[ABSTRAK
Dengan semakin meningkatnya produksi, distribusi dan penjualan sepeda motor di Indonesia, maka PT XYZ sebagai market leader dalam industri ini tentu pertumbuhan penjualannya juga meningkat signifikan. Kinerja PT XYZ ini tentu tidak dapat dicapai tanpa peran serta dari seluruh supply chain yang terkait dengan PT XYZ. Salah satunya adalah pihak supplier yang memasok kebutuhan part atau komponen ke PT XYZ. Dengan menggunakan konsep JIT dalam proses pembelian maupun dalam menjaga kualitas produknya, tentu sedikit banyak hal ini akan mempengaruhi pihak supplier. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian atas pengaruh penerapkan konsep JIT yang dilakukan di PT XYZ terhadap profitabilitas supplier. Konsep JIT yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah JIT purchasing dan JIT quality. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tidak ada keterkaitan langsung antara penetapan konsep JIT di perusahaan XYZ terhadap profitabilitas supplier.

Increasing in production, distribution and sales of motorcycles in Indonesia, PT XYZ as a market leader in this industry will have increased of sales growth also. XYZ's performance may not be achieved without the participation of the entire supply chain associated with XYZ. One is the supplier who supply parts or components to XYZ. By using the concept of JIT in the purchasing process as well as in maintaining the quality of its products, certainly thhis will have an effect to the supplier. In this research, the testing of the effect of apply the JIT concept conducted in XYZ on Supplier?s financial performance. JIT concepts used in this study is JIT-purchasing and JIT-quality. Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi karyawan terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan pada penerapan total quality management di PT Kalbe Farma. Penerapan total quality management oleh karyawan PT Kalbe Farma diharapkan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi organisasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS dan SmartPLS 3. Sebanyak 266 responden yang lolos screening pada PT Kalbe Farma telah berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor keberhasilan total quality management seperti dukungan manajemen puncak, pemberdayaan dan keterlibatan karyawan, customer focus, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap performa operasional, faktor keberhasilan lainnya seperti, manajemen kualitas pemasok, manajemen proses, dan pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap performa operasional. ......This study aims to determine the employee perception to company operational performance on the implementation of total quality management at PT Kalbe Farma. The implementation of total quality management by employees of PT Kalbe Farma is expected to provide a competitive advantage for the organization. This research is a quantitative research using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method which is processed using SPSS and SmartPLS 3 software. A total of 266 respondents who passed the screening at PT Kalbe Farma have participated in this study. The results of this study indicate that the success factors of total quality management such as top management support, employee empowerment and involvement, customer focus, and continuous improvement have no significant effect on operational performance, other success factors such as supplier quality management, process management, and education. and training has a significant effect on operational performance.

Risiko atau gangguan dapat terjadi ketika sebuah perusahaan mengerjakan kegiatan operasionalnya dan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja yang diberikan kepada konsumen. Dalam penelitian sebelumnya telah banyak penelitian yang mempelajari tentang berbagai kondisi yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan baik secara internal, eksternal maupun tentang hubunganya dengan para konsumen yang dapat memberikan dampak, baik positif maupun negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan 3PL. Risiko atau gangguan dapat terjadi ketika mereka melakukan kegiatan operasionalnya, baik risiko atau gangguan dalam hal memberikan orientasi kepada konsumennya, kualitas hubungan antara 3PL dengan konsumennya ataupun dalam hal manajemen kargo. Studi ini merupakan sebuah studi deskriptif yang akan mempelajari hubungan antara orientasi konsumen, kualitas hubungan serta manajemen kargo berdasarkan persepsi PT. 123 selaku konsumen dari 3PL PT. XYZ serta bagaimana hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur dimana hasil pengujian hipotesis didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kualitas hubungan dan manajemen kargo terhadap kinerja PT XYZ namun untuk variabel orientasi konsumen tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja PT XYZ
ABSTRACT
Risk or disruption can occur when a company works on its operations and can affect the performance into customer. In previous studies, there have been many studies that study the various conditions faced by companies both internally, externally and about their relationships with consumers which can have an impact, both positively and negatively on the performance of 3PL companies. Risks or disruptions can occur when they carry out their operational activities, either risk or disruption in terms of providing orientation to their customers, the quality of the relationship between 3PL and its customers or cargo management. This study is a descriptive study which study the relationship between consumer orientation, relationship quality and cargo management based on the perception of PT. 123 as the consumer of the 3PL PT. XYZ and how the relationship between the variables is. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis where the results of testing the hypothesis found that there is an influence between relationship quality and cargo management on the performance of PT XYZ but for consumer orientation variables does not have an influence on the performance of PT XYZ.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh innovation capability dan open innovation terhadap operational performance. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui Google Form kepada 139 responden yang merupakan pemilik atau manajer lini atas UMKM di DKI Jakarta, yang merupakan UMKM kelas mikro, kecil ataupun menengah dan telah beroperasi selama lebih dari 3 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data lewat survei dan dipilih menggunakan cara purposive sampling. Data yang didapatkan diolah kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Penelitian memberikan hasil bahwa innovation capability dan open innovation memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap operational performance. ......This study aims to analyze the effect of innovation capability and open innovation on operational performance. The research was conducted using a questionnaire through Google Form to 139 respondents who are owners or top line managers of MSMEs in DKI Jakarta, which are micro, small or medium class MSMEs and have been operating for more than 3 years. The data obtained is processed and then processed using the multiple linear analysis method using SPSS software. The research provides results that innovation capability and open innovation have a positive and significant influence on operational performance.

