"Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri yang memproduksi air minum dalam kemasan. Proses bisnis pada perusahaan tersebut multi level marketing, yang melayani setiap agen yang akan menjual kembali produk yang telah di produksi oleh Produsen AMDK. Tren peningkatan produksi AMDK berkembang setiap tahunnya pada tahun 2021 merupakan puncak tertinggi dalam pemesanan dan pengiriman AMDK terhadap Produsen AMDK yang dilakukan oleh setiap agen khususnya agen wilayah Bogor. Seiring meningkatnya volume pengiriman barang, maka dibutuhkan pula aktivitas logistik yang besar. Namun, dengan biaya logistik yang tinggi terdapat perbedaan biaya antara target dengan keadaan aktual perusahaan disebabkan karena perencanaan pengiriman belum optimal. Oleh sebab itu di perlukan optimasi untuk perencanaan outbound yang mengatur pergerakan barang dari pabrik hingga sampai ke agen. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model matematis untuk mengurangi biaya outbound logistik dengan metode Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) menggunakan software LINGO 18.0. Biaya outbound logistik tersebut mencakup biaya pengiriman dan biaya penyimpanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 8 periode. Hasil penelitian di dapat penurunan biaya logisitik dari Rp324.529.521 menjadi Rp229.641.592 dengan selisih penurunan total biaya outbound logistik tersebut sebesar Rp94.887929. Keberhasilan penurunan total biaya outbound logistik juga menghasilkan peningkatan utilitas pemakaian kendaraan dari 61,06% menjadi 97,43% dan penurunan jumlah pemakaian kendaraan dari 183 kendaraan menjadi 114 kendaraan.

One of the companies engaged in the industry that produces bottled drinking water. The business process at the company is multi-level marketing, which serves every agent who will resell products that have been produced by bottled water producers. The trend of increasing bottled drinking water production growing every year in 2021 is the highest peak in ordering and shipping bottled drinking water to bottled drinking water producers by each agent, especially agents in the Bogor area. As the volume of delivery of goods increases, so is the need for large logistics activities. However, with high logistics costs, there is a difference in costs between the target and the actual state of the company because the delivery planning is not optimal. Therefore, optimization is needed for outbound planning that regulates the movement of goods from the factory to the agent. This study develops a mathematical model to reduce the cost of outbound logistics with the Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) method using LINGO 18.0 software. Outbound logistics costs include shipping costs and storage costs. This research was conducted for 8 periods. The results of the study showed a decrease in logistics costs from Rp. 324.529,521 to Rp. 229.641.592 with the difference in the decrease in total outbound logistics costs of Rp. 94.887929. The successful reduction of total outbound logistics costs also resulted in an increase in vehicle usage utility from 61.06% to 97.43% and a decrease in vehicle usage from 183 vehicles to 114 vehicles.

"PPL adalah salah satu perusahaan third-party logistics (TPL) yang melayani kliennya dalam urusan logistik berupa manajemen gudang penyimpanan dan distribusi makanan dan minuman kemasan ke pelanggan akhir. Selama tiga bulan terakhir di tahun 2020, biaya outbound logistik perusahaan mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 26.383.786. Peningkatan biaya ini disebabkan penggunaan kendaraan yang berlebih sehingga perlunya perencanaan aktivitas outbound logistik. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model matematika yang bertujuan mengurangi biaya outbound logistik menggunakan metode Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) dengan pengembangan model menggunakan perangakat lunak LINGO. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan perbaikan total biaya outbound logistik dari Rp 496.496.419 menjadi Rp 380.136.216 atau sebesar Rp 116.360.203. Hasil model matematika didapat perbaikan jumlah kendaraan dari 262 unit sebelum perbaikan menjadi 179 unit setelah perbaikan atau pengurangan sebesar 83 unit atau 48,26% dan optimasi muatan produk dalam kendaraan pengirim dari 84,26% sebelum perbaikan menjadi 97,34% atau penambahan sebesar 13,08%.

PPL is one of many third-party logistics (TPL) company that serves its client in a logistics manner. PPL runs its service as third-party logistics for food and drinks sachet products. Outbound logistics activities in a company consist of warehouse management and last-mile delivery. Last three months in 2020, the company's outbound logistics cost increased as much as IDR 26,383,786. Increasing in cost was caused by the utility of vehicles that exceeds the company's need. Therefore, the company must have an outbound logistics activities plan. The research develops a mathematical model using Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) method with help of LINGO software. The result of this research is presented improvement in outbound logistics cost from IDR 496,496,419 before improvement to IDR 380.136.216 after improvement or as much as IDR 116.360.203. The improvement of the outbound logistics cost was determined by improving the company's vehicle utility from 262 units before improvement to 179 units after improvement and optimizing the vehicle's capacity for delivery to end customers from 84,26% before improvement to 97,34% after improvement or as much as 13,08%."

