Abstrak :
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk melihat potensi spillover dari sektor-sektor ekonomi di dalam koridor ekonomi Kalimantan terhadap perekonomian wilayah-wilayah tetangganya dalam rangka menunjang pelaksanaan MP3EI yang hanya berfokus pada percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara nasional namun kurang memperhatikan potensi efek spillover yang mampu dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Granger Causality Test serta Impulse Response Function dan Variance Decomposition untuk menganalisis hubungan kausalitas antar sektor-sektor ekonomi dengan perekonomian wilayah tetangganya. Ditemukan bahwa sektor jasa-jasa Kalimantan Barat menghasilkan spillover kepada wilayah tetangganya, sektor industri dan agrikultur Kalimantan Tengah menghasilkan spillover kepada wilayah tetangganya, dan sektor industri Kalimantan Timur dan Selatan menghasilkan spillover kepada wilayah sekitarnya. ...... This study aims to analyze the potential spillover effect from economic sectors inside the coridor economy of Kalimantan to support the implementation of MP3EI, which apparently only focuses on the acceleration of national economic growth while the sectors that could produce the neighbourhood spatial spillover effect are being neglected. Granger Causality Test, Variance Decomposition, and Impulse Response Function are being used to analyze the causality between the sectors and the surounding areas. It is found that the services sectors of West Kalimantan produces spillover effect to its neighbourhood, while industrial and agriculture sectors of Central Kalimantan and industrial sectors of East and South Kalimantan do exactly the same as latter.