Abstrak :
Produk TELKOMVSAT-IP adalah suatu layanan Jaringan akses melalui sistem komunikasi satelit yang digunakan untuk mendistribusikan layanan multimedia pita lebar berbasis Internet Protokol seperti VoIP over Satellite, Internet over Satellite, VPN-IP over Satellite dan Video over Satellite yang tergabung dalam satu layanan triple play. Perangkat HUB VSAT-IP dioperasikan di Stasiun Pengendali Utama (Master Control Station) Satelit Cibinong sedangkan perangkat terminal remote VSAT-IP lokasinya tersebar diseluruh Indonesia. Teknologi yang dipergunakan yaitu VSAT Digital Video Broadcast (DVB-S2) dengan topologi STAR sehingga memungkinkan pelanggan dapat memilih sendiri data rate dari layanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan trafik yang akan dilaluinya. Layanan TELKOM VSAT-IP multimedia pita lebar pada tahun 2012 diproyeksikan akan menjadi layanan yang konvergen untuk segmen retail dengan kecepatan akses mencapai 4 Mbps untuk downstream dan 256 kbps untuk upstream, tergantung dari platform aksesnya. Jumlah pelanggan Telkom VSAT-IP sampai dengan akhir tahun 2008 sebanyak 492 node dan diprediksikan permintaan akan terus meningkat. Masalah utamanya adalah produk Telkom VSAT-IP yang sudah dipasarkan belum didukung dengan kesiapan struktur organisasi dan proses bisnis VSAT-IP yang sesuai, sehingga berdampak langsung terhadap pencapaian target performansi bisnis dan performansi operasional (KPI) yang dijaminkan pada stakeholders. Transformasi struktur organisasi dan proses bisnis dilakukan untuk meningkatkan performansi bisnis dan performansi operasional. Metodologi penelitian deskriptif dilaksanakan dengan cara studi kasus pada Struktur organisasi dan proses bisnis Telkom VSAT-IP di Subdivsat. Transformasi Struktur Organisasi dan Proses Bisnis yang akan didisain mengacu pada International Framework Business Process enhanced - Telecomunication Operation Map (e-TOM) dan International Standard Organization ISO 9001- 2000. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa desain Struktur Organisasi dan Proses Bisnis Produk Telkom VSAT-IP yang baru. Hasil analisis kelayakan investasi produk Telkom VSAT-IP diproyeksikan sampai dengan tahun 2014 dengan total pendapatan sebesar Rp. 10,276 Milyard, EBITDA sebesar Rp. 4,666 Milyar dengan CAGR : 17,06 % dengan IRR: 21,90 %, NPV: 1,046 milyar dan payback period selama 2 tahun 10 bulan yang akan memberikan nilai tambah pada stakeholders.
Telkom VSAT-IP product is a network service access via satellite communication system in order to distribute multimedia services based on broadband Internet Protocol such as VOIP over Satellite, Internet over Satellite, VPN-IP over Satellite and Video over Satellite in a triple play service. HUB VSAT-IP equipment is operated in the Main Control Station (Master Control Station) Satellite Cibinong while the VSAT-IP remote terminal equipment location is spreading across Indonesia. This product is using Digital Video Broadcast (DVBS2) with a STAR topology as its technology. Costumers are available to choose data rate service which appropriate to their requirement and traffic. Telkom VSAT IP broadband multimedia services in 2012 is projected to become convergent services for retail segment with the speed of access up to 4 Mbps downstream and 256 kbps for upstream or equivalent, depend on the platform access. Telkom VSAT-IP costumer until 2008 are 492 node and costumer demands will be predicted increasing. The main problem of Telkom VSAT-IP product is not supported organizational structures which appropriate to business processes, so it makes direct impact on the achievement of business performance and operational performance (KPI) that guaranteed to stakeholders. Transformation of organizational structures and business processes is made to improve the business performance and operational performance. Descriptive research methodology will be conducted by using case study on the Telkom VSAT-IP organization structure and business processes in Subdivsat. The design of Organization Transformation and Business Process must be refer to the international framework Business Process enhanced - Telecommunication Operations Map (e-TOM) and the International Organization for Standardization ISO: 9001-2000. The results of research are new organizational structure and new business process for Telkom VSAT-IP product. The result of Telkom VSAT-IP product feseability invesment analysis are projected total revenue in 2014 Rp. 10,276 billion, EBITDA Rp. 4,666 billion with CAGR 17,06 %, IRR: 21,90 %, NPV: 1,046 billion and pay back period is 2 year and 10 month that will provide the value added to stakeholders.

