"Latar belakang: Sejak lepas dari TNI berdasarkan Keputusan Presiden Nomor 89 Tahun 2000 dan dipertegas dengan TAP MPR No. VI/MPR/2000, POLRI terus berusaha memperbaiki diri, mengambil langkah-langkah reformasi menuju Polri yang bermoral, profesional, modern, dan mandiri, dengan melakukan pembenahan berkelanjutan pada tataran struktural, instrumental, dan kultural. Salah satunya adalah perbaikan citra anggota jajaran Polri yang sempat terpuruk dan rendahnya kepercayaan masyarakat atas institusi kepolisian melalui perbaikan perilaku dan pembentukan pola pikir.Tujuan: Bahan masukan pada upaya perbaikan citra Polri melalui pembinaan perilaku anggota Polri secara intensif, sistematis, berencana dan konsepsional.Metode penelitian: Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif yang didukung dengan pendekatan secara yuridis dan manajerial, melalui eksplorasi data pelanggaran dan penanganan anggota jajaran Mako Korbrimob Kelapa Dua, dipadukan dengan data penelitian, serta memperhatikan literatur ilmiah yang empiris dengan masalah penelitian.Hasil temuan penelitian: Perilaku menyimpang dan pelanggaran secara dominan dilakukan oleh anggota dalam jenjang Bintara, dengan asumsi kurang matangnya mental dan kedewasaan pola pikir serta budaya perilaku akibat kesenjangan kualitas pendidikan dan pelatihan kepribadian (lack of quality of personalization education and training) dalam pembebanan wewenang dan tugas kepolisian. Diperlukan sebuah pola pembinaan mental dan perilaku anggota Polri yang dapat mengenali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku didukung dengan pembenahan dalam sistim pembinaan yang holistik sejak perekrutan anggota sampai penempatan kedinasan, penguatan solidaritas positif kesatuan, faktor kepemimpinan yang kredibel, pembinaan rohani dan mental, serta bimbingan personel yang terstruktur, sistematis, konsepsional, dan tepat sasaran.Kesimpulan dan saran: Keberhasilan pola pembinaan anggota harus ditunjang dengan kesadaran untuk melaksanakan sebuah sistem organisasi yang bersih dan didukung oleh peningkatan kesejahteraan dan upaya pengembangan kemampuan melalui perubahan struktur dan sistem pendidikan. Pola pembinaan yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan sejak awal sampai dengan pengakhiran dinas diprogramkan berdasar kompetensi manajemen personel, penghargaan dan penghukuman, serta penguatan mental melalui bimbingan spiritual dan psikologis, diikuti langkah pengawasan dan pengendalian serta adanya kontrol sosial.

Backgrounds: Since release from Indonesian National Army according to President?s Decree effectively in 2000, Indonesian Police keep on trying to re-improve itself from inside by taking some reformation steps to become morally, professional, modern, and self-establishment Police Institution. One of the reform objectives is to fix its image and public trust whichever being believed that Police is such as Law Enforcer with arrogant Power and Strength by taking steps in behavior and mindset building.Aims: To contribute to the re-improvement of Police image by intensively, systematically, well planned, and conceptually officers? behavior building.Research Methodology: The research using qualitative methodology and contribute by legal and management approach in the way to explore in deviant and problems handling data from Sat Intel Mako Korbrimob Kelapa Dua, combining with research results and empirical literatures review.Results: Police deviance behavior is dominated by officer in field operation known as Bintara grade, which assumed that is just because of mental, mindset, dan pattern of conduct factors not match with the pressure of police tasks and duties being burdenend in case of lack of education and trainings. Therefore it is needed an officers? behavior building which could optimally reach if Police Department has a building system which can recognize the influence factors of behavior and being supported by a holistic system reform of candidate recruitment, placement strategy, groups positive solidarity strengthen, good credibility of leadership, spiritual and mental strengthen, and also personnels brief which concerning psychological and religion norms, and if there?s a competencies police management.Conclusions: Police officers? mental and behavior building must be supported by a inner conciousnes to run the clean and transparent organization and also there is a guarantee to increase the welfare and to improve the skills and intellectuality of all officers."

The research applies Ayn Rand’s concept of 'virtues of selfishness' to determine Estella’s morality, which believes that humans rationally prioritize their lives as it is their responsibility to do so. It is necessary for their survival responsibility. The research applies textual analysis where I analyzed the dialogue, character's actions, and mise-en-scene elements in the film such as costume and lighting. This research concludes that Estella is a virtuous character, and this contests the popular opinion that views Estella as a villain.

