ABSTRAK
Mahasiswa keperawatan harus memiliki pengetahuan yang baik terkait perawat profesional serta memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk dapat menjadi seorang perawat profesional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan terkait profesi dan motivasi mahasiswa tingkat akhir di FIK UI dan FIK UMJ untuk menjadi perawat profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional dengan rancangan deskriptif koleratif dan pendekatan secara stratified random sampling terhadap 156 mahasiswa keperawatan di FIK UI dan FIK UMJ. Analisis data menggunkan uji Chi-Square yang menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan terkait profesi dengan motivasi mahasiswa tingkat akhir di FIK UI dan FIK UMJ untuk menjadi seorang perawat profesional p value = 1,033 . Mengetahui bahwa memiliki pengetahuan saja tidak cukup untuk dapat memotivasi diri mahasiswa keperawatan untuk menjadi perawat profesional, sehingga perlu dilakukan edukasi serta pendekatan kepada mahasiswa keperawatan agar dapat mengetahui seberapa besar motivasi yang dimiliki mahasiswa keperawatan untuk menjadi perawat profesional.Kata Kunci: pengetahuan, motivasi, perawat profesional
ABSTRACT
Nursing students should have good knowledge about professional nursing and a high motivation to become a professional nursing. The purpose of the research was to indentify correlation between level of knowledge related profession and motivation college senior students at FIK UI and FIK UMJ for become a professional nursing. The study used cross sectional methods with correlative descriptive design and approach with stratified random sampling of 156 nursing students at FIK UI and FIK UMJ. Data analysis using a chi square test showed no significant relationship between level of knowledge related profession and motivation college senior students at FIK UI nd FIK UMJ for become a professional nursing p value 0,631 . Knowing having knowledge alones is not enough to motivate a person want to become a professional nursing, therefore needed educate and approach for nursing students in order to know how big the motivation of nursing students to become professional nurses.Keywords knowledge, motivation, professional nursing

Manajemen sebagai seni memperoleh hasil melalui kegiatan orang lain dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Fungsi-fungsi manajemen terdiri dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan. Fenomena yang didapatkan di RSUP Undata Palu, fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan belum terlaksana dengan maksimal sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai kepala ruangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana hubungan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dengan motivasi perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSUP Undata Palu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 203 perawat pelaksana yang bertugas di 11 ruang rawat inap. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 149 perawat pelaksana. Proses analisa data menggunakan uji chi square untuk menguji hubungan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dengan motivasi dan regresi logistik ganda menguji variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan motivasi perawat pelaksana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan baik 50,3 %, motivasi perawat pelaksana baik 53,7 %. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara fungsi manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan dengan motivasi perawat pelaksana, (p value 0,032, 0,022, 0,002, 0,003), karakteristik perawat pelaksana (umur, jenis kelamin, lama kerja, status perkawinan) tidak ada hubungan dengan motivasi perawat pelaksana (p value 0,949, 0,402, 0,0677, 0,575), sedangkan karakteristik pendidikan ada hubungan dengan motivasi perawat pelaksana (p value 0,045). Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa variabel fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan yang paling berhubungan dengan motivasi adalah fungsi pengarahan dan fungsi pengawasan setelah dikontrol oleh variabel pendidikan. ...... Management as the art of getting results through the activiti of others in order to achieve the goals previously set. Management functions are planning, organizing, directing and monitoring. The phenomenon found in RSUP undata Palu, the implementation of management functions with a maximum head room in accordance with the duties and responsibilities as the head of the room. This research past descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional approach that aims to identify how the implementation of relationship management functions with head room nurses motivation in implementing inpatient rooms RSUP Undata Palu. Population in this study was 203 nurses who served in 11 treatmant rooms. The number of samples of this study was 149 nurse staff. The process of data analysis using chisquare test to test the implementation of relationship management functions of lower manager with the motivation and multiple logistic regression to test the most dominant variables associated with motivation nurse staff. The results showed the implementation of management functions of lower manager both 50.3%, well motivated nurses managing 53.7%. There was a significant relationship between management functions of planning, organizing, directing and monitoring by nurses implementing motivation, (p value 0.032, 0.022, 0.002, 0.003), the nurse staff characteristics (age, gender, working time, marriage status) there was no relationship with the nurse staff motivation (p value 0.949, 0.402, 0.0677, 0.575), whereas educational characteristics have a relationship with the nurse staff motivation (p value 0.045). Researchers concluded that the variable management functions of lower manager most related to motivation is a function of direction and oversight functions are controlled by the variable after education.

