"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh store elements terhadap repatronage decision dengan dimediasi oleh emotional response dan overall evaluation dalam industri restoran etnis. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program LISREL 8.51. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa empat dari lima store elements berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap emotional response, tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan secara langsung terhadap overall evaluation. Empat dari lima store elements dapat mempengaruhi overall evaluation melalui emotional response. Dan pada akhirnya overall evaluation secara positif dan signifikan dapat mempengaruhi repatronage decision.

This research aims to analyze the effects of store elements to repatronage decision, mediated by emotional response and overall evaluation in the context of an ethnic restaurant. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.51 software. The result of this research suggest that four out of five store elements indicate positive and significant effect toward emotional response, but they do not exhibit significant influence toward overall evaluation. Four out of five store elements can influence overall evaluation through emotional response as mediating variable. Ultimately, overall evaluation would positively affect repatronage decision."
