Selain itu , sumber primer dari wawancara dan survei akan dipertimbangkan melalui analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif . Dengan mengidentifikasi semua masalah , dapat disimpulkan bahwa Donald Trump dapat dikategorikan sebagai pemimpin narsis , meskipun Organisasi Trump tidak diindikasikan sebagai organisasi narsis . Tesis sarjana ini dapat diperluas untuk penelitian lebih lanjut atau studi ke kompatibilitas antara kepemimpinan dan organisasi gaya.

ABSTRACT
This Bachelor Thesis will identify whether Donald Trump is a narcissist and whether Trump Organization is a narcissistic organization. The exploration of the issues will be mostly done through a review of secondary sources such as mass media articles and scientific literature. In addition, primary resources from interviews and survey will be considered through qualitative and quantitative analysis. By identifying all the issues, it can be concluded that Donald Trump can be categorized as a narcissistic leader, although Trump Organization is not indicated as a narcissistic organization. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi karakter pemimpin narsistik pada Larry Ellison dan pengaruhnya terhadap Oracle untuk menjadi perusahaan narsistik. Literatur literature tentang narsisme dalam perusahaan digunakan. Skripsi ini dimulai dengan menjelaskan pengertian dari pemimpin dan perusahaan narisisme, dilanjutkan dengan mengaplikasikan fakta tentang Larry Ellison dan Oracle dengan literature yang digunakan, dan disimpulkan dengan analisis berdasarkan dengan literatur yang digunakan. ...... The purpose of this thesis is to identify narcissistic leader characteristics on Larry Ellison and whether this influence Oracle Corporation into a narcissistic leader. The literature on narcissism in organizational context is reviewed. It begins by describing the narcissism in organizational context. Followed by applying the literature review to the facts and finding. It concluded by using several measurements analysis as indicated in the literature review.

Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah untuk menganalisa CEO narsis, organisasi narsis dan hubungan antara keduanya dalam kasus General Motors. Literatur yang sudah ada mengenai konsep-konsep akan terlebih dahulu dijelaskan sebelum mengaplikasikannya kedalam kasus GM. Dua mantan CEO GM telah dipilih untuk analisa, Roger B. Smith dan John F. "Jack" Smith, Jr. Karaksteristik kedua CEO dan karakteristik GM pada masa jabatan keduanya akan dibahas satu persatu. Analisa-analisa ini menuju pada konklusi dimana CEO narsis mempunyai pengaruh terdahap organisasinya dengan mengubahnya menjadi organisasi yang narsis, tetapi organisasi narsis tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepribadian para CEO. Selain konklusi berdasarkan pembahasan literatur, hipotesis dan rencana penelitian telah disediakan. Refleksi dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian dimasa depan juga diberikan diakhir. ......The objective of this thesis is to analyse narcissistic CEOs, narcissistic organizations and the relationship between the two in the case of General Motors. Existing literatures on the concepts are first explained before applying it to the case of GM. Two former CEOs of GM were chosen for analysis, Roger B. Smith and John F. “Jack” Smith, Jr. The characteristics of these two CEOs and the characteristics of GM during their tenure are described independently. These analyses lead to the conclusion that narcissistic CEOs do affect their organization by turning them into a narcissistic organization but narcissistic organization does not affect the personality of the CEOs. In addition to conclusions based on literature review, hypotheses and research plan are provided. Reflection and recommendation for future researches are also given at the end.