Intervensi posisi prone penting bagi pasien yang mengalami Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), sehingga perawat ICU yang menangani pasien ini harus memiliki pengetahuan dan motivasi untuk menerapkan posisi prone dengan benar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Responden berjumlah 101 perawat ICU di Jakarta yang dipilih dengan teknik random sampling menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas perawat memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang posisi prone (97%) dan motivasi yang baik dalam memberikan posisi prone (86,1%). Sebagian besar dari mereka berusia antara 21 hingga 35 tahun, memiliki pendidikan Vokasi (D3), dan memiliki pengalaman kerja selama 1 hingga 10 tahun. Namun, penelitian juga mengungkapkan adanya kendala dalam memberikan posisi prone, seperti kurangnya tenaga perawat dan beberapa prosedur yang tidak berjalan secara maksimal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi data dasar gambaran perawat ICU dalam upaya memberikan pelayanan keperawatan yang efektif dengan memberikan posisi prone kepada pasien ARDS di unit ICU. ...... Prone positioning intervention is important for patients suffering from Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), ICU nurses should have the knowledge and motivation to apply prone positioning correctly. The research design used was a descriptive method. Respondents totaled 101 ICU nurses in Jakarta who were selected by random sampling technique using the Lemeshow formula. The results showed that the majority of nurses had good knowledge about prone position (97%) and good motivation in providing prone position (86.1%). Most of them were between 21 to 35 years old, had a vocational education (D3), and had work experience for 1 to 10 years. However, the study also revealed obstacles in providing the prone position, such as nursing shortage and some procedures that did not run optimally. The results of this study are expected to serve as basic data for ICU nurses in an effort to provide effective nursing services by giving prone positions to ARDS patients in the ICU unit.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi perawat tentang profesi keperawatan, kemampuan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana di RSUD dr. Slamet Garut. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagian besar mempunyai persepsi kurang terhadap profesi keperawatan (51,4 %). Sebagian besar mempunyai kemampuan kerja kurang (60 %). Sebagian besar mempunyai motivasi kerja baik (55,2 %) dan sebagian besar perawat mempunyai kinerja baik (52,4 %). Variabel yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat adalah kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja. Variabel yang paling berhubungan kinerja adalah sub variabel motivasi kebutuhan rasa aman. Hasil penelitian menyarankan upaya-upaya peningkatan pemahaman tentang profesi, perbaikan kesejahteraan dan jaminan akan pekerjaan.
The result of study decribed more of nurse`s staff was at poor category for nurse`s perception about nursing profession (51,4%), the most of nurse were with at poor category for work ability (60%), More of nurse`s staff were with good category for wok motivation (55,2%) and more of nurse`s staff were also with good category for nursing performance (52,4%). The study also showed that there were significant correlation between work abilty and motivation with nursing performance. The most influenced variable was safety need motivation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan perilaku caring terhadap motivasi perawat dan kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap RS Royal Progress Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre experimental design. Jumlah sampel adalah 32 perawat dan 80 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan yang signifikan (p value < 0,05) pada penerapan perilaku caring perawat, motivasi perawat dan kepuasan pasien, sesudah perawat mendapatkan pelatihan perilaku caring. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh pelatihan perilaku caring terhadap motivasi perawat dan kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap RS Royal Progress Jakarta. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disarankan agar RS Royal Progress Jakarta meningkatkan terus kemampuan profesional caring perawat dengan pelatihan perilaku caring secara rutin dan menjadikan karatif caring Watson sebagai standar perilaku caring perawat dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan. ......The purpose of this research was to identify the effect of training on caring behavior to nurses motivation and patient satisfaction in Installation of Hospitalization Royal Progress Hospital Jakarta. This research used preexperimental design method. The total sample were 32 nurses and 80 patients. The result research showed the implementation of the nurses-caring behavior, nurses motivation and pateint satisfaction significant increase (p value < 0,05) after getting the caring behavior training. The conclusion of this research: there was an effect of training on caring behavior to nurses motivation and patient satisfaction at intallation of Hospitalization Royal Progress Hospital Jakarta. Based on this research, it was suggested that the Royal Progress Hospital should continue to improve the nurses caring professional ability through training related to caring behavior regularly and make Watson's carative factors as a nurses caring behavior standard in the provision of nurse care to patients.

