"ABSTRAKPemerintahan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono SBY tidak mengalami peralihan kekuasaan seperti pemerintahan sebelumnya melalui suatu goncangan catastrophe peristiwa, termasuk pemerintahan Presiden Soekarno. Baik masa pemerintahan Presiden Megawati Soekarnoputri maupun SBY terdapat goncangan, tetapi tidak mengalami peralihan. Masa pemerintahan Presiden Megawati yang berlangsung tiga tahun harus berakhir melalui Pemilu 2004. Untuk mengukur perilaku ketahanan nasional menggunakan model cusp catastrophe dari teori katastrofe, masa pemerintahan Presiden Megawati memiliki time series yang pendek sehingga masa pemerintahan Presiden SBY yang dipilih. Pengukuran perilaku ketahanan nasional melalui faktor kontrol kesejahteraan dan keamanan dapat dilakukan karena didefenisikan sebagai asas yang dapat dibedakan tetapi tidak dapat dipisahkan. Hasil pengukuran pada masa pemerintahan Presiden SBY periode 2009 s.d 2014 menggunakan metode GEneral Multivariate CATastrophe GEMCAT melalui Aplikasi Bahasa R, menunjukkan seluruh titik berada pada are bifurkasi dengan flag bimodality sebagai perilakunya.

ABSTRACTThe government of Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) did not have a power shift like the previous government through a catastrophe of events, including the President Soekarno's government. Both of President Megawati Sukarnoputri and SBY's gonvernment, there is a shock, but there was not a transition. The three year term of President Megawati's government must end through the 2004 elections. To measure the national resilience behavior using cusp catastrophe model of catastrophe theory, President Megawati's government had a short time series, so that the President SBY's government was chosen. Measurement of national resilience behavior through welfare and security as the control factors can be done, because it is defined as a distinguishable but inseparable principle. The result of measurement during the President SBY's government for the period of 2009 untill 2014 using GEneral Multivariate CATastrophe (GEMCAT) method through R Language Application, shows that all points are on bifurcation area with bimodality flag as the behavior."
