor dan OOT sesuai permintaan pada resep. Adanya resep narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor dan OOT yang masuk ke apotek ini setiap harinya, membuat penulis terpicu untuk menelaah profil peresepan obat-obat tersebut guna mengetahui jenis obat yang banyak dibutuhkan dan memiliki frekuensi penggunaan yang tinggi. Penulis juga perlu melakukan analisis pareto untuk menentukan kelompok obat yang butuh diprioritaskan persediaannya. Penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk menentukan obat narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor, dan OOT yang paling banyak diresepkan dan memiliki penjualan tertinggi selama tiga puluh satu hari terakhir di periode November hingga Desember 2022 serta memprediksi kebutuhan pengadaan untuk periode berikutnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, pengamatan lapangan, pencatatan resep selama tiga puluh satu hari terakhir, dan penarikan laporan pembelian dan penjualan obat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peresepan obat narkotika memiliki persentase 9,41%, psikotropika 44,62%, prekursor 31,68%, dan OOT 14,29%. Obat narkotika yang paling banyak diresepkan adalah Codikaf 20 mg, psikotropika adalah Braxidin, prekursor adalah Rhinos SR, dan OOT adalah Hexymer 2 mg. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa golongan obat yang paling banyak diresepkan adalah obat psikotropika sebanyak 8.269 obat dan persentase 44,62%. Prioritas tertinggi dalam perencanaan kebutuhan obat untuk diadakan di periode berikutnya jatuh pada kelompok obat psikotropia khususnya obat-obat kelas A. ......Narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and certain drugs (OOT) are a class of drugs that can be sold by certain pharmacies and require special attention in the management process. Roxy Biak Pharmacy has a complete inventory to meet the needs of narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and OOT according to prescription requests. The prescriptions for narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and OOT that enter this pharmacy every day has motivated the author to examine the prescriptions profiles for these drugs to find out the types of drugs that were much needed and frequently used. A pareto analysis to determine which drug need to be prioritized for supplies. This report aims to determine which narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and OOT drugs were most prescribed and had the highest sales during the last thirty-one days from November to December 2022 and predict procurement needs for the following period. The methods used were literature studies, observations, recording prescriptions for the last thirty-one days, and withdrawing reports on drug purchases and sales. The results showed the percentage of prescribing narcotics was 9.41%, psychotropics 44.62%, precursors 31.68%, and OOT 14.29%. The most widely prescribed narcotic was Codikaf 20 mg, the psychotropic was Braxidin, the precursor was Rhinos SR, and the OOT was Hexymer 2 mg. In conclusion, the most widely prescribed class of drugs was psychotropic with 8,269 drugs and a percentage of 44.62%. The highest priority in planning the need for drugs in the next period falls on the psychotropic group, especially class A drugs.
