Parental support dan psychological control merupakan dimensi dari perilaku orangtua yang umumnya digunakan untuk menjelaskan perilaku orangtua dalam konteks perkembangan anak. Parental support didefinisikan sebagai tingkat penerimaan atau kehangatan yang diekspresikan orangtua kepada anak (Bean, Barber, dan Crane, 2006) dan psychological control didefinisikan sebagai kendali oleh orangtua yang dapat menganggu perkembangan psikologis dan emosi pada anak (Barber, 1996). Perilaku orangtua memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan identitas moral di masa remaja (Lapsley dan Stey, 2014) dan ditemukan dapat memprediksi identitas moral (Hart, 2005). Identitas moral didefinisikan sebagai tingkatan penting tidaknya menjadi bermoral bagi seseorang (Blasi, 1983). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara parental support dan psychological control dengan identitas moral pada remaja akhir. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 347 remaja akhir. Alat ukur Children’s Report of Parent Behavior (CRPBI) digunakan untuk mengukur parental support dan Psychological Control Scale-Youth Self-Report (PCS-YSR) digunakan untuk mengukur psychological control. Identitas moral diukur dengan Moral Identity Questionnaire (MIQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara parental support dan identitas moral pada remaja akhir (r = .186, p = .001) dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara psychological control dan identitas moral pada remaja akhir (r = -.178, p = .001). Hal tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya peran orangtua dalam pembentukan identitas moral di masa remaja akhir. ......Parental support and psychological control are dimensions of parenting that generally used to explain parental behavior in child development context. Parental support defined as the level of acceptance or warmth that parents express toward their children (Bean, Barber, dan Crane, 2006) and psychological control defined as control attempts that intrude into the psychological and emotional development of the child (Barber, 1996). Parental behavior play an important role in moral identity development during adolescence (Lapsley dan Stey, 2014) and have been found to be predictive of moral identity (Hart, 2005). Moral Identity defined as the extent to which being moral is central or essential to one’s sense of self (Blasi, 1983). This research was conducted to find the relationship between parental support and psychological control with moral identity among late adolescence. Participants of this research were 347 late adolescents. Children’s Report of Parent Behavior (CRPBI) was used to measure parental support and Psychological Control Scale-Youth Self-Report (PCS-YSR) was used to measure psychological control. Moral Identity was measured using Moral Identity Questionnaire (MIQ). The result show significant correlation between parental support and moral identity among late adolescence (r = .186, p = .001) and also show significant correlation between psychological control and moral identity among late adolescence (r = -.178, p = .001). This results show parent has an important role in moral identity development in late adolescence.

Peran sesama mahasiswa, seperti sikap positif terhadap Mahasiswa Berkebutuhan Khusus (MBK) merupakan faktor penting dalam pengembangan pendidikan inklusif. Sayangnya, belum banyak penelitian mengenai karakteristik individu yang mempengaruhi sikap terhadap MBK, seperti moral. Penelitian terdahulu juga menunjukkan hasil kontradiksi pada faktor jender. Penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara identitas moral dan sikap terhadap MBK beserta komponennya, serta perbedaan sikap terhadap MBK antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Partisipan merupakan 283 mahasiswa program sarjana (M=20,24 tahun, SD=1,24) yang sedang menempuh pendidikan di Universitas Indonesia. Identitas moral diukur menggunakan Moral Identity Questionnaire dan sikap diukur menggunakan Multidimensional Attitudes Towards People with Disabilities. Hasil perhitungan pearson correlation menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara identitas moral dengan sikap terhadap MBK (r=0,316, p<0,01), komponen afektif (r=0,218, p<0,01), kognitif (r=0,229, p<0,01), dan perilaku (r=0,285, p<0,01). Dapat dikatakan mahasiswa dengan tingkat identitas moral tinggi memiliki sikap lebih positif terhadap MBK daripada mahasiswa dengan tingkat identitas moral rendah, secara keseluruhan, komponen kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku (konatif). Hasil perhitungan ANOVA menunjukkan mahasiswa perempuan (M=124,93, SD=16,20) memiliki sikap yang lebih positif daripada laki-laki (M=119,31, SD=18,13) dengan signifikansi 0,009 (p<0,01). Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat untuk pengembangan pendidikan inklusif di UI yang lebih baik lagi, berkaitan dengan peningkatan moral mahasiswa dan sikap mereka terhadap MBK. ......The role of peers, such as positive attitude towards Students with Special Needs is important in developing inclusive education. Previous studies have also shown contradictory results on gender factors. The study was conducted to examine the relationship between moral identity and attitudes towards special need students, as well as the differences between men and women. Participants were 283 undergraduate students (M=20.24 years old, SD=1.24) who are studying at Universitas Indonesia. Moral identity was measured using Moral Identity Questionnaire and attitude was measured using Multidimensional Attitudes Towards People with Disabilities. Pearson correlation calculation showed that there is a positive relationship between moral identity and attitudes towards special need students (r=0.316, p<0.01), affective (r=0.218, p<0.01), cognitive (r=0.229, p<0 0.01), and behavior component (r=0.285, p<0.01). Students with high levels of moral identity have more positive attitudes towards students with special needs than those with lower levels. ANOVA calculation showed that female students (M=124.93, SD=16.20) had a more positive attitude than males (M=119.31, SD=18.13) with a significance of 0.009 (p<0.01). This research provides benefits for the development of inclusive education at UI, related to improving students' morale and their attitude towards students with special needs.

