Abstrak :
Sebagai lembaga yang ditunjuk oleh Pemerintah Indonesia untuk melaksanakan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional, BPJS Kesehatan perlu menerapkan manajemen proses bisnis untuk mendapatkan proses bisnis yang efektif dalam mencapai target kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen proses bisnis terhadap kinerja proses bisnis dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 71 Kantor Cabang BPJS Kesehatan yang tersebar di 29 provinsi di Indonesia. Pendekatan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk mengolah data, dan item pengukuran diadopsi dari penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua item pengukuran valid dan reliabel. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen proses bisnis berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui mediasi kinerja proses bisnis. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara manajemen proses bisnis dan kinerja organisasi, serta kinerja proses bisnis dan kinerja organisasi, keduanya menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengelola BPJS Kesehatan untuk lebih mengelola manajemen proses bisnis, sedangkan untuk industri asuransi secara umum, hasilnya dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan manajemen proses bisnis untuk mencapai kinerja perusahaan yang lebih tinggi ......As an institution appointed by the Government of Indonesia to implement the National Health Insurance Program, BPJS Kesehatan needs to implement business process management to obtain effective business processes in achieving performance targets. This study aims to analyze the effect of business process management on business process performance and organizational performance. The research is carried out quantitatively by distributing questionnaires to 71 BPJS Kesehatan Branch Offices spread over 29 provinces in Indonesia. The Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach is used to process the data, and the measurement items are adopted from previous studies. Results of the validity and reliability tests show that all the measurement items are valid and reliable. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that business process management has a significant and positive effect on organizational performance through the mediation of business process performance. The results also indicate that the relationship between business process management and organizational performance, as well as business process performance and organizational performance, both show a positive and significant effect. This research is expected to help BPJS Kesehatan managers to better manage the business process management, while for the insurance industry in general, the results can be used to improve business process management to achieve higher firm performance.

Biaya operasional perusahaan adalah biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk mendanai semua kegiatan pada unit bisnis mereka. Meskipun di era digital pembiayaan operasional perusahaan sudah dilakukan secara digitalisasi, namun masih terdapat risiko-risiko yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pengajuan dan pertanggungjawaban biaya operasional pada perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia melalui implementasi teknologi dengan pendekatan Manajemen Bsinis Proses (BPM) di salah satu perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia. Metode Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk memprioritaskan risiko dari proses pengajuan dan pertanggungjawaban biaya operasional saat ini untuk memilih teknologi yang sesuai. Penelitian ini mengusulkan tiga model proses bisnis yang memanfaatkan teknologi dalam upaya pencegahan risiko yaitu teknologi Intelligent Monitoring System, teknologi Process Automation, dan kombinasi keduanya. Kombinasi teknologi Intelligent Monitoring System dan Process Automation menghasilkan pengurangan waktu proses terbesar yaitu 71,06% dan teknologi Intelligent Monitoring System menghasilkan pengurangan waktu proses terkecil sebesar 41,98%. ...... The operational costs are the costs that a company incurs to fund all activities on their business unit. Even though in the digital era, the company's operational financing has been carried out by digitization, there are still risks that can harm the company. This research aims to improve the process of accuntablilities of operational costs of oil and gas companies in Indonesia through the implementation of technology with the Business Process Management (BPM) approach at one of the oil and gas companies in Indonesia. The Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) method is used to prioritize the risks of the accountability process of current operational costs in order to select the appropriate technology. This study proposes three business process models that utilize technology in an effort to prevent risks, namely Intelligent Monitoring System technology, Process Automation technology, and a combination of the two. The combination of Intelligent Monitoring System and Process Automation technology resulted in the largest reduction in process time of 71.06% and Intelligent Monitoring System technology resulted in the smallest reduction in process time of 41.98%.