"Penelitian ini melihat kontribusi penggunaan gaya pengasuhan autonomy dan conformity terhadap kemampuan anak memahami kondisi mental orang lain dalam situasi yang terkait dengan moralitas (morally-relevant theory of mind atau MoToM) dan melakukan penilaian moral. Pemahaman MoToM dan penilaian moral diukur dengan morally-relevant theory of mind task dan prototypic moral transgression scale (Killen, Mulvey, Richardson, Jampol, Woodward, 2011) kepada 122 partisipan anak usia 4 hingga 6 tahun. Gaya pengasuhan orangtua diukur dengan Parenting Attitudes Inventory (PAI) (Vinden, 2001; O'Reilly & Peterson, 2014). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gaya pengasuhan orangtua dan theory of mind anak berkontribusi sebanyak 35% terhadap pemahaman morally-relevant theory of mind anak. Kemampuan theory of mind berkontribusi terhadap kemampuan anak dalam melakukan penilaian moral akan situasi pelanggaran moral yang terjadi secara intensional (prototypic transgression). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya pegnasuhan orangtua dan penilaian moral anak.

This study aims to explore autonomy and conformity parenting style contribution to children's understanding of others mental state in a moral situation (morally-relevant theory of mind or MoToM) and doing moral judgments. MoToM understanding and children's moral judgments were measured by morally-relevant theory of mind task and prototypic moral transgression scale (Killen, Mulvey, Richardson, Jampol, Woodward, 2011) to 122 children aged 4 - 6 years old. Parenting style was assessed by Parenting Attitudes Inventory (PAI) (Vinden, 2001; O'Reilly & Peterson, 2014).

The result of this study showed that parenting style and children's theory of mind contributed to children's morally-relevant theory of mind understanding by 35%. Theory of mind understanding also contributed to children's moral judgments in an intentional moral transgression situasion (prototypic transgression). However, there was null significant links between parenting style and children's moral judgments."

"Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian yang disajikan dalam makalah ini adalah untuk mengisi kesenjangan dalam studi sebelumnya dan melihat apakah pilihan kata-kata yang digunakan oleh pemberontak moral akan mengurangi atau meningkatkan keinginan seseorang untuk memutuskan untuk membeli produk hijau. Selain itu, bagaimana budaya individualis dan kolektivis memoderasi hubungan antara dua variabel.Metodologi - Proses pengumpulan data akan dilakukan melalui survei Qualtrics, yang nantinya didistribusikan kepada responden Indonesia dan Belanda. Setelah mengumpulkan data, saya berhasil mengumpulkan 147 responden dan menjalankan regresi untuk menguji hipotesis.Temuan - Dalam makalah penelitian ini, saya tidak dapat menemukan dukungan untuk kedua hipotesis. Namun, saya menemukan bahwa ada beberapa alasan mengapa orang akan bereaksi berbeda ketika mereka dihadapkan dengan pemberontak moral yang menggunakan pernyataan bermuatan moral. Saya juga menemukan pembenaran terhadap fakta bahwa meskipun seseorang berasal dari budaya kolektivis, mereka masih memikirkan kepentingan mereka sendiri daripada pendapat kelompok.Orisinalitas – Tulisan ini mencoba mengisi kekosongan yang ada dalam literatur masa lalu dengan melihat bagaimana pemberontak moral dapat mempengaruhi niat seseorang untuk membeli produk hijau dan juga dengan menambahkan budaya kolektivis vs individualis sebagai moderator.

Purpose - The objective of the study presented in this paper is to fill the gap in the past studies and see whether the choice of words used by moral rebels will decrease or increase one's desire to decide to purchase green products. Moreover, how individualist and collectivist cultures moderate the relation between the two variables.

Methodology - The process of data collection will be conducted through a Qualtrics survey, which later on distributed to Indonesian and Dutch respondents. After collecting the data, I managed to gather 147 respondents and run a regression to test the hypothesis.

Findings - In this research paper, I wasn’t able to find support for both hypotheses. However, I found that there are several reasons why people would react differently when they are faced with moral rebels that use morally charged statements. Also, I found a justification for the fact that even though someone comes from a collectivist culture, they still think about their own interest instead of the group’s opinion.

Originality - This paper tried to fill in the gap that exists in the past literature by looking at how moral rebels can affect someone's intention to purchase green products and also by adding the collectivist vs individualist culture as the moderator."
