ABSTRAK
Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mikroblog berbasis komunitas dalam mengkostruksi tahapan perubahan tindakan publik untuk merespon bantuan bencana. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analisis isi. Dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa kesuksesan suatu mikroblog berbasis komunitas dalam mengkonstruksi tahapan perubahan publik untuk merespon bantuan bencana dipengaruhi oleh kebenaran, kredibilitas dan pengharagaan pada isi pesan yang berasal dari prinsip komunikasi kedaruratan dalam memberikan informasi pada publik tentang apa yang terjadi, dimana secara hierarki pembentukan pesan signifikan terhadap pembentukan tindakan dalam ranah kognitif, dan indikator kebenaran dan penghargaan pada isi pesan berpengaruh pada konstruksi pembentukan pesan pada ranah afektif.
ABSTRAK
This research conducted to analyze how the community based micro-blog is constructing the steps of public‟s behavior regarding with their response to the disaster relief. Method of the research is quantitative content analyses. Result of the research shows that the success of the community based micro-blog in constructing public‟s behavior for positive response of the disaster relief determined by the factuality, credibility and showing respect in the message‟s content, this is by giving factual information about the situation and showing respect into public that will be affected into the cognitive level of the hierarchy of message, and the content of the message that showing respect and factual information determined into the affection of the hierarchy of the message in public
