Abstrak :
Ibu perlu mengajarkan tentang seks kepada anak remajanya, karena remaja kurang memahami tentang seks secara baik dan benar. Ketidaktahuan remaja tentang seks berdampak pada bentuk penyimpangan perilaku seks seperti perkosaan, seks bebas, kehamilan yang tidak dikehendaki, PMS dan berbagai masalah lainnya. Idealnya orang tualah yang memberikan pendidikan dan pengajaran tentang seks kepada anak remajanya, ibu lebih dekat dan tahu kebutuhan anaknya dibanding ayah. Penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor - faktor yang berhubungan dengan sikap ibu terhadap pendidikan seks remaja di Kecamatan Lamuru Kabupaten Bone Propinsi Sulawesi-Selatan tahun 2003. Metode penelitian crass sectional penelitian dilaksanakan pada 5 desa dari 12 desa yang diambil secara multi stage sampling. Subyek penelitian ini sebanyak 170 orang ibu - ibu yang memiliki anak remaja berusia 10 - 24 tahun. Tujuan penelitian adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana gambaran faktor - faktor yang berhubungan dengan sikap ibu terhadap pendidikan seks remaja di Kecamatan Lamuru Kabupaten Bane Propinsi Sulawesi - Selatan tahun 2003. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ibu - ibu yang berpartisipasi berumur antara 27 - 60 tahun dengan umur rata-rata 37 tahun, tingkat pendidikan terbanyak SD, (55.9 %) pengetahuan tentang pendidikan seks remaja katagori baik (71.8 %). Responden yang bekerja (44.1 %), tingkat penghasilan tinggi (20.6%), yang taat ibadah (50 %). Jumlah remaja kecil (1 - 2 orang), (82.9 %) dan yang memperoleh informasi tentang seks (78.8 %), pendidikan suami responden terbanyak pendidikan rendah SLTP ke bawah (65.3 %) Ibu - ibu yang bersikap setuju terhadap pendidikan seks remaja 57.1 %. Faktor dominan berhubungan dengan sikap ibu tehadap pendidikan seks remaja adalah pengetahuan nilaEi p= 0.0001 dan OR 4.5207. Semua pihak yang menaruh perhatian terhadap masalah - masalah pendidikan seks remaja perlu berkolaborasi dalam pemberian pendidikan seks kepada remaja dengan melibatkan orang tua secara aktif. ......It is a common perception that mothers have to talk about sexuality matters to their adolescents, as adolescents are mostly lack of knowledge on that sensitive issue. The situation of the lack of knowledge and information on sexuality is sometimes leads to a deviation on sexual behavior, such as sexual abusing, raping, free-sex, unwanted pregnancy, contracted to STD, and other problems related to it In an ideal world, the parent is the most person who should provide sex education and other things related to sexuality matters to their teenagers, in this case, usually the mother is closer and more understand with their children's needs, than the father. The study wants to explore on factors related to mother's attitude on sexual education for adolescent, with a cross-sectional as the method. The study is carried out in 5 villages among 12 existing villages at Kecamatan Larnuru. The subject of the study is 170 mothers who have adolescent age 10 to 24 years old. The purpose of the study is to find out the factors related to ,mother's attitude on sexual education for adolescent in Kecamatan Lamuru Kabupafen Bone at South Sulawesi in year 2003. The result of the study described that mothers who involved with the study has an age range between 27 to 60 years old, with an average on 37 years old. Their level of education is mostly primary school (55.9%), and their level of knowledge on sexual education has category as a good knowledge on sexual education (71.8%). Respondents who are working mother is about 44d%, having have high. salary is around 20.6%, and considering to have high regards on religious is about 50%. They are mostly (82,9%) having only I to 2 adolescents; there are 78.8% of respondents - who exposed to information on sexuality. The most common on husband's education is junior high school and lower (65.3%). Respondents who agree on sex education for adolescent is about 57.1%. The most dominant factor related to mother's attitude on sexual education the mother's knowledge on sex education, with p-value is 0.0001 and the OR is 4.5207. Based en the findings, it is suggested that for all person or institution concerned to the problems related to sex education for adolescent, they have to be have collaboration with each other in order to construct the approach on giving the sex education for adolescent, and with an active involvement of the parents.

Abstrak :
Cakupan ASI eksklusif pada 3 tahun terakhir pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo masih rendah bila dibandingkan dengan target Kementerian Kesehatan RI yaitu kurang dari 80. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur Tahun 2017. Desain penelitian ini cross sectional dengan sampel ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 6-24 bulan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif hanya sebesar 34,6 . Dari 11 variabel yang diteliti terdapat 5 variabel yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan perilaku pemberian ASI Eksklusif yaitu pengetahuan ibu, sikap ibu, IMD Inisiasi Menyusu Dini, dukungan suami dan dukungan petugas kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menyarankan mengenai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayi selama 6 bulan pertama melahirkan. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan serta tidak hanya kepada ibu hamil dan menyusui saja, namun terhadap suami, keluarga dan masyarakat, agar masyarakat sadar dan mempunyai sikap positif tentang pentingnya memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayi selama 6 bulan. ......The Achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in the last 3 years at Puskesmas Kecamatan ePasar Rebo is lower than the Ministry of Health 39 s target less than 80 . The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding behavior in Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo East Jakarta, 2017. The design of this study cross sectional with a sample of mothers who have babies aged 6 24 months. Based on this research, the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding is only 34,6 . From 11 variables studied, there are 5 variables that have significant relationship with exclusive breastfeeding behavior that is mother 39 s knowledge, mother attitude, IMD Early Breastfeeding Initiation , husband support and health officer support. The results suggest about efforts to conduct health promotion about the importance of giving exclusive breastfeeding to babies during the first 6 months of childbirth. Also, this health promotion are conducted thoroughly and continuously and not only to pregnant and lactating mothers, but to husbands, families and communities, so that people are aware and have a positive attitude about the importance of giving exclusive breastfeeding to babies for 6 months.
