"ABSTRACTLayanan impor empty returnable package merupakan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh otoritas pabean atas pengemas yang dipakai berulang-ulang. Sistem prosedur layanan ini mempengaruhi waktu tunggu dan biaya logistik yang ditanggung importir serta dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur layanan tersebut, risiko dan kendala yang ada, serta perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan. Obyek penelitian adalah prosedur layanan impor empty returnable package di Kantor Pelayanan Utama Bea dan Cukai Tanjung Priok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat risiko yang dapat mengganggu jalannya layanan, yaitu risiko gangguan sms notifikasi, risiko kesalahan pencatatan kuota, risiko gangguan sistem aplikasi, risiko gangguan kesehatan petugas, dan risiko bottleneck pemeriksaan fisik barang. Mitigasi risiko telah dilakukan oleh pemilik risiko. Terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh importir pada saat menyiapkan berkas persyaratan dan saat pengeluaran barang. Sosialisasi layanan kepada importir dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat mengatasi kendala tersebut. Berdasarkan tinjauan atas prosedur yang berjalan, perbaikan prosedur dapat dilakukan dengan penelitian profil importir di awal layanan dan penggabungan layanan di satu seksi.

ABSTRACTEmpty returnable package import clearance is a facility given by customs authority for reuseable package. This service system procedure affects dwelling time and logistic cost which is borne by importer and also affects goverment revenue. The purpose of this study is to analyze those procedures implementation, the risks and obstacles, and impovements that can be done. Object of the study is empty returnable package import clearance procedures at Prime Customs Office Tanjung Priok. Research carried out in the form of a qualitative approach. The result showed there are some risk that could disturb service process. Those risk are related to sms notification failure, quota record error, application system error, officer health problems, and bottleneck when inspection of goods. The risks have been mitigated by the risk owner. There are obstacles while the importer prepare the required documents and while the importer bring out the goods. Explanation about the service for importers and information technology utilization can overcome those obstacle. Based on the review of procedure implementation, procedure improvement can be done by checked importer profile immediately after the service start. Procedure improvement also can be done by service integratioan at one section."

"Sistem pelayanan kesehatan memiliki tantangan besar yakni untuk memberikan pelayanan berkualitas tinggi dengan sumber daya yang terbatas contohnya seperti mengenai tarif. Sebanyak 30 - 40% total biaya pelayanan kesehatan adalah biaya perbekalan farmasi. Apoteker bertanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai di rumah sakit. Kegiatan pengelolaan meliputi pemilihan yang berkaitan pula dengan penetapan harga.Mengumpulkan data dari rumah sakit mengenai daftar paket Tindakan 2023, estimasi tarif paket tindakan 2022, harga beli obat dan BMHP per 2023, serta harga jual obat dan BMHP per tahun 2023. Kemudian data yang didapatkan diolah dengan Microsoft Excel.Terdapat dua paket tindakan yang dilengkapi estimasi biayatindakannya di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia yakni Paket Tindakan Tiroidektomi dan Venography. Terdapat 141 paket tindakan yang dikoreksi dan diperbaharui estimasi biaya tindakannya di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia yangsebagian besar mengalami kenaikan. Hal ini disebabkan karena beberapa faktor seperti kenaikan dari supplier, kenaikan bahan baku obat, dan lainnya.Diperlukan adanya pembaharuan tarif harga secara rutin agar mengoptimalkan pelayanankefarmasian di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia.

The health service system has big challenges, namely providing high quality services with limited resources, for example regarding tariffs. As much as 30 - 40% of the total cost of health services is the cost of pharmaceutical supplies. Pharmacists are responsible for managing pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials in hospitals. Management activities include elections related to price setting. Collecting data from hospitals regarding the list of 2023 surgery packages, estimated rates for 2022 surgery packages, purchasing prices for drugs and BMHP as of 2023, as well as selling prices for drugs and BMHP as of 2023. Then the data obtained processed using Microsoft Excel. There are two surgical packages which include an estimate of the cost of the procedure at the University of Indonesia Hospital, namely the Thyroidectomy and Venography Surgery Packages. There were 141 surgical packages that were corrected and updated in the estimated cost of procedures at the University of Indonesia Hospital, most of which experienced an increase. This is due to several factors such as increases from suppliers, increases in medicinal raw materials, and others. It is necessary to regularly update price rates in order to optimize pharmaceutical services at the University of Indonesia Hospital."

