Abstrak :
Evolution process not only occurs in the biological area, but also in the cultural area. On the one hand, from one of the evolution theories, it has been known that the unit of replication is gene. On the other hand, the unit of transmission and replication in the cultural evolution can be associated with meme. Similar to genes that propagate themselves through a process called reproduction, memes also propagate themselves from person to person through a process called imitation. By way of imitation, memetic theory explains the development and the evolution of a culture. Imitating others points to the phenomena where ideas, information, behaviour, things, or style are passed on or spread/repeated by certain people. The process in which cultural elements (memes) are passed onto other groups can be considered as a sort of cultural transmission. Memes propagate for themselves and in this way they survive and exist in the human culture. Human mind has the ability for imitating information and ideas, therefore a human being is seen as an agent of meme evolution. Memes are spread out through human interactions and the various kinds of media. In this sense, culture will always be in the state of developing and changing

Abstrak :
Vehicle Routing Problem with Roaming Delivery Locations (VRPRDL) merupakan permasalahan pencarian rute dengan setiap pelanggannya memiliki lebih dari satu pilihan lokasi pengiriman. Dalam penelitian ini, pengiriman bisa dilakukan ke rumah pelanggan (home delivery) atau ke lokasi cadangan milik pelanggan (roaming delivery). Digunakan metode Algoritma Memetika untuk menyelesaikan VRPRDL pada penelitian ini. Algoritma Memetika bekerja dengan cara melakukan operasi genetika pada sepasang solusi dari sebuah populasi (kumpulan solusi feasible), kemudian mengolah solusi yang dihasilkan dari operasi genetika ke dalam proses local search. Data yang digunakan berupa 30 pelanggan dengan masing-masing pelanggan memiliki 2 lokasi. Dengan ukuran populasi (popsize) sebesar 10 individu, jumlah generasi sebesar 50 generasi, crossover rate (Cr) sebesar 0.3 , dan mutation rate (Mr) sebesar 0.3 pengiriman menggunakan sistem roaming delivery mampu menghemat biaya sebesar 17.45% jika dibandingkan dengan pengiriman tradisional home delivery. Selain itu, pengiriman menggunakan sistem roaming delivery hanya memerlukan 4 kendaraan pengiriman, lebih sedikit dibandingkan home delivery yang memerlukan 5 kendaraan. ......Vehicle Routing Problem with Roaming Delivery Locations (VRPRDL) is a routing problem where each customer has more than one choice of delivery locations. Hence, it is necessary to determine the right location for delivery. In this study, delivery can be made to the customer's home (home delivery) or the customer's backup location (roaming delivery). The Memetics Algorithm method will be used to solve VRPRDL in this study. The Memetics Algorithm works by performing genetic operations on a pair of solutions from a population (a set of feasible solutions), then processing the solutions generated from genetic operations into a local search process. The data we used are 30 customers with each customer having 2 locations. By using population size of 10 individuals, the number of generations of 50 generations, a crossover rate (Cr) of 0.3, and a mutation rate (Mr) of 0.3, shipments using a roaming delivery system can save costs by 17.45% when compared to traditional home delivery. In addition, delivery using a roaming delivery system only requires 4 delivery vehicles, less than home delivery which requires 5 vehicles.

Menumpuknya pesawat terbang pada saat pemeliharaan berkala menyebabkan kurangnya pesawat terbang yang dapat dioperasikan untuk pelatihan bagi mahasiswa penerbang. Untuk itu diperlukan jadwal pemakaian dan jadwal pemeliharaan pesawat terbang agar diperoleh jadwal yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh suatu sistem penjadwalan pemeliharaan pesawat terbang yang optimal dengan meminimumkan terjadinya pemeliharaan 2000 jam secara bersamaan dengan metode Algoritma Menetika. Hasil yang dicapai adalah jadwal pemeliharaan pesawat terbang dengan meminimumkan terjadinya pemeliharaan 2000 jam selama 10 tahun dengan standard deviasi sebesar 0,43955. ......Stacked of aircraft at the time in a periodic aircraft maintenance causing the lack of aircraft which is operated for the aviation training students. This require the schedule usage and aircraft maintenance schedule in order to obtain the optimal schedule. This study aims to obtain a maintenance scheduling system of the optimal aircraft to minimize the occurrence of 2000-hour maintenance in conjunction with memetic algorithm method. The results are an aircraft maintenance schedule to minimize the occurrence of 2000-hour maintenance for 10 years with a standard deviation of 0.43955.

Dalam sebuah masyarakat modern, meme internet mendominasi lanskap online dan telah digunakan untuk berbagai alasan, lebih dari sekadar sebuah sarana komunikasi. Namun, satu meme bernama "We are Number One" menjadi populer pada tahun 2016 berbeda dengan antara yang lain dimana meme tersebut digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap sebuah masalah tertentu. Awalnya sebuah lagu yang diproduksi untuk acara televisi anak-anak Islandia, "We are Number One" telah mendapatkan ketenaran melalui penggunaan penggalangan dana GoFundMe untuk salah satu pelaku aslinya. Ini dilakukan melalui sebuah upaya kolaboratif antara pembuat konten YouTube yang mengunggah remix lagu asli dan pengguna YouTube yang sering terlibat dalam meme di platform tersebut. Fenomena ini mengundang penelitian untuk memeriksa meme melalui lensa budaya partisipatif dan mendefinisikannya kembali sebagai sebuah video memetik. Melalui penelitian sekunder menggunakan artikel berita, jurnal penelitian, dan beberapa video YouTube, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa "We are Number One" dapat didefinisikan sebagai contoh kuat budaya partisipatif dan video memetika, dimana kreativitas yang terdapat di antara para penggunanya tergolong sebagai aspek terkuat. Ini dapat dikatakan sebagai contoh bagaimana budaya internet modern dapat digunakan untuk tujuan positif bersama.

In a modern society, internet memes dominate the online landscape and has been used for various reasons, more than just communication means. However, one meme named `We are Number One` that found popularity in 2016 stood among the rest by being used for raising awareness on a certain issue. Originally a song produced for a Icelandic children`s television show, `We are Number One` has garnered fame through its usage of GoFundMe fundraising for one of its original performers. This is done through a collaborative effort between YouTube content creators that uploaded remixes of the original song and YouTube users that regularly engage in the meme on the platform. This phenomenon invites research to examine the meme through a participatory culture lens and redefining it as a memetic video. Through secondary research into news articles, research journals, and multiple YouTube videos, the research found that `We are Number One` can be defined as a strong example of both a participatory culture and a memetic video, with creativity found among its users as its strongest aspect. It serves as an example of how modern internet culture can be used for a common positive cause.
