"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaturan kedudukan dan peran organ koperasi dalam Undang-Undang Perkoperasian Indonesia serta dapat atau tidaknya prinsipprinsip korporasi diterapkan pada badan usaha Koperasi di Indonesia. Kedua hal tersebut akan digunakan untuk menganalisis putusan Mahkamah Agung No. 1644K/PID/2013 yang secara garis besar berisikan mengenai perkara pidana penggelapan dalam jabatan secara berlanjut yang dilakukan oleh organ koperasi (Pengurus). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dan keseluruhannya dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaturan mengenai kedudukan dan peran organ-organ koperasi di dalam Undang-Undang Perkoperasian No. 25 tahun 1992 belum cukup memadai bila dibandingkan dengan pengaturan mengenai kedudukan dan peran organ-organ di dalam Perseroan Terbatas yang terdapat dalam Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas No. 40 tahun 2007; Penerapan prinsipprinsip korporasi pada badan usaha koperasi di Indonesia belum cukup diatur secara jelas dalam Undang-Undang Perkoperasian, baik Undang-Undang No. 12 Tahun 1967, Undang-Undang No. 25 Tahun 1992, maupun Undang-Undang No. 17 Tahun 2012. Tidak seperti pengaturan dalam Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas No. 40 Tahun 2007; rupa-rupanya Majelis Hakim dalam perkara penggelapan Kopposindo tidak cukup mempertimbangkan dengan baik kedudukan dan peran organ-organ koperasi dan keberlakuan prinsip korporasi terhadap badan usaha koperasi dalam memutus perkara tersebut.

The focuses of this thesis are how the cooperative law regulates the position and role of the organs in cooperative entity and whether or not the corporate principles are implemented to the cooperative enterprises. Both of these will be used to analyze the verdict of Supreme Court number 1644K/PID/2013 that the outline is about the criminal case of embezzlement committed by the organ of the cooperative. Type of this research is qualitative normative juridical research methods. The results of this research show that the position and role of the organs regulated by the cooperative law still not sufficient when it’s compared with corporate law; implementation of corporate principles in cooperative in cooperative law (both are regulated in cooperative act 1967, cooperative act 1992, or cooperative act 2012) still not sufficient when it’s compared with corporate law; and apparently the judges did not use cooperative law, especially the part that regulates the position and role of the organs and implementation of corporate principles in cooperative, as one of their verdict considerations."

"Women and health are two very close issues as family health lies most often in the hands of women. Ironically, their awareness toward their own health is still low. Cultural constraints have made single, unmarried women or virgins feel reluctant to go to obgyn clinics, though there is an increasing prevalence of cervical cancer in Indonesia. Related to the role of the media to reduce the number of women with cervical cancer, a question rises. How do the media represent this conflict? The object of the study is a documentary film about several problems faced by women. The unit of analysis is the episode that contains issues related to the virtue of virginity, and data were collected through an analysis of the media text. The findings show that the media seem to have an awareness of the problems, but they have not fully adopted gender perspectives, and this leads to the strengthening of myths, taboos and traditional values surrounding virginity."
