Abstrak :
Online tutorials as a form of student services is expected to contribute to the success of student learning. This article written based on the research of the tutorial activities of strategic management courses (EKMA4414) and students learning outcomes in the registration period of 2009.1 at UPBJJ-UT Batam. Data were collected using purposive sampling of 167 students registered in the tutorial. Result were analyzed descriptively. The result showed that the initiation of online tutorials materials of strategic management course were generally in line with course objectives. However the presentation is said to be less systematically delivered by most students. This causes some students to not actively engaged in the tutorial and do the exercises and tasks. However, for students who are actively following tutorial by participating in discussion and exercises, their activities contribute to the final grade.

ABSTRACT
As students of distance education institutions, the interest of Universitas Terbuka's students in following the online tutorials showed an increasing number from year to year. However, the number of students who actively following the online tutorial apparently not as big as the number of students who activated the tutorial. This showed that there were certain factors that caused students did not participate actively. A quantitative approach was used to explain the effect of online tutorial service quality on students' satisfaction and loyalty. Data collected through an online survey to all participants in the Faculty of Law, Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) which selected using accidental sampling technique. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by using the regression analysis and the univariate analysis. These analyses showed that the SERVQUAL model could be used to measure the learning services quality from multidimensional. Learning support services via the Internet (online tutorial) provided by UT stated in the good and satisfactory category. However, there were aspects of learning support services that still needed to be fixed by Universitas Terbuka, especially the accuracy of tutorial services provided by tutors, the speed of time to respond, giving feedback, and answering student questions.

ABSTRACT
The online tutorials for undergraduatestudents at Universitas Terbuka has 30% of contributions to the grade of the final exam, which is why students are expected not to depend solely on independent learning without any supporting facilities. With 339 undergraduate students of SIPAS NON-TTM PGSD and PGPAUD, the researcher used the unified theories of acceptance and use of technology to analyze students acceptance and technology usage, and using multiple regression as the statistical tools to test out the influence of performace expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions towards the behavioral intention of undergraduate students of PGSD and PGPAUD in using online tutorials.It was found that facilitating conditions had the most significant influence towards behavioral intention, while performance expectancy was right after. Lower influence was found in social influence, while the effort expectancy doesn't have any significant effect on behavioral intention of undergraduate students of PGSD and PGPAUD in using online tutroials.

Kemudahan bagi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan layanan tutorial online (tuton) diharapkan dapat membantu mereka memahami materi pembelajaran yang diberikan dan membantu mahasiswa memperoleh nilai ujian akhir semester sesuai yang diharapkan. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah keterlibatan mahasiswa terhadap tutorial online yang disediakan UT dikaitkan dengan prestasi mahasiswa dalam ujian akhir semester (UAS). Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa D2 Perpustakaan pada masa ujian 2014.1 untuk tiga mata kuliah yaitu PUST2251-Pengolahan Bahan Nonbuku, PUST2254-Promosi Jasa Perpustakaan, dan PUST2256-Kerjasama dan Jaringan Perpustakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk, mencari informasi tentang aksesibilitas mahasiswa dalam melakukan tuton, menganalisis hubungan aksesibilitas terhadap tuton dengan evaluasi belajar (ujian akhir semester). Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menganalisis jumlah akses/kegiatan mahasiswa terhadap pelaksanaan tuton dan hasil UAS mahasiswa yang mengikuti tutorial online pada masa registrasi 2014.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara mayoritas total akses tuton terhadap nilai UAS tidak berkaitan. Tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa terhadap tuton sangat bervariatif, dari tingkat yang paling rendah di bawah 20 kali sampai 300 kali. Tingkat keterlibatan mahasiswa dari ketiga mata kuliah adalah sama
