"Indonesia memiliki potensi gas alam yang besar sebagai energi alternatif bagi sektor transportasi dan industri namun pemanfaatannya masih tergolong sedikit hingga saat ini Pengembangan gas alam sebagai energi alternatif perlu diimbangi dengan peningkatan infrastruktur salah satunya dengan pembangunan Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Gas SPBG Hybrid Namun proyek SPBG Hybrid ini memiliki banyak risiko yang dampaknya terhadap kelayakan proyek masih belum diketahui sehingga diperlukan rencana strategis untuk mengantisipasi risiko yang ada Dengan metode Project Risk Management riset ini menganalisis risiko untuk mengetahui dampak dari risiko tersebut terhadap kelayakan proyek Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Value at Risk VaR dan model finansial Hasil dari perhitungan tersebut adalah dampak risiko terhadap nilai kelayakan proyek dan strategi risk response planning untuk mengurangi dampak yang ditimbulkan dari risiko tersebut.

Indonesia has the potential for an adequate natural gas as an alternative energy for the transportation and industrial sector, but its use is still relatively small until today. The development of natural gas as an alternative energy source need to be matched by infrastructure advancement by building a Compressed Natural Gas fueling station. However, the CNG fueling station project has many risks which impact on the value of its feasibility is still unknown so that the strategic plan to anticipate risks is necessary. Using Project Risk Management method, this research analyzes risk to determine its impact on the project?s feasibility with the approach of Value at Risk (VaR) and financial model. Results of these calculations are knowing the impact of risk on the project?s feasibility and risk response planning strategies to reduce the impact of such risks."