"Indonesia merupakan pengguna internet ketiga terbesar di Asia dan industri jasa online atau E-Commerce di Indonesia semakin bertumbuh setiap tahunnya. Tren peningkatan market pada industri jasa online menyebabkan meningkatnya volume barang yang harus dikirim ke pelanggan. Seiring meningkatnya volume pengiriman barang, maka dibutuhkan pula aktivitas logistik yang besar. Namun, dengan biaya logistik yang tinggi terdapat perbedaan biaya antara target dengan keadaan aktual perusahaan disebabkan karena perencanaan pengiriman belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perencanaan aktivitas outbound logistik yang mengatur pergerakan barang dari warehouse hingga sampai ke pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model matematis untuk mengurangi biaya outbound logistik dengan metode Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) menggunakan software LINGO 18.0. Biaya outbound logistik tersebut mencakup biaya pengiriman dan biaya penyimpanan. Penelitian selama 8 periode ini mendapatkan hasil dimana biaya outbound logistik berhasil menurun dari Rp80.335.28,55 menjadi Rp49.487.340,93 dengan selisih penurunan total biaya outbound logistik tersebut sebesar Rp30.847.877,62. Keberhasilan penurunan total biaya outbound logistik juga menghasilkan peningkatan utilitas pemakaian kendaraan dari 58% menjadi 88% dan penurunan jumlah pemakaian kendaraan dari 233 kendaraan menjadi 158 kendaraan.

Indonesia is the third largest internet user in Asia and the online service industry or E-Commerce in Indonesia is growing every year. The increasing market trend in the online service industry is increasing the volume of goods that must be sent to customers. As the volume of freight shipments increases, costs for large logistical activities are also needed. However, with high logistics costs and there are differences in costs between the target and the actual situation due to delivery planning based on the shipping service provider is not optimal. Therefore, it is important to planning outbound logistics activities that regulate the movement of goods from the warehouse to the customer. This research develops a mathematical model to minimize outbound logistical costs with the Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) method. Outbound logistics costs include shipping and storage costs. Research for 8 periods found that logistical outbound costs had decreased from Rp80,335.28.55 to Rp49,487,340.93 with the difference in the total logistical outbound costs is Rp30,847,877.62. The successful reduction in total outbound logistics costs also resulted in an increase in utility vehicle usage from 58% to 88% and a decrease in the number of vehicle use from 233 vehicles to 158 vehicles."

"Industri farmasi mengalami pertumbuhan tertinggi di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 saat pandemi Covid-19 terjadi. Namun, kompleksitas dari rantai pasok farmasi dan pertumbuhan pasar logistik farmasi menyebabkan tingginya biaya logistik pada industri farmasi. Untuk dapat meningkatkan daya saing, perusahaan perlu mencapai target penurunan biaya outbound logistik yang ditentukan. Oleh karena itu, perencanaan pengiriman pada aktivitas outbound logistik dari gudang sampai ke pelanggan dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model matematika untuk mengurangi biaya outbound logistik menggunakan metode Mixed Integer Linear Programming yang dijalankan dengan software LINGO 18.0. Komponen dari biaya outbound logistik tersebut terdiri dari biaya transportasi, biaya bongkar muat dan biaya penyimpanan. Hasil pengolahan model untuk 26 periode menunjukkan penurunan biaya outbound logistik dari Rp282.491.763,00 menjadi Rp253.365.127,00 yaitu sebesar 10,31%. Model matematika juga menghasilkan peningkatan utilitas penggunaan truk dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 9,5% dan penurunan jumlah truk yang digunakan sebesar 13,16%.

The pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia experienced the highest growth in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the complexity of the pharmaceutical supply chain and the growth of the pharmaceutical logistics market have led to high logistics costs in the pharmaceutical industry. To be able to increase competitiveness, companies need to achieve the specified outbound logistics cost reduction target. Therefore, delivery planning on outbound logistics activities from the warehouse to customers is needed. This research develops a mathematical model to minimize the cost of outbound logistics using the Mixed Integer Linear Programming method. The outbound logistic costs consist of transportation costs, loading and unloading costs and storage costs. The results of this 26-period research showed a decrease in outbound logistics costs from Rp282,491,763.00 to Rp253,365,127.00 which is a 10.31% decrease. The model also showed an increase in the utility of truck use with an average increase of 9.5%, and a decrease in the number of trucks used by 13.16%."
