Abstrak :
Persentase kelurahan yang mencapai Universal Child Immunization (UCI) di pada tahun 2015 sudah 100%, namun demikian masih terdapat kasus Penyakit yang Dapat Dicegah Dengan Imunisasi (PD3I). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis determinan kepatuhan ibu dalam program imunisasi dasar lengkap di puskesmas kelurahan Pondok Labu Jakarta Selatan tahun 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja puskesmas kelurahan pondok labu bulan April - Juni 2017. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simpel random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner pada 90 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan sebanyak 63,3% ibu patuh pada program imunisasi. Hasil regresi logistik ganda menunjukkan persepsi manfaat sebagai determinan yang paling mempengaruhi kepatuhan ibu karena ibu yang mempersepsikan imunisasi dasar lengkap bermanfaat berpeluang 26,8 kali lebih patuh setelah dikontrol persepsi keparahan dan persepsi hambatan. ......The percentage of urban village reaching Universal Child Immunization (UCI) in 2015 is 100%, but there are still cases of Immunizable Preventable Diseases (PD3I). The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of maternal obedience in the complete basic immunization program at Puskesmas Pondok Labu South Jakarta in 2017. The variables studied are age, education, knowledge, Perceived susceptibility, Perceived severity, Perceived benefits, Perceived barriers, family support and exposure information. This research was conducted in the working area of Puskesmas Pondok Labu Sauth Jakarta from April to June 2017. The research used cross sectional study design. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. Data collection was done through interview with questioner on 90 respondents. The results of this study found as many as 63.3% of obedient mothers in the immunization program. The result of multiple logistic regression shows the Perceived benefits as the determinant that most influence maternal compliance because the mother who perceives complete basic immunization is beneficial to have 26,8 times more compliance after controlled Perceived severity and Perceived barriers.
