"[ABSTRAK
Produk perishable adalah produk yang akan mengalami kerusakan atau penurunan kualitas sehingga tidak layak atau aman untuk dikonsumsi karena perubahan kondisi yang terjadi terhadap produk. Salah satu contoh produk perishable yang paling umum adalah makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang konsep biodegradable active & intelligent packaging untuk digunakan pada produk makanan, terutama produk muscle-based. Jenis plastik yang dibuat adalah plastik oxo-degradable. Melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis AHP, diketahui fitur active packaging dan intelligent packaging yang dianggap paling penting secara berurutan adalah antimicrobial packaging dan spoilage/freshness indicator, yang dibuat dengan penambahan bahan antimikroba berbahan dasar perak dan indikator berbahan dasar antosianin terhadap masterbatch plastik pada proses ekstrusi.

ABSTRACT
Perishable products are products which eventually degrade in quality and safety as time passes by. One example of perishable product is food. This research aims to design the concept of biodegradable active & intelligent packaging used for food products, particularly muscle-based products. The type of biodegradable plastic chosen is oxo-degradable. Based on survey conducted through questionnaire and AHP analysis, the most important features for active and intelligent packaging, in sequence, are antimicrobial packaging and spoilage/freshness indicator. These features can be integrated to aforementioned oxo-degradable by the addition of silver-based antimicrobial agent and anthocyanine-based pH indicator into plastic masterbatches during extrusion process., Perishable products are products which eventually degrade in quality and safety as time passes by. "Skripsi ini membahas pemanfaatan Paket Informasi Teknologi Industri yang dihasilkan oleh Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Ilmiah-LIPI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Paket Informasi Teknologi Industri Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Ilmiah-LIPI dapat dikatakan masih kurang, karena dalam 1 tahun pengguna hanya memanfaatkan 1 hingga 2 kali permintaan. Pengguna yang banyak memanfaatkan Paket Informasi Teknologi Industri kebanyakan berasal dari kalangan industri. Tujuan pengguna menggunakan layanan Paket Informasi Teknologi Industri ini untuk keperluan pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Ilmiah harus lebih proaktif dalam memberikan informasi jasa layanan yang dimilikinya.

This undergraduate thesis discussed about the utilization of packaging information technology of industry produced by Center for Scientific Documentation and Information in LIPI. The research is quantitative descriptive interpretive. The research shows that the utilization of packaging information is still less used. There was only 1 until 2 request in a year. Most of the users are from industrial society. The users use the packaging information technology of industry for their job and the users doesn?t have obstacle to get this packaging information technology of industry. This research suggest that PDII-LIPI should be more proactive in giving and providing the services."

"Penelitian ini membahas Analisis Desain Kemasan Dilihat dari Perceived Quality ( Studi Pada: Kemasan Pouch Susu Kental Manis Frisian Flag Gold di Jakarta ) serta membahas dimensi pada desain kemasan tersebut yang terdiri dari structur design, dan surface design yang paling besar mempengaruhi perceived quality. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tujuan menjelaskan variabel. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pembeli kemasan pouch susu kental manis frisian flag gold ke di Jakarta. Total sampel berjumlah 100 responden dengan teknik penarikan sampel judgmental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara responden jenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan terkait dengan desain kemasan dilihat dari perceived quality.

This research examines Analysis of Packaging Design Seen from The Perceived Quality ( Studies on: Pouch Packaging Sweetened Condensed Milk Frisian Flag Gold in Jakarta ) and also examines what dimension in packaging design which consists of structure design and surface design has the major effect towards perceived quality. This research uses quantitative approach in purpose to explain variables. The data was collected through questionnaires filled out by Pouch Packaging Sweetened Condensed Milk Frisian Flag Gold in Jakarta. Total of sample that has been examined is 100 respondents with judgmental sampling technique. The result of this research shows that no differences between male and female respondences regarding the packaging design in the perceived quality point of view.

"PT. Aventis Pharma (Sanofi Jakarta) mempunyai prosedur penanganan produk reject yang diatur dalam prosedur tetap (PROTAP) lokal. Dalam hal pembuatan PROTAP lokal mengacu pada Standard Global Quality Document (GQD) dari Sanofi Global. Untuk menilai kesesuaian antara aktivitas aktual yang dibandingkan dengan PROTAP lokal dan Standard GQD Sanofi, maka perlu dilakukan penilaian resiko untuk mengindentifikasi resiko yang berkaitan dengan penanganan produk reject khususnya di setiap lini pengemasan baik itu kemas primer, kemas sekunder dan pengemasan ulang (re-packaging). Penilaian resiko terhadap penanganan produk reject yang dilakukan berfokus pada metodologi reintroduksi dan kualifikasi personel (reintroduction methodologies and personnel qualification). Reintroduksi adalah pengembalian produk yang sudah dikemas namun masuk sebagai produk yang ditolak (reject) dari system inspection online yang perlu dikembalikan ke jalur pengemasan (contoh : tablet hasil deblister dan penandaan batch yang tidak tercetak pada folding box). Reintroduksi harus dilakukan oleh personil yang terlatih dan terkualifikasi. Kualifikasi personel dilakukan melewati tiga tahapan penting yaitu pelatihan PROTAP, studi kasus dan roleplay.

PT. Aventis Pharma (Sanofi Jakarta) has procedures for handling rejected products which are regulated in local standing procedures (PROTAP). In terms of making local PROTAP, it refers to the Standard Global Quality Document (GQD) from Sanofi Global. To assess the suitability between actual activities compared with local PROTAP and Sanofi GQD Standards, it is necessary to carry out a risk assessment to identify risks related to handling rejected products, especially in each packaging line, whether primary packaging, secondary packaging and re-packaging. . The risk assessment for handling rejected products focuses on reintroduction methodologies and personnel qualifications. Reintroduction is the return of products that have been packaged but entered as rejected products from the online inspection system that need to be returned to the packaging line (example: deblistered tablets and batch markings that are not printed on the folding box). Reintroduction must be carried out by trained and qualified personnel. Personnel qualification is carried out through three important stages, namely PROTAP training, case studies and roleplay."
