Kabupaten Tebo dalarn peningkatan daya saing daerah berusaha mengembangkan se*Cor yang menjadi basis perekonomian teratama komoditas karet. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: Menganalisa peran se*tor karet dalam perekonomian Kabupaten Tebo dalarn penciptaan output penyerapan tenaga kerja serta metrihat efek penggandanya; Melakukan pe.tbandingan kenaikan ekspor sektor karet dengan kenaikan eskpor sektor industri karet, barang dari karet dan plastik terhadap perekonomian kabupaten Tebo dan Mengetahui tingkat keterkaitan sektor karct dengan sektor-sektor lainnya dalam mendorong perkernbangan sektor-sek0or tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkebunan karet mempunyai efek pengganda yang lebih besar dari sektor industi karet, barang dari karet dan plastik. Peningkatan ekspor yang sfirur antana sektor karet dan sektor industri karet, barang dad karet dan plastik, dari hasil simulasi menunjukan sektor karet memberikan darnpak yang lebih besar terhadap perekonomian. ABSTRACT
Tebo District in improving the competitiveness of the region are trying to develop a sector that became the basis of the economy, especially rubber. The purpose of this research are: Analyzing the role of the nrbber sector in the economy Tebo in the creation of output employement and see the effect rnultiplier; Conducting comparative increase in the export nrbber sector with rubber industry sectors, goods of nfther and plastic sector on the econonny Tebo distict and know the level of the nrbber sector linkages with othen sectors to encouliage the development of these sectors. This study uses input-output tables Jambi Frovince derived by the method of Location Quotient (LQ) for the gain coefficient Tebo IO table to answer the research objectives.

Result of research furdicate that rubber sector have a greater multiplier effect of the rubber industry, rubber and plastic goods sector. Implementasi UU No. 22 dan 25 tahun 1999 menuntut kemandirian daerah baik dalam mengelola sumber pendapatan dan juga menggali sumber pembiayaan bagj pembangunan. lmplikasi akibat adanya otonomi tersebut " mendorong setiap daerah mengembangkan sektor unggulan. Pengembangan sektor unggulan pada akhirnya dapat mendorong peningkatan penyaluran kredlt perbankan. Analisis interaksi antara perkembangan penyaluran kredit perbankan dan sektor unggulan menggunakan regresi data panel. Sementara analisis Location Quotient (LQ) digunakan untuk mengldentifikasi sektor unggulan di provinsl DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur. Hasil estimasi regresi data panel menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan sektor unggulan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit perbankan dan seballknya penyaluran kredit perbankan memlliki pengaruh yang signiflkan terhadap perkembangan sektor unggulan. Deteminan lain yang signlflkan memengaruhl dan paling elastis terhadap penyaluran kredit perbankan adalah Dana Pihak Ketiga, Jumlah Kantor Bank,Suku Bunga, Inflasi dan Rasio Non Performing Loan. Sementara determinan lain yang signifikan memengaruhl dan paling elastls terhadap perkembangan sektor unggulan adalah luas wilayah dan tenaga kerja