Mahasiswa keperawatan harus memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap perawat profesional serta memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk melanjutkan ke program profesi. Masih banyak lulusan sarjana keperawatan yang belum semuanya melanjutkan ke program profesi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara persepsi tentang perawat profesional dan motivasi mahasiswa keperawatan reguler tingkat akhir melanjutkan ke program profesi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian yaitu dengan cara cluster sampling sebanyak 304 responden mahasiswa reguler tingkat akhir di empat institusi pendidikan profesi keperawatan di Jakarta. Hasil uji Chi-square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara persepsi tentang perawat profesional dan motivasi mengikuti program profesi.
ABSTRACT
Nursing students should possess positive perception on nursing profession and high motivation to advance into clinical practice program. There are many bachelors of nursing who are yet to advance into clinical practice program. This study aimed to identify relationship between perception on professional nurses and motivation to advance into clinical practice program in senior students of regular program. The study design was cross sectional. 304 students from four different nursing institutions in Jakarta were selected through cluster sampling technique. Chi square analysis revealed a significant correlation between perception on professional nurses and motivation to advance into clinical practice program.

Kesuksesan pengelolaan tim sangat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik kepribadian perawat dan motivasi perawat. Desain riset menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan tekhnik cross sectional dan sampel berjumlah 161 perawat di ruang rawat inap. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen motivasi dari teori Mc.Clelland dan instrumen kepribadian berdasarkan DISC. Mayoritas perawat mempunyai tipe steadiness (41.6%) dan motivasi kerja perawat mayoritas rendah dengan perbedaan persentase 3.2%. Hasil bivariat tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara karakteristik kepribadian dan motivasi (p= 0.792 pada grafik least dan 0.540 pada grafik most . Usia memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan motivasi (p=0.032, . Secara deskriptif tipe kepribadian dominance dan compliance memiliki motivasi tinggi dibandingkan influence, steadines. Kesimpulan riset tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara karakteristik kepribadian (DISC) dan motivasi. Riset menyarankan dilaksanakan riset lanjutan dengan menggunakan instrumen DISC pada populasi yang berbeda.

Pelaksanaan program sasaran keselamatan pasien yang belum mencapai target, menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan komitmen perawat sebagai profesi jumlah terbanyak dan kontak terlama dengan pasien pada fasilitas layanan kesehatan. Sehingga, dibutuhkan penguatan manajer keperawatan terutama manajer keperawatan tingkat operasional dalam melakukan supervisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan supervisi kepala ruangan menurut persepsi perawat terhadap efikasi diri dan motivasi perawat dalam melaksanakan program sasaran keselamatan pasien. Penelitian cross sectional ini dilaksanakan pada 104 responden yang dipilih secara proportional dan simple random sampling dengan kriteria perawat yang bekerja pada ruangan rawat inap, bersedia menjadi responden serta hadir pada saat penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara supervisi kepala ruangan terhadap efikasi diri (p value : 0.002) dan motivasi (p value:0.003). Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa terhadap hubungan yang bermakna antara lama kerja dengan motivasi (p value : 0.003), dan didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan bermakna yang negatif antara pelatihan keselamatan pasien dengan motivasi dalam melaksanakan program SKP (p value : 0.01). Perawat yang mengikuti pelatihan, memiliki motivasi yang rendah dalam melaksanakan program SKP. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah bahwa ada hubungan pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala ruangan menurut persepsi perawat dengan efikasi diri dan motivasi perawat dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa manajer rumah sakit perlu melaksanakan supervisi secara teratur dan terorganisir. ......The implementation of the patient safety target program, which has has not yet reached the target, shows the need to increase the commitment of nurses as the profession with the highest number and longest contact with patients in health care facilities. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen nursing managers, especially operational level nursing managers in conducting supervision. This study aims to determine the relationship between the supervision of the head nurse according to the nurse’s perception of self efficacy and the motivation of nurses in implementing the patient safety target program. This cross- sectional study was carried out on 104 respondents who were selected by proportional and simple random sampling with the criteria of nurses working in inpatient rooms, willing to be respondents and being present at the time of the study. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the supervision of the head nurse on self-efficacy (p value : 0.002) and motivation (p value: 0.003). The results of the analysis also show that there is a significant relationship between length of work and motivation (p value : 0.003). The results of the analysis also found that there was a significant relationship negatively between patient safety training and motivation in implementing the patient safety programs (p value : 0.01). Nurses who took part in the training had low motivation in implementing the patient safety target programs. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between the implementation of supervision by the head nurse according to the nurse’s perception with self-efficacy and motivation of nurses in implementing patient safety in hospitals. This study recommends that hospital managers need to carry out supervision regularly and organized.