Skripsi ini meneliti tentang pengaruh penerapan sejumlah aktivitas dalam green supply chain management (GSCM), terhadap operational performance dan supply chain performance pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di JABODETABEK. Responden dari penelitian ini melibatkan 70 responden yang merupakan pemilik dan manajer dari UKM dengan bidang usaha umum yang berlokasi di JABODETABEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data berupa Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari aktivitas reverse logistics dan green manufacturing terhadap operational performance dan terdapat pengaruh positif dari operational performance terhadap supply chain performance. Selain itu hasil analisis turut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung dari reverse logistics dan green manufacturing terhadap supply chain performance. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlu adanya perencanaan dan pemilihan atas aktivitas yang tepat dalam penerapan GSCM pada UKM di JABODETABEK, melalui penerapan aktivitas GSCM yang tepat pada kegiatan UKM dapat mempengaruhi secara positif performa dari operasional UKM, bahkan turut mempengaruhi secara langsung performa dari rantai pasokan UKM.

This thesis examines the effect of implementing a number of activities in green supply chain management (GSCM), on operational performance and supply chain performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in JABODETABEK. Respondents from this study involved 70 respondents who were owners and managers of SMEs with general business fields located in JABODETABEK. This research uses data analysis method in the form of Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS version 3. The results obtained are there are positive effects of the activities of reverse logistics and green manufacturing on operational performance and there is a positive effect of operational performance on supply chain performance. In addition, the results of the analysis also showed the direct influence of reverse logistics and green manufacturing on supply chain performance. These results indicate the need for planning and selection of appropriate activities in GSCM implementation for SMEs in JABODETABEK, through the application of appropriate GSCM activities in SME activities that can positively influence the performance of SME operations, and even directly influence the performance of SME supply chains.

Responden dari penelitian ini melibatkan 70 responden yang merupakan pemilik dan pengelola UKM dengan bidang usaha umum yang berlokasi di JABODETABEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data berupa Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil yang didapat adalah adanya pengaruh positif dari kegiatan logistik terbalik dan manufaktur hijau pada kinerja operasional dan ada efek positif dari kinerja operasional pada rantai pasokan kinerja. Selain itu, hasil analisis juga menunjukkan pengaruh langsung dari logistik terbalik dan manufaktur hijau hingga kinerja rantai pasokan. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlunya perencanaan dan pemilihan kegiatan yang tepat dalam penerapan GSCM pada UKM di JABODETABEK, melalui implementasi kegiatan GSCM yang tepat dalam kegiatan UKM dapat berdampak positif kinerja operasional UKM, bahkan secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja dari rantai pasokan UKM.