"Kondisi risiko tinggi pada kehamilan akan memengaruhi kondisi psikososial pada ibu, pasangan dan keluarganya. Masalah psikososial ini memerlukan intervensi khusus agar tidak memperburuk kondisi fisik ibu hamil yang dapat berpengaruh pada persalinannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian paket ?Harmoni? pada ibu hamil risiko tinggi terhadap kecemasan ibu menghadapi persalinan. Intervensi ini meliputi pendidikan kesehatan tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi, berbagai tehnik relaksasi, bentuk dukungan kepada ibu dan cara meningkatkan kepercayaan diri. Pendidikan kesehatan ini diberikan dengan metode yang bervariasi. Penelitian kuasi eksperimen ini menggunakan sampel masing-masing sejumlah 20 ibu hamil risiko tinggi pada kelompok kontrol dan intervensi yang diambil secara consecutive sampling. Kecemasan diukur dengan modifikasi Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRSA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan pada kelompok intervensi (p= 0,03; α= 0,05) setelah mendapatkan perlakuan. Paket ?Harmoni? ini dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam pendidikan kesehatan psikososial bagi ibu hamil risiko tinggi dalam menghadapi persalinannya.

Providing ?Harmony? Package Decrease Childbirth Anxiety of High Risk Pregnant Women. High risk on pregnancy influences psychosocial condition of the mother, husband and their family. This psychosocial condition needs specific intervention to prevent worsening physical condition that affecting labor. The study purposed to examine the effect of intervention namely ?Harmony? package for high-risk pregnant women toward their childbirth anxiety This intervention includes education about high risk pregnancy, various relaxation techniques, kind of mother support, and how to improve self confidence. This education was provided with several methods. A quasi-experimental design used sample of each 20 pregnant women in the control and intervention group were taken by consecutive sampling. Anxiety was measured with modified Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRSA). The result showed that there is a significant effect of the ?Harmony? package to the childbirth anxiety among the high risk pregnant women (p= 0,03; α= 0,05). "Harmony" Package is suggested to apply as psychosocial education for high-risk pregnant women to assist them in dealing with childbirth anxiety."

"Kesehatan reproduksi merupakan masalah penting bagi remaja. Karakteristik perubahan awal pada remaja salah satunya mengalami menstruasi, yang dapat menimbulkan dismenore. Dismenore dapat mengganggu aktivitas belajar serta secara tidak langsung juga dapat berdampak pada produktivitas dan kualitas hidup remaja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi efektifitas paket pereda terhadap intensitas nyeri pada remaja dengan dismenore. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimental, dengan posttest only with control group design. Total sampel adalah 64 responden. Hasil penelitian paket pereda efektif dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada remaja dengan dismenore setelah dikontrol oleh kecemasan dan keletihan (OR= 14,339). Paket pereda disarankan untuk digunakan remaja dan sebagai bagian dari intervensi keperawatan untuk mengatasi dismenore.The Effect of A Reliever (Pereda) Package in Reducing Dysmenorrheal Pain among Adolescents. Reproductive health is an important issue among adolescents. The early characteristic change in the adolescents is having menstruations that might cause dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea could interfere learning activities and might also impact on productivity and quality of life of adolescents indirectly. The aim of this study was to identify the effect of ?reliever (pereda)? package to pain intensity in adolescents with dysmenorrhea. The design was a quasi-experiment posttest only with control group. Total samples were 64 respondents. The result shows that ?reliever (pereda)? package was effective to reduce pain intensity in adolescents with dysmenorrhea after controlled by anxiety and fatigue (OR= 14.339). ?reliever (pereda)? package is suggested to be used by adolescents as part of nursing intervention to reduce dysmenorrhea."
