Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur kepemilikan saham manajerial, institusional dan asing terhadap kebijakan pembayaran dividen perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 38 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang mengeluarkan dividen pada periode 2007 - 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis stepwise multiple regression dengan membentuk berupa data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio yang menjadi proksi kebijakan pembayaran dividen. Selanjutnya, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap dividend payout, dan kepemilikan saham asing juga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio.
This study aims to analyze the effect of share ownership structure of managerial, institutional and foreign on dividend payout policy. Samples used in this study are 38 firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that are pays dividend for the period of 2007 ? 2014. This study used a quantitative approach with the analytical method is stepwise multiple regression with pooled data. The result of this research show that managerial ownership has negative and unsignificantly effect on dividend payout ratio which became a proxy of dividend payout policy. Then, Institutional ownership has a negative and significant effect on dividend payout, and foreign ownership has a negative and significant effect on dividend payout ratio.

Penelitian ini menguji apakah gender direksi dan struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi perusahaan non-keuangan di Indonesia. Pengaruh gender direksi yang diuji adalah persentase wanita dalam dewan direksi, pengaruh CEO wanita, dan pengaruh CFO wanita. Sedangkan struktur kepemilikan yang diuji adalah kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan asing. Konservatisme akuntansi pada penelitian ini diukur menggunakan pengukuran berbasis akrual yang digunakan Givoly dan Hayn (2000), sampel penelitian adalah perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2016 & 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persentase wanita dalam dewan direksi dan kepemilikan asing yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap konservatisme akuntansi. CEO wanita, CFO wanita, dan kepemilikan manajerial tidak terbukti berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi.
This study examines whether gender directors and ownership structures affect accounting conservatism of non-financial companies in Indonesia. The gender influence of the directors tested was the percentage of women on the board of directors, the influence of female CEOs, and the influence of female CFOs. Whereas the ownership structure tested was managerial ownership and foreign ownership. Accounting conservatism in this study was measured using accrual-based measurements used by Givoly and Hayn (2000), the study sample was non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 & 2017. The results showed the percentage of women on the board of directors and foreign ownership who had influence significant effect on accounting conservatism. Female CEOs, female CFOs, and managerial ownership have not been shown to influence accounting conservatism.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur kepemilikan sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Intellectual capital pada penelitian ini diukur dengan metode Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICtm) sedangkan nilai perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan Tobin?s Q. Struktur kepemilikan sebagai variabel moderasi disajikan dengan presentase kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional. Populasi penelitian in iadalah perusahaan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan 30 perusahaan sebagai sampel berdasarkan purposive sampling method. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah persamaan regresi berganda dan path analysis dengan pengujian residual variabel moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selain itu, kepemilikan manajerial merupakan variabel moderasi yang memperlemah pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap perusahaan sedangkan kepemilikan institusional bukan variabel moderasi dalam penelitian ini.
ABSTRACT
This research is aimed at examining the effect of intellectual capital on firm?s value using ownership structure as moderating variable. Intellectual capital on this research is measured using a model of Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICtm) while the value of the company is measured by Tobin?s Q. Ownership Structure as a moderating variable is represented by the precentage of managerial owenership and institutional ownership. This research?s population is the listed companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange with research period from 2008 to 2015. After applying the purposive sampling method, 30 companies are selected as research sample. The statistical technique used is multiple regression equation with path analysis to test residual moderating variables. The results of this research indicate that intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on firm value while managerial ownership is the moderating variable that negatively affects the intellectual capital?s impact on firm value. From this research it is found that institutional ownership does not work as a moderating variable.

This research develop the models of agency conflict with positioning of managerial ownership as intervening variable among dividend policy, debt policy and institu- tional ownership toward risk taking. Path analysis is used for running of 60 sample for manufacture companies that listed at Jakarta Stock Exchange in 1995- 1996. Results indicate that managerial ownership has significant positive influence to risk taking, debt policy and institutional have significant negative influence to managerial ownership. So this mechanism can use as control device to mitigate the agency conflict. Inverse, result find that dividend policy is positive and significant to managerial ownership consequently, this mechanism can not mitigate the agency conflict. Finally results show that managerial ownership intervene the influence among debt policy and institutional ownership to risk taking. Manager's decision must be focused to control the agency conflict for increasing value of the firm and stockholder's wealth fare.

[ABSTRAKbr Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat utang, kepemilikan direksi, serta kepemilikan asing terhadap rata-rata remunerasi karyawan pada perusahaan-perusahaan sektor non-keuangan di Indonesia. Penelitian Ini menemukan bahwa tingkat utang memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap rata-rata remunerasi karyawan. Di sisi lain, kepemilikan asing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap rata-rata remunerasi karyawann. Kepemilikan direksi ternyata tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada rata-rata remunerasi karyawan. Hal tersebut diduga terjadi karena kepemilikan direksi pada perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia masih minim dibandingkan dengan kepemilikan pemegang saham eksternal lainnya. ;This research is aimed to analyze the effect of leverage, managerial ownership, and foreign ownership on average employee remueneration in non-financial firms listed in Indonesia.