Kecurangan merupakan fenomena negatif yang terjadi di berbagai konteks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan apakah kecurangan dapat dipengaruhi oleh moral disengagement dan pengaruh tersebut dapat dimoderasi oleh identitas moral. Sebanyak 213 orang mahasiswa dari 7 universitas di Indonesia mengikuti penelitian ini. Peneliti mengukur kecurangan dengan Tugas Matriks Angka yang pernah digunakan oleh banyak peneliti-peneliti lain. Moral disengagement diukur menggunakan adaptasi dari Moral Disengagement Scale yang dirancang oleh Detert, Treviño, dan Sweitzer (2008). Identitas moral diukur dengan hasil adaptasi dari Moral Identity Questionnaire yang dikembangkan Black dan Reynolds (2016). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan moral disengagement terhadap kecurangan (odds ratio = 1,111; n = 213; p > 0,05; two-tailed). Lebih lanjut, identitas moral tidak memoderasi pengaruh moral disengagement terhadap kecurangan (odds ratio = -1,140; p > 0,05; two-tailed). This study aims to find out whether dishonest behavior can be influenced by moral disengagement and whether that influence can be moderated by moral identity. 213 students from 7 universities in Indonesia participated in this study. Dishonest behavior was measured by the Number Matrix Task that had been used by many other researchers. Moral disengagement was measured using adaptations from the Moral Disengagement Scale designed by Detert, Treviño, and Sweitzer (2008). Moral identity was measured by the adaptated Moral Identity Questionnaire developed by Black and Reynolds (2016). This study found no significant effect of moral disengagement on dishonest behavior (odds ratio = 1.111; n = 213; p> 0.05; two-tailed). Furthermore, moral identity did not moderate the effect of moral disengagement on dishonest behavior (odds ratio = -1,140; p> 0.05; two-tailed). The elaboration of these results was discussed.

Cause-related marketing (CRM) disebut sebagai strategi taktis dalam upaya menarik konsumen dan menghasilkan keuntungan yang prosesnya melibatkan berbagai faktor keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh dari variabel utama moral identity centrality, serta variabel lainnya yaitu brand social responsibility image, brand emotional attachment, dan brand experience dalam memengaruhi intensi membeli. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah scenario-based survey dengan skenario CRM yang melekat pada 2 brand kosmetik (Wardah dan The Body Shop) dengan scenario pairing yaitu misi (cause) lingkungan dan pendidikan. Dengan jumlah sampel 431 responden dan dengan metode regresi berganda, ditemukan bahwa moral identity centrality, brand emotional attachment, dan brand experience memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap intensi membeli, namun interaksi moderasi dari ketiga variabel tersebut tidak signifikan dalam memengaruhi hubungan moral identity centrality terhadap intensi membeli. Moral identity centrality signifikan memengaruhi intensi membeli hanya untuk CRM brand The Body Shop, yang memang memiliki brand persona yang konsisten untuk ide-ide pelestarian alam dan pendidikan. ......Cause-related marketing (CRM) is referred to as a tactical strategy in an effort to attract consumers and generate profits, the process of which involves various factors in consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to see whether there is an influence from the main variable of moral identity centrality, as well as other variables, namely brand social responsibility image, brand emotional attachment, and brand experience in influencing purchase intention. The method used in this research is a scenario-based survey with a CRM scenario attached to 2 cosmetic brands (Wardah and The Body Shop) with a pairing scenario involving environmental and educational causes. With a sample size of 431 respondents and using the multiple regression method, it was found that moral identity centrality, brand emotional attachment, and brand experience have a direct influence on purchase intention, but the moderation interaction of these three variables is not significant in influencing the relationship between moral identity centrality and purchase intention. Moral identity centrality has a significant influence on purchase intentions only for the CRM of The Body Shop, which has a consistent brand persona for concern towards nature preservation and education.