Responden dari penelitian ini melibatkan 175 responden yang merupakan pemilik atau manajer dari UMKM dengan bidang usaha umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data berupa Sequential Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software LISREL versi 8.80. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari aktivitas GSCM terhadap environmental performance dan operational performance dan terdapat pengaruh positif dari operational performance terhadap business performance.. Selain itu hasil analisis turut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung dari GSCM terhadap business performance. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlu adanya perencanaan atas aktivitas dalam penerapan GSCM pada UMKM di Jawa Barat, melalui penerapan aktivitas GSCM yang tepat pada kegiatan UMKM dapat mempengaruhi secara positif environmental dan operasional performance UMKM, bahkan turut mempengaruhi secara tidak langsung performa dari business performance UMKM. ......This research examines the effect of implementation a number of activities in green supply chain management (GSCM) on environmental performance, operational performance and business performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java province. Research respondents involved 175 respondents who are owners or managers of MSMEs with general business fields. This study used a data analysis method in the form of Sequential Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL version 8.80 software. The results obtained are that there is a positive effect of GSCM activities on environmental performance and operational performance and a positive effect of operational performance on business performance. In addition, the analysis results also show the indirect effect of GSCM business performance. These results indicate the need for planning for activities in the application of GSCM to MSMEs in West Java, the proper application of GSCM in MSME activities can positively affect the environmental and operational performance of MSMEs, even indirectly affect the performance of MSME business performance.

Pandemi COVID-19 memengaruhi kegiatan kapal dan penting untuk dievaluasi manajemen pelabuhannya. Tak hanya itu, adanya pandemi COVID 19 berdampak pada aksesibilitas, mobilitas, serta kinerja dari sebuah pelabuhan dalam melakukan proses pengerjaan pelabuhan. Pengaruh lainnya juga berdampak pada trend peningkatan angkutan barang serta pelayanan kapal. Untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pelayanan operasional pelabuhan yang terkhususkan terkait pelayanan kapal dibutuhkan metode untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pelayanan operasional pelabuhan dalam pelayanan kapal. Salah satu cakupan dalam proses mengevaluasi kinerja pelayanan operasional perlabuhan dalam pelayanan kapal, dibutuhkan juga beberapa indikator standar kinerja operasional pelayanan pelabuhan waktu pelabuhan seperti Waktu Tunggu Kapal (Waiting Time/WT), Waktu Pelayanan Pemanduan (Approach TimeI/AT), Waktu Kapal di Tambatan Berthing Time serta Tingkat Penggunaan Dermaga (Berth Occupacy Ratio/BOR) dan juga nilai Turn Around Time yang dapat memberikan infromasi terkait sebaran nilai Turn Aound Time pada kapal. Penelitian kali ini nantinya diperlukan untuk mengevaluasi serta mengetahui kinerja operasional pelayanan kapal di pelabuhan pada saat setelah pandemi (post pandemic) pandemi untuk mengevaluasi serta mengetahui kinerja operasional pelayanan kapal di pelabuhan setelah pandemi (post pandemic) berbasis big data AIS (Automatic Identification System) sehingga dapat membantu pihak pelabuhan seperti direktur pelabuhan hingga otoritas pelabuhan dalam melakukan perbaikan terhadap kinerja operasional pelayanan kapal di pelabuhan setelah pandemi (post pandemic). ......The COVID-19 pandemic has affected ship activities and it is important to evaluate port management. Not only that, the existence of the COVID 19 pandemic has had an impact on the accessibility, mobility, and performance of a port in carrying out port construction processes. Other influences also have an impact on the trend of increasing freight transport and ship services. To evaluate the performance of port operational services specifically related to ship services, a method is needed to evaluate the performance of port operational services in ship services. One of the scopes in the process of evaluating the performance of port operational services in ship services, requires several standard indicators of port service operational performance at port time such as Ship Waiting Time (WT), Guided Service Time (Approach TimeI/AT), Ship Time at Berths. Berthing Time and Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) as well as Turn Around Time values which can provide information regarding the distribution of Turn Aound Time values on ships. This research is later needed to evaluate and find out the operational performance of ship services at ports after a pandemic (post-pandemic) pandemic to evaluate and find out the operational performance of ship services at ports after a pandemic (post-pandemic) based on big data AIS (Automatic Identification System) so that can assist port parties such as port directors to port authorities in making improvements to the operational performance of ship services at ports after a pandemic (post-pandemic).
