Abstrak :
Hambatan mobilitas fisik merupakan masalah yang umum terjadi pada lansia. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya perubahan pada sistem muskuloskeletal lansia secara fisiologis maupun patologis, seperti stroke. Kondisi post-stroke berdampak pada mobilisasi lansia dalam beraktivitas. Penulisan karya ilmiah dengan metode studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan terhadap lansia post-stroke dengan masalah hambatan mobilitas fisik di Panti Sasana Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 4 Ciracas dari tanggal 3-20 April 2023. Intervensi yang dilakukan berupa dance therapy sebagai latihan fisik dan berfokus pada peningkatan keseimbangan serta kekuatan otot lansia dengan cara sederhana serta menyenangkan. Hasil evaluasi dari intervensi yang dilakukan selama 10 hari terhadap klien menunjukkan peningkatan nilai Berg Balance Test dari 39 menjadi 49, Timed Up and Go dari 22 detik menjadi 11 detik, dan nilai kekuatan otot melalui Manual Muscle Test. Hal ini membuktikan terdapat peningkatan mobilisasi lansia dari keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot setelah melaksanakan intervensi menari. ...... Physical mobility limitation is a common problem for the elderly. This can be caused by physiological and pathological changes in the musculoskeletal system of the elderly, such as stroke. Post-stroke conditions can have an impact on the mobilization of the elderly in their activities. This scientific writing with case study method aims to describe the nursing care given to post-stroke elderly with physical mobility limitation at Panti Sasana Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 4 Ciracas from April 3-20 2023. The intervention is dance therapy as physical exercise for the elderly and focus on increasing balance and muscle strength in a simple and fun way. Evaluation results of interventions carried out for 10 days on the elderly showed an escalation in Berg Balance Test values from 39 to 49, Timed Up and Go Test from 22 to 11 seconds, and muscle strength values through the Manual Muscle Test. This proves there is an increase in the mobilization for the elderly in terms of balance and muscle strength after carrying out dance therapy interventions.

Abstrak :
This book presents the collaborative control paradigm. User performance may be indicative of physical/cognitive condition, so it is used to decide how much help is needed. Besides, collaborative control integrates machine and user commands so that people contribute to self-motion at all times. Collaborative control was extensively tested for 3 years using a robotized wheelchair at a rehabilitation hospital in Rome with volunteer inpatients presenting different disabilities, ranging from mild to severe. We also present a taxonomy of common metrics for wheelchair navigation and tests are evaluated accordingly. Obtained results are coherent both from a quantitative and qualitative point of view.
