Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran gangguan mental serta faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya gangguan mental pada pasien dengan stroke di Poliklinik Saraf RSCM pada tahun 2016. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan desain penelitian studi potong lintang. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa, 46.8 subyek dengan stroke di poliklinik Saraf RSCM mengalami gangguan mental. Gangguan mental terbanyak adalah episode depresif sebesar 19 dan distimia sebesar 16.2 . Jenis mekanisme koping yang terbanyak digunakan subyek adalah emotion focused coping dengan subskala mekanisme koping terbanyak yaitu religion. Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin, riwayat gangguan mental di keluarga, lokasi lesi, waktu pasca stroke, jenis stroke dan mekanisme koping dengan terjadinya gangguan mental pada pasien stroke. Hubungan yang bermakna didapatkan dari disabilitas fisik, yaitu ketergantungan ringan dan ketergantungan sedang yang berhubungan dengan terjadinya gangguan mental pada pasien stroke.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to get an overview of mental disorders and the factors that influence the occurrence of mental disorders in patients with stroke in Neurology clinic RSCM in 2016. The study was a descriptive analytic research using cross sectional study design study. The result showed that, 46.8 of subjects with stroke in Neurology clinic RSCM had a mental disorder. Most mental disorders are major depressive episode was 19 and 16.2 dysthymia. Most types of coping mechanisms subject used is emotion focused coping with subscale most coping mechanism that is religion. There is no significant relationship between gender, history of mental illness in the family, lesion location, time of post stroke, stroke and coping mechanisms with the onset of mental disorders in stroke patients. A significant association was obtained from a physical disability, mild and moderate dependence was associated with the occurrence of mental disorders in stroke patients.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the most abundant diseases in the 21st century and believed as result of interaction between genes and environment exposure. There is a hypotesis of epigenetic mechanisms, using molecular basis to explain about the mechanism of DM. Because of the enviromental exposure including nutrition status and hyperglycemia state, the risk of DM has started since pre-conception, last until adulthood and will be inhireted trans-generational . Mainly, there are 3 epigenetic mechanisms that have role in DM. Epigenetic mechanisms are also have role in the metabolic memory that the DM complications may still developed although the blood glucose level is already normal. The restriction of calory intake may help delaying the development and onset of degerative diseases including DM by stabilizing genome through epigenetic mechanisms.

Elliott Wave analysis could facilitate forecastiug end of ougoiug wave that would be helpful 011 hedging decision making. Elliott wave analysis could forecast the end of 1993-1996 bullish period by analyzing its Fibonacci Ratio relationships between the ongoing wave with previous wave and could deliver the price target for the ongoing bearish period.

PT Aueka Tambaug TBk. is suggested to mouitor the price target by utilizing shorter-term charts to gain more detailed Elliott Wave Analysis.

Abstrak :
This book highlights routing protocols for wireless mesh networks (WMNs; IEEE 802.11s). It provides an overview of the wireless networks (history, MANET, family of IEEE 802.11, WMNS, etc.) and routing protocols, such as AODV, DSR, OLSR, etc, and also highlights two resolutions of routing protocols with respect to end-to-end delay, packet delivery ratio and routing overhead in WMNs. Wireless mesh networks have become a hot topic for researcher into the deployment of wireless networks, and they represents the connectivity of mesh networking in IEEE 802.11 amendment in static and ad-hoc networks. Moreover, WMNs have numerous attractive features, such as highly reliable connectivity, easy deployment, self-healing, self-configuring, and flexible network expansion. The book describes two routing mechanisms: novel cluster-based routing protocols (NCBRP), and decentralized hybrid wireless mesh protocol (DHWMP).

Berbagai bentuk perubahan yang terjadi seperti hadirnya perusahaan, munculnya perkebunan kelapa sawit dan sebagainya di daerah transmigran menyebabkan masyarakat transmigran membutuhkan sebuah mekanisme adaptasi untuk bertahan. Artikel ini membahas mengenai mekanisme adaptasi ekonomi komunitas petani perkebunan kelapa sawit berbasis kepemilikan modal sosial. Penelitian sebelumnya melihat mekanisme adaptasi berbasis modal ekonomi, serta modal sosial sebagai mekanisme adaptasi sosial terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur. Peneliti memiliki argumen bahwa modal sosial pada kelompok komunitas dapat menjadi basis penting dari stragegi adaptasi ekonomi para petani sawit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam. Dalam kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat menjalin jaringan sosial kelompok keluarga baru dan rasa saling percaya menjadi basis dalam berjalannya jaringan sosial. Kepemilikan modal sosial menghasilkan kemampuan adaptasi antara lain; kebersamaan gotong royong , prinsip kekeluargaan saling menjaga , pemanfaatan sumber daya kelompok, serta partisipasi anggota keluarga. Kapasitas adaptasi yang dihasilkan merupakan sebuah upaya untuk mencapai kebertahanan ekonomi.

ABSTRACT
Various form of changes such as the presence of the company, the rise of palm oil plantations cause the transmigrant community needs an adaptation mechanism to survive. This article discusses social capital ownership wich could be adaptive mechanism of the economy community of farmers with Palm oil plantation. Previous research has been widely discussed on the mechanisms of adaptation to community and social capital community. The results of previous research on social capital as an adaptation mechanism in the construction of infrastructure and the development of the plantation system as well as the industry, which emphasize on the economic capital factors. Argument of researcher In this study that social capital group community can become an important base of stragegi adaptation changes and adjustments of Palm farmers economy. With qualitative method, the collection of research data obtained by the observation, in-depth interviews and study documents. In the economic activities of the community to establish a social network of new family groups and mutual trust becomes the basis of social networks. The ownership of social capital produces adaptability among others; togetherness mutual cooperation , the principle of kinship mutual guard , utilization of group resources, and the participation of family members. The resulting adaptation capacity is an effort to achieve economic resilience.
