"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh Leader Member Exchange Terhadap Innovative Behavior Dengan Job Engagement dan Organization Engagement Sebagai Mediasi. Penelitian ini meneliti pada industri pertambangan menggunakan kuesioner yang didapatkan dari 290 responden yang bekerja di kantor pusat PT XYZ sebagai salah satu perusahaan pertambangan BUMN. Hipotesis penelitian dirumuskan dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan mengalami sedikit modifikasi dan diuji menggunakan structural equation model (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Leader Member Exchange memiliki efek positif pada Job Engagement, Kualitas Leader Member Exchange memiliki efek negatif pada Organization Engagement, Kualitas Leader Member Exchange memiliki efek positif pada Innovative Behavior, Job engagement memiliki efek positif pada Organization engagement, Job engagement memiliki efek positif pada Innovative Behavior, Organization engagement memiliki efek positif pada Innovative behavior. Job Engagement terbukti memediasi antara Leader Member Exchange dan Innovative Behavior, Organizational Engagement terbukti memediasi antara Leader Member Exchange dan Innovative Behavior di kantor pusat PT XYZ.

ABSTRACT
This study examined the effect of Leader Member Exchange on Innovative Behavior on which is influenced by the role of Job Engagement and Organizational Engagement as a mediator. This research examined the mining industry using a questionnaire obtained from 290 respondents working at Headquarter office of PT XYZ. The research hypothesis was formulated from previous studies and added hypothesis and tested using structural equation model (SEM). The result showed that quality of Leader Member Exchange has positive effect on Job Engagement, quality of Leader Member Exchange has negative effect on Organization Engagement, quality of Leader Member Exchange has positive effect on Innovative Behavior, Job engagement has positive effect on Organization engagement, Job engagement has positive effect on Innovative Behavior, Organization engagement has positive effect on Innovative behavior. While Job Engagement directly influence Leader Member Exchange and Innovative Behavior, Organizational Engagement directly influence Leader Member Exchange and Innovative Behavior of employee at Headquarters office of PT XYZ."

"ABSTRAK
Employee Engagement adalah topik yang sudah banyak dibahas dalam penelitian ilmu manajemen. Penelitian juga semakin berkembang karena keterkaitan antara teori dengan kondisi di dunia bisnis yang membutuhkan engagement dari karyawannya menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Yang dimaksud dengan employee engagement adalah keterikatan karyawan terhadap pekerjaan maupun perusahannya dalam makna positif sehingga dapat memberikan hasil yang baik bagi dirinya maupun perusahaannya. Variabel lain dalam penelitian ini adalah Person-Environment Fit yang merupakan kesesuaian antara karyawan dengan lingkungannya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh person-environment fit terhadap employee engagement dengan mengambil sampel di salah satu perusahaan ritel yakni di PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan ritel kosmetik di Indonesia dari brand internasional. Dengan sampel sebanyak 199 orang karyawan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa person-environment fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement.

ABSTRACT
Employee Engagement has been widely discussed in management science research. The research are growing since relationship between theory and actual business conditions requires Employee Engagement becomes very important. Employee Engagement is a strong bounding between employee to his works as well as his company in positive significance and contributes good results to himself and the company. Another variable in this research is Person Environment Fit which reflects conformity between employee and environment. This research elucidates Person Environment Fit influence to Employee Engagement. This research, with 199 samples of employee at PT XYZ, an international brand cosmetic retail company in Indonesia, has proved that person environment fit has positive influence and significant to employee engagement

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola hubungan antara kesesuaian individu terhadap pekerjaan, kelekatan karyawan terhadap pekerjaan dan organisasi serta intensi meninggalkan organisasi pada generasi Y. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengukur efektivitas intervensi dengan menggunakan training personal sumber daya personal. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data pada 217 generasi Y di PT. ABC dan pengolahan statistic melalui uji mediasi Hayes, peneliti menemukan bahwa kelekatan karyawan terhadap pekerjaan dan organisasi memediasi hubungan antara kesesuaian individu terhadap pekerjaan dengan intensi meninggalkan organisasi. Pola hubungan antara variabel terbentuk melalui konsep COR (Conservation of Resource) dan SET (Social
Exchange Theory), dimana sumber daya personal memegang peranan dalam
pembentukan kesesuaian individu terhadap pekerjaan dan kelekatan terhadap pekerjaan. Selanjutnya pertukaran antara sumber daya personal dan sumber daya organisasi berdampak pada kelekatan terhadap organisasi dan intensi meninggalkan organisasi. Workshop sumber daya personal memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap penurunan intensi meninggalkan organisasi pada, dibandingkan dengan peningkatan kesesuaian individu terhadap pekerjaan, kelekatan terhadap pekerjaan, kelekatan terhadap organisasi.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to measure the correlation between person-job fit, work engagement, organization engagement, and turnover intention on generation Y. This study also measured the effectiveness of personal resource training as the intervention. Based on data collected from 217 respondents in PT. ABC, work and organization engagements were mediators between person-job fit and turnover intention. The COR (Conservation of Resource) and SET (Social Exchange Theory) as the concept that link among variables. The personal resources had effect to person-job fit and work engagement. Then, the exchange between personal resource and organizational resource effected to organizational engagement and turnover intention. Furthermore, the personal resource workshop had significant impact in decreasing the turnover intention on generation Y than to others variables."
