ABSTRAK
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan gagasan bahwa pelanggaran hak pekerja outsourcing yang sering terjadi di Indonesia diakibatkan oleh adanya intervensi kapitalisme dalam kebijakan ketenagakerjaan yang membuat kebijakan tersebut menjadi cenderung menguntungkan perusahaan dan merugikan kaum pekerja/buruh. Penulis menggunakan teori kriminologi Marxis sebagai acuan dalam menganalisis gagasan tersebut. Sumber data yang digunakan penulis adalah rangkuman judicial review yang diajukan oleh LBH Jakarta dan Serikat Buruh pada Mahkamah Konstitusi dan data sekunder dari penelitian terhadulu sebagai acuan dari analisis. Penulis berasumsi bahwa terdapat beberapa pasal di UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 yang merugikan kaum buruh dan membuktikan ada nya intervensi kapitalis dalam pembuatan Undang ndash; Undang tersebut dari hasil judicial review dan beberapa pernyataan dari LBH Jakarta dan Hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi.

ABSTRACT
This paper has a goal to prove the notion that states violation of outsourcing worker rsquo s rights which happens a lot in Indonesia is caused by the existence of capitalist intervention in labor regulation which makes the regulation tends to be more profitable to the corporate and disserves the labors. In this paper, the writer will utilize Marxist Criminology theory as a reference in analyzing that notion. The sources which will be used in this paper are a summary in a form of table of the judicial review which was submitted by LBH Jakarta and labor union to the constitutional court. The secondary sources in this paper will be taken from previos research about labor rights and violations and the sources will be used for analysis. The writer assume that a few clauses from UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 about employment has disserving the labors and proved the existence of capitalism in the making of that regulation, in the judicial review, and in a few statement from LBH Jakarta and constituonal court rsquo s judges.

Film animasi Prancis Le Tableau (2011) karya Jean-François Laguionie mengisahkan kehidupan dalam sebuah lukisan yang belum diselesaikan oleh pelukisnya. Terdapat pengelompokkan tokoh-tokoh dalam lukisan yang didasarkan oleh progres pelukisan. Artikel ini mendalami bagaimana pengelompokkan sosial dalam film menimbulkan konflik ketidaksetaraan dan mendorong gerakan penghapusan kelas sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan perspektif kritik Marxis sebagai kerangka teoretis dalam menginterpretasikan konflik ketidaksetaraan dan konsep penghapusan kelas sosial dalam narasi visual film animasi Le Tableau serta mengkritisinya dengan realitas kehidupan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan berupa unsur naratif, efek visual pada tokoh dan latar serta kutipan langsung dari tokoh. Analisis aspek naratif ditunjang dengan konsep teori A.J. Greimas dalam bentuk skema aktan dan struktur fungsional, kemudian pemaknaan simbol dari pengembangan animasi didukung teori film animasi dari Boggs dan Petrie. Hasil analisis menunjukkan konsep Marxisme terkait penghapusan kelas sosial yang tercermin dalam film sebagai pertentangan struktur kelas sosial menjadi sebuah wacana utopis untuk diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan. ......The French animated film Le Tableau (2011) by Jean-François Laguionie portrays life within an unfinished painting by its painter. The characters in the painting are grouped based on the progress of the painter's work. This article delves into how social categorization in the film gives rise to conflicts of inequality and propels a movement toward the dismissal of social class. The research aims to apply a Marxist critical perspective as a theoretical framework in interpreting the inequality conflicts and the concept of dismissal of social class in the visual narrative of the animated film Le Tableau, and to critically analyze it concerning the reality of social life. The research methodology used is qualitative descriptive. The data utilized includes narrative elements, visual effects on characters and settings, as well as direct quotes from characters. Narrative aspect analysis is supported by A.J. Greimas' theory in the form of actant schemes and functional structures, with symbol interpretation from animation development supported by animation film theories from Boggs and Petrie. The analysis results reveal Marxist concepts related to the dismissal of social class reflected in the film as a resistance to social class structures, becoming a utopian discourse to be implemented in real life.

