ABSTRACT
The second edition evolves from the first by providing additional emphasis and material for those students wishing to specialize in environmental modelling. This edition: Focuses on simplifying complex environmental systems. Reviews current software, tools and techniques for modelling. Gives practical examples from a wide variety of disciplines, e.g. climatology, ecology, hydrology, geomorphology and engineering. Has an associated website containing colour images, links to WWW resources and chapter support pages, including data sets relating to case studies, exercises and model animations. This book is suitable for final year undergraduates and postgraduates in environmental modelling, environmental science, civil engineering and biology who will already be familiar with the subject and are moving on to specialize in the field. Selama ini standar biaya premi asuransi di Indonesia menggunakan peraturan dari lembaga Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) yaitu Surat Edaran OJK No. 6/SEOJK.05/2017 Tentang Penetapan Tarif Premi. Nilai premi asuransi kebakaran dikelompokkan berdasarkan fungsi dan ketinggian bangunan gedung berdasarkan kelas risiko. Pada prakteknya setiap perusahaan asuransi menterjemahkan dengan nilai yang bervariasi dimana nilainya berbeda dengan besaran hingga 4 x (empat kali) dibandingkan lembaga asuransi lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penerapan fire safety management pada bangunan gedung, mengkaji hubungan antar variabel terhadap biaya premi asuransi kebakaran, dan mengembangkan model biaya premi asuransi kebakaran pada bangunan gedung tinggi. Jenis data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapat dengan bantuan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara pakar. Data sekunder berasal dari data yang dimiliki oleh stakeholder gedung dan data hasil penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penentu biaya premi asuransi kebakaran pada bangunan gedung bertingkat tinggi fungsi hotel dan kantor dari yang terbesar pengaruhnya berturut-turut adalah penerapan Fire Safety Management (FSM), Work Breakdwon Structure (WBS), Stakeholder Gedung, Kebijakan Pemerintah, Okupansi Bangunan, dan Building Information Modelling (BIM). Peningkatan penjaminan keselamatan kebakaran pada bangunan gedung tinggi dilakukan dengan cara melakukan treatment dengan prioritas dimulai dari penerapan FSM. ......So far, the standard cost of insurance premiums in Indonesia uses regulations from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), namely OJK Circular No. 6/SEOJK.05/2017 Regarding Premium Rate Determination. The value of fire insurance premiums is grouped based on the function and height of the building based on the risk class. In practice, each insurance company translates with varying values ​​where the value differs by up to 4 x (four times) compared to other insurance institutions. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the application of fire safety management in buildings, examine the relationship among variables on the cost of fire insurance premiums, and develop a model for the cost of fire insurance premiums in high-rise buildings. The type of data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained with the help of questionnaires and expert interviews. Secondary data comes from data held by building stakeholders and data from previous research. The results showed that the determinants of the cost of fire insurance premiums in high-rise buildings with hotel and office functions, from the greatest influence, respectively, were the application of Fire Safety Management (FSM), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Building Stakeholders, Government Policy, Building Occupancy, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Increased fire safety assurance in high-rise buildings is carried out by conducting treatment with priority starting from the application of FSM.
