"Untuk memberi pelayanan obat secara efektif, efisien dan rasional diperlukan manajemen obat yang mencakup perencanaan, permintaan obat, penerimaan obat, penyimpanan, distribusi, pengendalian, pelayanan obat, serta pencatatan danpelaporan. Fungsi-fungsi tersebut membentuk siklus dimana setiap fungsi berperandalam menunjang fungsi lainnya. Namun puskesmas dengan segala keterbatasannya seringkali terfokus hanya pada fungsi-fungsi tertentu. Salah satu fungsi yang kurang diperhatikan oleh puskesmas yaitu fungsi penyimpanan obat. Terkait dengan manajemen penyimpanan obat, diketahui di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa masihterdapat beberapa masalah antara lain belum dimilikinya gudang obat sendiri, serta masih banyak terjadi perangkapan tugas akibat kekurangan tenaga yang menyebabkan proses-proses yang terkait dengan penyimpanan obat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa tidak berjalan optimal. Sebagai puskesmas yang memiliki sertifikasi ISO 9001:2000, adanya keterbatasan tersebut menuntut PuskesmasKecamatan Jagakarsa untuk melakukan manajemen penyimpanan obat yang sesuai prosedur agar kuantitas dan kualitas persediaan obat tetap terjaga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan penelusuran dokumen. Informan penelitian ini sebanyak empat orang yang dipilih berdasarkan kesesuaian dan kecukupan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui manajemen obat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2008.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen penyimpanan obat yangselama ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa pada dasarnya sudah cukup baik. SDM yang ada telah berusaha secara optimal dalam menjalankan tugasnya walaupun dirangkaptugaskan. Formulir tersedia dengan cukup lengkap. Prosedur tersedia dengan materi yang cukup, namun belum disosialisasi secara optimal.Sarana dan prasarana telah memadai, hanya Gudang Obat belum tersedia secara mandiri dan pemeliharaannya kurang diperhatikan. Proses yang dilakukan mulai dari penerimaan sampai pencatatan dan pelaporan secara umum sudah cukup baik.Walaupun ada beberapa hal yang masih belum sesuai prosedur namun dinilai tidak menimbulkan masalah yang berarti.Hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penyimpanan obat di PuskesmasKecamatan Jagakarsa yaitu perlu dilakukan penyediaan Gudang Obat secara mandiri atau diadakan perekrutan tenaga tambahan. Jika kedua hal tersebut sulit direlisasikan maka perlu dilakukan optimalisasi tenaga yang ada dengan pembagian beban kerja yang lebih sesuai dengan kemampuan fisik, mental, pengetahuan dan keterampilanpetugas. Prosedur yang ada sebaiknya disosialisasikan. Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana sebaiknya dilakukan secara rutin dan lebih sering. Penanggung Jawab Gudang Obat harus bertindak lebih tegas terhadap permintaan obat yang menyimpang dari hasil alokasi, serta Penanggung Jawab Farmakmin harus bertindak lebih tegas terhadap sering terjadinya kesalahan perekapan laporan."

"ABSTRACTXylitol is a five-carbon polyol sugar. It has many healthy benefits and is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, and healthcare. Natural sources with abundant carbon such as lignocellulose can be used for xylitol production. One of the potencial sources with high prevalency in Indonesia is water hyacinth. It is known as weeds and has not been fully utilized by people. The aim of this research was the utilization of water hyacinth which contains hemicellulose as a substrate in the bioconversion of xylose into xylitol by yeast cells Debaryomyces hansenii. Stages of processing include the optimization of water hyacinth hydrolysis using autohydrolysis method and optimization of fermentation conditions. Xylose and xylitol were determined by HPLC with RI detector and LiChrosorb® NH2 (4 mm x 125,00 mm, 5μm) column. Acetonitrile-water (90:10, v/v) was used as a solvent. 20 μL sample volume was injected at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and room temperature. The results showed that optimum conditions for the acquisition of xylose were obtained through autohydrolysis methods for 75 minutes with 1:15 water hyacinth and water ratio and posthydrolysis for 45 min using 4% sulfuric acid. Xylose concentration in hydrolyzate obtained was 25.55 g/L. The optimum fermentation condition for xylitol production was achieved by four day cultivation, limited aeration condition, and addition of metal ions CaCl2.2H2O 0.01%. The yield of xylitol obtained using those conditions was 77.43 %. "

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak modal intelektual (intellectual capital) terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2014 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memvalidasi dan membandingkan model Value-Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) tradisional oleh Pulic (2004) dengan model Adjusted-VAIC (A-VAIC) yang diusulkan oleh Nadeem et al. (2018). Studi ini mengkaji ukuran akuntansi (ROA, ROE, ATO) dan ukuran berbasis pasar (Tobin's Q) untuk menilai pengaruh modal intelektual. Dengan memanfaatkan data dari database Refinitiv dan laporan tahunan, analisis regresi berganda dilakukan pada sekitar 310 data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan, terutama di industri dengan modal intelektual tinggi (High-IC). Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE) secara konsisten menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan pada semua indikator kinerja keuangan untuk industri High-IC dalam kedua model VAIC dan A-VAIC. This research investigates the impact of intellectual capital on the financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2014 to 2023. It aims to validate and compare the traditional Value-Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) model by Pulic (2004) with the Adjusted-VAIC (A-VAIC) model proposed by Nadeem et al. (2018). The study examines both accounting measures (ROA, ROE, ATO) and market-based measures (Tobin's Q) to assess the influence of intellectual capital. Utilizing data from the Refinitiv database and annual reports, multiple regression analyses were conducted on approximately 310 data points. The results indicate that intellectual capital significantly affects financial performance, particularly in high intellectual capital (High-IC) industries. Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE) consistently shows significant influence across all financial performance indicators for High-IC industries in both VAIC and A-VAIC models. However, structural capital and innovation capital display varying levels of significance across different models and industry types. The findings highlight the importance of managing and utilizing intellectual capital efficiently to enhance firm value. The study also provides insights into the differential impacts of intellectual capital components in high versus low intellectual capital industries.