Abstrak :
This research analyses the contemporary narratives of leftist Islam movements being developed as a counter-narrative to dominant Islamic discourse in Indonesia and Turkey. These leftist Islam movements were introduced under different circumstances in the two countries. In Indonesia, leftist Islam was initially promoted by Islamic scholars who were interacting with Marxist references. This was shown in the cases of Haji Misbach, who was one of Indonesia’s – and the world’s – first leftist Muslim figures. In the case of Turkey, some leftist Islamic movements were inspired by the modern Turkish Marxist movement, which emerged in the middle of the twentieth century and was eventually combined with Islamic elements. This research argues that as both Indonesian and Turkish governments are consolidating their modes of authoritarian neoliberal governance, combined with increasing religiosity, the narratives of leftist Islam are re-emerging as a way to provide socio-political criticisms and to formulate alternative ideas on the role of Islam in improving the livelihood of Muslims in Indonesia and Turkey. This research engages with several cases of leftist Islamic movements in Indonesia and Turkey. In Indonesia, this research takes the examples of FNKSDA (Nahdliyyin Front for Natural Resource Sovereignty) and its media outlet Islam Bergerak (Islam on the Move) which have had an important role in organising leftist Islamic movement in Indonesia during the 2010s. In the case of Turkey, we examine the role of Antikapitalist Müslümanlar (Anti-Capitalist Muslims), also known as Kapitalizmle Mücadele Derneği (Association for Fight against Capitalism). This research identifies the socio-political origins, main ideas, goals, and strategies of the contemporary leftist Islam movements in Indonesia and Turkey.

Penulisan ini membahas mengenai depopulasi yang terjadi selama perang dunia II dikatkan dengan semakin setaranya pekerja perempuan di Uni Soviet termasuk para perempuan yang berprofesi sebagai intelijen. Setelah pendeskripsian mengenai keterliabatan Uni Soviet dalam perang dunia II, perempuan di masa pemerintahan Stalin, Pertahanan Uni Soviet, hingga kontribusi perempuan dalam pertahanan Uni Soviet, kemudian data tersebut akan dianalisis melalui sudut pandang Feminisme Marxis, Kesetaraan Gender, dan sistem patriarki. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kesetaraan perempuan di Uni Soviet dalam bidang Intelijen merupakan hasil dari depopulasi dari perang dunia II yang memberikan kesempatan bagi perempuan seluas-luasnya untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan. ...... This thesis discusses about depopulation during the World War II, linked toward the equality of Soviet women worker included a women whose work as a spy. After describing the involvement of Soviet Union in World War II, women during the Stalin's regime, Soviet Union's defense and women's contribution on Soviet Defense , this thesis is analyzed by theory of Marxist Feminism, gender equality, and patriarch. Based on the analysis, women's equality in Soviet Union especially in intelligence service area was formed by the depopulation during the world war II which has give a chance for women to work.

Pinjaman yang datang dari IMF harus ditukar dengan sejumlah persyaratan di dalam naskah tertulis bernama Letter of Intent (LoI) dan harus dipatuhi negara peminjam dalam kurun waktu yang telah ditentukan. Studi-studi terdahulu menemukan bahwa kebijakan yang tercantum dalam LoI IMF bukanlah cara terbaik untuk membantu negara peminjam keluar dari krisis dan sering kali bias kepentingan. Kebijakan IMF dalam LoI justru kerap kali memperparah krisis, termasuk kebijakan dalam mengatasi krisis di Indonesia. Sebagai negara dengan dampak krisis Asia 1997 terlama, tulisan ini menganalisis naskah LoI IMF-Indonesia pertama dalam terjemahan bahasa Indonesia yang disebut Memorandum Kebijakan Ekonomi dan Keuangan (MKEK) Indonesia. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah menggali kebaruan analisis isi naskah LoI dengan menggunakan pendekatan Kriminologi Marxis tentang crimes of domination. Sebagian besar isi kebijakan MKEK mengindikasikan kepentingan kelas tertentu, tepatnya kelas yang menguasai produksi. ......Loans from IMF must be exchanged with set of conditionalities in the written text called Letter of Intent (LoI) and must be complied within specific time by the borrowing country. Earlier studies have found that the policies listed on the IMF's LoI are not the best way to help the borrowing country get out of the crisis and often has interests bias. The IMF's policy in LoI usually worsened the crisis, including the policy of overcoming the crisis in Indonesia. As the country with the longest-lasting effects of the 1997 Asian monetary crisis, this paper analyzes the first IMF-Indonesia LoI in bahasa called Indonesian Memorandum of Economic and Financial Policy (MKEK). The purpose of this paper is to explore the novelty of the content analysis of the LoI script by using the Marxist Criminology approach on the crime of domination. Most of the MKEK policies content indicated the interests of a particular class, the class that controls production.
