"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi strategi dan tingkatdiversifikasi perusahaan terhadap tingkat inovasi, dengan efektivitas dewankomisaris dan kepemilikan asing sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Penelitian inidilakukan pada 28 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2012-2014. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukan bahwa orientasi strategi memengaruhi tingkat inovasi,dimana perusahaan prospector akan memiliki tingkat inovasi yang lebih tinggidibandingkan perusahaan defender.

ABSTRACTThis research?s objective is to examine the effect of the strategic orientation andthe level of diversification of the company to level of innovation, with the boardeffectiveness and foreign ownership as moderating variables. "Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi authentic leadership pada tingkat strategis sebuah organisasi dengan memeriksa hubungannya dengan pelaksanaan strategi, mempertimbangkan orientasi strategi perusahaan, dan hubungannya dengan kinerja organisasi. Studi ini juga mengeksplorasi peran moderasi dari practical intelligence pada hubungan antara authentic leadership dengan pelaksanaan strategi. Hasil yang dikumpulkan dari 193 cabang bank menunjukan bahwa authentic leadership berhubungan secara positif terhadap pelaksanaan strategi yang efektif. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dimensi kewirausahaan dari kerangka Miles and Snow's adaptive cycle mempunyai hubungan positif dengan pelaksanaan strategi yang efektif; dimensi teknik dan administrasi tidak mempunyai hubungan secara signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan strategi. Orientasi strategi berbasis kewirausahaan menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dengan pelaksanaan strategi dimana hal tersebut memberikan dampak positif pada kinerja organisasi. Teori dan implikasi praktis dari temuan-temuan ini juga dibahas dalam penelitian.

This study explores authentic leadership at the strategic level of the organization by examining its relationship with strategy execution, given the orientation of the firm rsquo s strategy, and its relationship to organizational performance. It also explores the potential moderating role of practical intelligence with regard to the relationship between authentic leadership and strategy execution. The results of data collected from 193 bank branches indicate that authentic leadership is positively related to effective strategy execution. Additionally, the study reveals that the entrepreneurial dimension of the Miles and Snow rsquo s adaptive cycle framework is positively related to strategy execution the engineering and administrative dimensions are not significantly related to strategy execution. Entrepreneurial based strategic orientation is shown to have a positive relationship with strategy execution which, in turn, is positively related to organizational performance. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed"
