Abstrak :
Wanita yang mengalami menarche dini memiliki risiko yang lebih tinggi untuk menderita kanker payudara dibandingkan wanita dengan menarche normal. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui determinan menarche dini Siswi SMP X di Jakarta Tahun 2009, dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi logistic dan uji interaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hormonal adalah faktor dominan (B=2,6; p= 0,005, OR= 12,97) yang mempengaruhi terjadinya menarche dini. Disarankan tinggi badan dipakai untuk salah satu skrining kanker payudara. ......Woman who had early menarche has higher risk to get breast cancer compare to woman who had normal menarche. Purpose of this cross sectional study is to know determinant of early menarche in Junior High School X student, year 2009. Logistic regression and interaction test were statistic methods for data analysis. Result showed hormonal was a dominant factor that influence early menarche (B=2,6; p= 0,005; OR: 12,97). It was suggested to include body height as one of breast cancer screenning.

Menarche yang makin dini memungkinkan remaja putri lebih cepat bersentuhan dengan kehidupan seksual sehingga memungkinkan remaja putri untuk hamil dan menjadi seorang ibu semakin besar. Riskesdas tahun 2010, prevalensi menarche dini di Provinsi Jambi 0,6%, sedangkan studi pendahuluan pada Februari 2017 di Kabupaten Tebo, prevalensi menarche dini pada siswi SMP ada 16%, dan salah satu faktor risiko menarche dini adalah keterpaparan media informasi pornografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan keterpaparan media informasi pornografi dengan menarche dini pada siswi SMP dan MTs di Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi tahun 2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain crosssectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi dari kelas VII sampai dengan kelas IX yang bersekolah di SMP dan MTs baik swasta ataupun negeri yang berada di Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi tahun 2017, dan sampelnya ada 776 siswi. Hasil penelitian ini, tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara keterpaparan media informasi pornografidengan menarche dini pada siswi SMP dan MTs di Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi tahun 2017(p value 0,299) dengan nilai OR=1,210 (95% CI= 0,844-1,735). Perlu pengawasan dan aturan yang kuat, terkait penggunaan media yang bisa mengakses pornografi, serta program pembelajaran (KIE) terkait kesehatan reproduksi remaja khususnya dampak yang ditimbulkan darimenarche dinikarena sering terpapar pornografi.

ABSTRACT
Early menarche allows young women to get in touch with sexual life so as to enable them to become pregnant and being a mother in greater probability. Riskesdas in 2010, the prevalence of early young women menarche in Jambi Province is 0,6%, while preliminary study in Februari 2017 in Tebo District, the prevalence of young female student showed 16%. One that cause of early menarche exposure to pornographic information media. This study aims to determine the relationship of media exposured to pornographic informatin with early menarche on female students of junior high school in Tebo District of jambi Province in 2017. This is quantitative reseach with cross sectional design. Population in reseach is all female students of junior high school from grade 7th up to 9th who is going to either private or public junior high school in Tebo District of jambi Provice in 2017, with 776 sample students. The result of this study is there is no significant relationship between the exposure of pornographic information media with early menarche of female students junior high school intebo Districto of Jambi Province in 2017. There needs to have supervision and rules, related to the use of media that can acces pornography, well as learning programs (KIE) related to adolescent reproductive health especially impact of early menarche caused bt high exposure of pornography contents.
